Having Payroll built into the platform is a real plus and the ability to control who can view what information is very useful.

Cons

Quite a bit of the functionality cannot be customized to match a company's specific needs. A lot of the add-ons are not actually built into the software and rely on integrations instead which creates many issues. One of the biggest problems is the training integration since courses have to be assigned manually and there is no option to assign them by department or similar groups.

All of my pay statements and other details in one place has been really helpful especially for information that would normally be a pain to track down. The app works really well overall and the platform gives me quick access to everything I need related to my pay.

Cons

Very often I have to reset or change my password which becomes inconvenient. I also think the time-off request process could be designed better because it doesn't feel very accessible to use.

Our HR team already knows this platform well and it covers everything in one place! Time off, hours worked, salary, taxes and benefits access too! It's user friendly and gets straight to what you need without making things complicated.

Cons

There's barely anything to complain about. If anything, the interface could use a little more visual appeal, maybe with better graphics or a more engaging design.

Using this platform felt very easy from the start. The mobile app was excellent and included every tool I needed which is rare since most apps leave out features that are only available on the full website.

I didn't run into any issues with either the app or the platform. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Reporting is not very user friendly. We paid to have an import report customized but it never worked and customer service is lacking since you can end up waiting on hold for hours.

Managing employee time cards, along with checking my own pay stubs and related info, is pretty easy with this software. It works reliably and feels fairly accessible to use. I also appreciate having both the mobile app and the web version available. I end up using the app more often since it's simply more convenient and accessible.

Cons

There are a few small quirks that get frustrating. One issue comes up when I need to correct employee time cards. If someone forgets to clock out for lunch or misses a punch in or out during the day, fixing it can be a bit of a hassle. Adding a punch row in particular is awkward and since I don't have to do it often, I never quite remember the exact workaround each time.

Navigation can be a bit tricky at times and I sometimes have trouble finding specific items when I need them.

Keeping up with my work hours, pay and day-to-day account details feels very easy with this software. The layout is simple to use and it makes checking where I stand with my hours and workplace benefits quick and manageable. I can easily stay on top of everything I need without it feeling complicated.

Benefits information can sometimes feel a little mixed up and harder to sort through. That said it may just come down to user error on my end.

So many HR tasks being in one place is a big plus! It brings together applicant tracking, onboarding, I-9 verification, employee document storage and more which makes managing HR work much more convenient.

Cons

The different modules don't always communicate very well with each other. Updates made in Payroll or Time and Attendance don't consistently carry over to the other parts of the system. On top of that making changes can feel less than accessible and often takes quite a few steps.

After using the platform for several years, I can honestly say this web-based platform has been consistently dependable. I haven't run into any problems with it and every feature I've used has worked without issues. Most of the time, I use it to check my pay statements and that part has always been easy and reliable.

I really don't have any complaints about the platform. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the interface could use an update or a more modern look.

One of the biggest strengths is how dependable it is. Scheduling, payroll and HR all work together in one connected system and once everything is set up, the information is accessible to everyone who needs it. After that, it really doesn't require much upkeep.

Cons

The downside is the interface feels outdated and a little outdated to move around in. Navigation isn't always accessible some options aren't very clear and it can take quite a few clicks and screens to get to the place you need.

The password and username requirements can be confusing especially when switching between different companies since they're easy to mix up. The price is on the higher side too but compared with other options, you really do get what you pay for, it's not worth saving 10% on something that doesn't work properly.
