“Simple workforce tool”
Pros
Does what it's supposed to do and it helps keep more complicated tasks manageable without a lot of hassle. Oveall the platform has been pretty easy to use.
Cons
Interface feels outdated and if you haven't had any training on the system, it can definitely be a bit confusing to figure out at first.

“helpful time tracking, poor syncing”
Pros
It does a solid job of tracking weekly hours and gives us a convenient way to submit time-off requests.
Cons
The problem is that it often doesn't stay synced with our time clock which pretty much defeats the whole point of using it.

Using this software has been very easy. It meets our needs well and the navigation is simple to follow.

One frustrating issue is that the software times out even while I'm still actively using it.

“made things so manageable”
Pros
Having the platform at two different jobs really showed me how useful it is. I was able to get to all the employment related resources I needed for both employers from one convenient app and that made everything much more manageable. Honestly I wish more workplaces across the country used something like this because after using the platform, other systems just feel frustrating by comparison.
Cons
I genuinely don't have any complaints. I've only used it from the employee side and not as an administrator so I can't say anything about pricing but as a regular user, I don't have any downsides to mention.

“helpful time tracking hub”
Pros
Right from the start, this software lets employees clock in and out during the day without any hassle. Beyond that, it puts a lot of useful information at your fingertips quickly, like previously logged hours, PTO balances and usage, pay stubs and vacation request details.
Cons
Every now and then, the site goes down and when that happens it ends up creating extra work for our administrator.

“familiar name, shifting screens”
Pros
The platform is pretty user friendly and it helps that platform is a well-known name that people already recognize and trust.
Cons
Updates happen without any training or advance notice so you can log in one day and suddenly the screens look completely different.

“outdated UI and frustrating workflows”
Pros
Honestly, I'm struggling to say anything positive. We moved to the platform from Paycor and the experience has been terrible from the start.
Cons
Compared with Paycor, this software feels awful to use. It's outdated, slow and the interface is hard to navigate even for small basic tasks. You end up clicking through multiple pages for things that were much simpler in Paycor. A good example is requesting time off: employees have to deal with a confusing form and a weird calendar picker, then the supervisor doesn't get notified right away to approve it. When the notification finally shows up, there isn't even an actionable "approve" button in it so the whole process feels frustrating and unnecessarily slow.

“clear HR communication win”
Pros
Dealing with HR can often come with hesitation, frustration and sometimes a lack of clarity around who is handling what when it comes to personal information. Since HR teams are responsible for communicating sensitive details about employee records, benefits and pay, having a system that keeps everything clear and understandable really matters. People naturally care a lot about what is happening with their money and benefits so confusion only adds to that stress. The platform really helps here. It's a very effective system that removes a lot of the misunderstanding and makes it easier for everyone to stay aligned. Being able to clearly see what is being shared with HR and what is being communicated back to each employee is a big part of why this works so well.
Cons
The platform splits salary breakdown information and its other features across two separate websites. It would be much better if both were combined into a single personal account page.

“custom tools”
Pros
The platform works well for my company because it offers plenty of customizable options that really add value for employees. The personal budgeting projection tools are especially useful and I also appreciate the different ways information is displayed, whether through graphs, pie charts or other visual formats.
Cons
At times, the platform does get a little glitchy. Supervisors often end up fixing employee timecards because the system sometimes won't let people clock in or out. The password setup for logging in also needs better syncing between the mobile app and the employee's work computer.

“helpful menus for daily tasks”
Pros
Navigating it is pretty easy when I need to get to time tracking, time off requests or employee records. Those areas are separated into dropdown menus which makes it simple to submit my own timecard and also quickly pull up my employees timecards for approval. I'm also able to leave notes and keep track of yearly goals and performance reviews which is really useful.
Cons
We've run into problems with overall time tracking during the year. When issues are sent to the platform, there usually isn't any follow-up after they've been fixed. We're left waiting until we happen to notice the problem is resolved and that gets frustrating because we can't give anyone in the organization a clear timeline.

“confusing reporting and employee search”
Pros
Operating this software wasn't a very user friendly experience for me overall.
Cons
Ad hoc reporting feels confusing and not very accessible. On top of that, tracking down employee information is difficult and it's not clear which link actually shows the real salary.

“paycheck breakdown is fantastic!”
Pros
Really useful for everyday work needs! I can track my hours, clock in and out and quickly pull up tax documents and paystubs whenever I need them. One feature I especially appreciate is the paycheck pie chart since it clearly shows how my gross pay is split between taxes, health insurance, my 401k and other deductions. The layout feels accessible and user friendly so it doesn't take much effort to find what I'm looking for.
Cons
The biggest downside for me is that the app needs a strong Wi-Fi connection to load properly and even then it can be pretty slow. There are also times when it crashes or just stops working altogether. On the bright side, using the software on a computer instead of the app usually works much better.

“simple time tracking”
Pros
Logging time takes very little effort. It's also convenient to keep up with time-off balances, view pay stubs and print tax forms whenever needed.

“So accessible!”
Pros
Right from the first login, the platform has a polished look that feels like a personal workspace. HR managers can customize the platform to match the organization which makes it feel more connected to the company. It keeps a lot of useful information in one place too (work details, pay-related info and other employment resources) and I can get to it from just about anywhere. Entering hours is also easy and to the point which is exactly how that process should be.
Cons
A couple of times, the platform wouldn't load for me in Google Chrome so I had to switch over to Safari. It wasn't a major problem and honestly that's about the only downside I've run into.

“a bit outdated”
Pros
Clocking in and out at the office is pretty easy as an employee. It handles work hours clearly and the communication between the company and staff is set up well.
Cons
App feels pretty outdated. It works on a basic level but it's missing a lot of features you'd expect from a more modern platform. It gets the job done though the overall experience feels outdated. Punching in outside the work location can get flagged incorrectly which ends up creating extra work and frustration for middle management.
