“smart setup but needs better reporting methods
Pros
The interface just clicked for me right away. We got everything set up in just a couple of days which was way faster than I thought. There are so many useful features that actually end up saving us money. And the customer support is great and we have our own HR and payroll contacts who are always there to help. Setting up our 401k with Guideline was easy too.
Cons
The reporting quality for HR and Finance really needs work especially when I compare it to what we used to get from Trinet, our previous PEO. There's definitely room for major improvement here.

“Great reports, frustrating navigation and split up info
Pros
It is reassuring that ADP is such a well-known company because there's always help available when I need it. My absolute favorite part though is the custom reports. That "field grabber" tool is a lifesaver when I can't remember what a field is called. And I love that it suggests reports that might already have the data I need and it saves me a ton of time.
Cons
Page loading gets slow when I'm jumping between different screens which is really annoying when I'm working in the people section. Employee info is split up in a weird way and if I'm looking at someone's personal details, I have to go all the way back to the main people area just to check their payroll stuff. It would be so much better if I could just click over to the pay data directly from the personal info page for the same person.

“awsome features but confusing to switch
Pros
The bridge feature is awesome and it makes dealing with leave requests and time entry so simple. The customer service team is also fantastic whenever I need help. I use this daily and it's helped me launch new features without a hitch.
Cons
switching between the new and old versions gets really confusing and it's hard to keep track of which one your using at any given time.

Pros
The Bridge is an amazing resource. I've found answers to pretty much every question I've had on there. I love that I can usually figure things out on my own because the system is so simple. Everything we need is right there and the Marketplace lets us connect other systems we use which has been super valuable.
Cons
Pricing structure is frustrating since every tool comes with additional fees and there's no transparency about what things actually cost upfront.

Pros
I love it that ADP has upgraded their dashboard; everything is straightforward. I can find everything I need easily. I can view my direct deposits, check my work hours, and even request time off using ADP. It's incredibly useful and the navigation is a breeze.
Cons
I've been using ADP for over 6 years, and honestly, I wouldn't change a thing. They've consistently upgraded the dashboards and even the app.

The convenience of use was excellent. I have utilized multiple systems, and ADP surpasses all others in terms of quality, versatility, capabilities, and user friendliness.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints. The customer support team is helpful in setting up custom reports for frequently tracked areas, although it can be challenging to create one on your own. Usually this is addressed during the initial setup.

We really liked the feature of having all employee documents and information in one place.
Cons
There have been recurring glitches and issues that were supposedly fixed. The implementation guidance was practically nonexistent or completely inaccurate. We had to endure ADP employee turnover, which resulted in incorrect setup and inappropriate fees amounting to thousands of dollars.

I love how easy it is to use and that all our HR needs are in one place. Running payroll is spot-on and employees can handle their own stuff through the self-service portal. It helps us stay compliant without me worrying and the reporting lets me see exactly what I need. Customer support has been really dependable and it handles our size well and we're managing 17 hotels on it without any issues. The whole design just makes managing our workforce so much smoother.
Cons
There aren't enough sample reports or standard templates to work with. I've also run into issues where certain fields just aren't available when I'm trying to build custom reports and software updates can be a bit of a headache at times.

Pros
Onboarding process is really simple and I love how it connects with JazzHR. When we hire someone new, their info just pops right in which saves us so much manual data entry.
Cons
Reporting features feel awkward and user permissions aren't very easy. Customer support is hit or miss, sometimes helpful but you always have to call since there's no chat option which would make things much easier.

Appreciate all the resources here and I love that I can just jump on a chat to get help and open a case. All the different offerings have been really valuable for our company.
Cons
main problem I'm dealing with right now is follow-up support. They keep closing my tickets without actually solving anything which is really frustrating when you're trying to get real answers to your issues.
