Visually easy reporting complex

Pros

I am really impressed with how the Employment Profile and Pay Profiles are set up. The way it's presented visually makes everything easy to use.

Cons

Reporting system could definitely be more simple and I shouldn't need training just to figure out how to use it properly.

Fantastic support more hours

Pros

I find it incredibly user-friendly and I love how much you can customize it to fit your business. The customer support team is fantastic and they're always quick to answer, whether I email or call and their availability across different time zones is a huge help. We use it for payroll twice a month and for HR tasks almost daily. The interface is friendly and setting up rules and policies is so simple.

Cons

Main thing I'd like to see improved is having more support staff available across different time zones.

Efficient for core needs

Pros

The employee database and payroll processing work perfectly for what we need. All the required statutory categories are right there.

Cons

loading times could definitely be faster but everything else works well for what I need right now.

Great fit for client needs

Pros

The HRIs features are a great fit for what our clients actually need and I'm especially impressed with the time and attendance tracking.

Cons

It doesn't handle tax problems for my customers.

Versatile but support inconsistencies

Pros

I love how versatile it is. The different modules make it convenient to handle all our HR stuff in one central spot.

Cons

The support team has some real standouts who are fantastic to work with. Unfortunately, not all customer account specialists provide the same level of service. I've experienced tickets sitting open for three weeks only to be closed without any actual resolution which is pretty frustrating.

Effortless time and payroll

Pros

Managing our team's time tracking and payroll has become so much easier with this system.

simple for employees not admins

Pros

It's really simple to check my paycheck and see how many vacation days I have left.

Cons

Making admin changes is challenging and there ATs has way more functionality than this does.

Customizable yet costly extras

Pros

Love that you can customize pretty much everything. And they're always rolling out new updates which is awesome.

Cons

The sandbox feature costs way too much extra when it should just be part of the package.

smooth onboarding integration

Pros

The onboarding for new hires is so smooth. It literally takes care of all the annoying paperwork. Huge win!

Cons

I dont really have any major complaints about it. My main issue is that it doesn't integrate well with our scheduling system.

Powerful yet complex and inconsistent

Pros

Reporting features are top-tier. I get such detailed info that I can actually use with my team. As a daily user, I've gotta say the payroll is rock solid. But the best part is how much it focuses on the employee experience and it's a game-changer. My team rarely gets confused because it's just that easy to use.

Cons

Customer support can be hit or miss, sometimes I get great help immediately but other times the staff seems uninformed and I cant get straight answers. it is also incredibly detailed which makes it overwhelming to train new employees on the admin functions because of all the complexities involved.

Easy for all support fails

Pros

best part is how easy it is to use even for my less techy colleagues. Everything just makes sense and I can find what I need in seconds. Logging in is never a pain either. Having everything in one spot is the biggest perk and no more switching between ten different apps.

Cons

The customer service and tech support really let me down. When issues came up, getting them resolved felt like pulling teeth and there's no dedicated support team and you're stuck waiting forever for help. That's incredibly frustrating when you're dealing with urgent, time-sensitive problems that need immediate attention.

Comprehensive but overly complex

Pros

ADP is a lifesaver for HR stuff. It's super comprehensive and the interface is so user-friendly for everyone in the company.

Cons

Its difficcult to use and honestly the interface isn't as simple as I'd like it to be. For smaller businesses like ours, it feels overly complex and we dont really need all these features but they're still there making everything more complicated than it needs to be.

Feature rich with a learning curve

Pros

Interface is so friendly; our HR team flies through employee data. Having payroll, benefits and time tracking all in one place has made our processes so much smoother. The range of features is seriously impressive and covers almost everything we need.

Cons

The sheer number of features can be overwhelming when you're just starting out and there's definitely a learning curve to get comfortable with everything. I've run into some technical glitches here and there that can be frustrating and honestly the customer service could use some work when you need help sorting things out.

smooth with limited recruitment

Pros

This system is so smooth especially compared to our old clunky one. The user-friendly design means our team can just get in, do what they need to do and get out. No issues.

Cons

Recruitment portal is limited in terms of features, though I've heard they're working on improvements and planning to roll out new functionality soon.

Easy and reliable with occasional glitches

Pros

It's so easy to find my way around and get stuff done. And if I ever have a problem, customer support is fantastic and fixes things fast. The initial setup was very quick and adding new stuff or connecting other tools is pretty easy. Our whole company uses this all day, every day.

Cons

sometimes the system glitches and I end up having to run the same searches multiple times to get results.

Efficient payroll permission problems

Pros

Payroll is smooth now! We get it done in half the time it took with our old provider. The efficiency gains are insane.

Cons

I've run into some problems with how approvals work, you need editing permissions just to approve things which isn't ideal for our bank. It would be much better if approval and editing rights were kept separate so we could maintain proper controls.

Easy claims but frustrating mobile login

Pros

submitting claims is unbelievably easy and smooth. No complaints here!

Cons

The mobile app login process is frustrating since I have to enter my credentials every single time and there's no option to stay logged in or use biometric authentication.

Powerful but inconsistent and limited

Pros

The way payroll and HR talk to each other works great for us. Payroll itself is simple, though your experience can depend a bit on which rep you get. The reporting features are super comprehensive. The new EaP looks cool and I've had no trouble uploading docs. We also use the policy acknowledgment feature all the time.

Cons

Payroll quality really depends on which rep you're assigned and we had a rough year with tons of turnover and that led to frequent mistakes. I wish there was more flexibility to customize the Performance system and get better notifications. The Learning platform switched to micro learnings which isn't great, plus they archived alot of useful content that needs reviewing. We're paying for modules we dont even use like Recruitment and Compensation and overall customization options are pretty limited.

smooth flow flawed recruiting alerts

Pros

whole process is just smooth from applying for a job to getting on the schedule and receiving my pay. Everything just flows.

Cons

The recruiting feature doesn't send complete interview details regardless of the interview type. Phone screen notifications dont include the applicant's name which gets really confusing when your managing multiple positions and locations at once.

amazing solution with disruptive updates

Pros

If you spring for the extra modules, it can do much anything. It becomes a real powerhouse.

Cons

Updates sometimes break functionality and we usually only find out about these issues when staff members run into problems during their daily work.
