“Paystub access”

Pros

At one of my part-time jobs, I use the platform mainly for payroll and it handles that process well. I enter my hours, add the campaign code for the events I worked and then everything is sent straight to my manager for approval. It's also helpful that I can pull up my paystubs whenever I need them, both current and older ones. Another nice feature is being able to log hours in advance so I don't forget anything later. When I sign in, I also get a quick company overview which is useful. If anything comes up and I need help with the system, I can contact the vendor support directly.

Cons

It works well enough for a small business but compared with some newer payroll platforms I've used, this one feels a bit dated. It gets the job done though the interface seems somewhat outdated to me.

Pros

Running payroll for nearly 100 employees can become a real headache especially when people keep misplacing paystubs, W-2s and similar documents. On top of that, printing and handing everything out every two weeks takes up a surprising amount of time and money for a small business. Since we started using the platform, those payroll documentation questions have pretty much disappeared and that has given me much more time to focus on work that adds real value.

Cons

There has been one issue though: a former employee who came back to work with us still cannot access her paystubs. Neither tech support nor our team has been able to figure out how to resolve it.

From an administrator's perspective, it offers a fair amount of customization and handles many of the essential services we need.

Cons

The mobile experience still needs a lot of work and locating specific items can sometimes mean digging through too many menus.

Everything being in one place makes it really convenient to keep track of my paystubs and stay organized with important employee information.

Cons

Feels a bit outdated at times and could definitely benefit from a refresh and some newer features.

Everything feels concise and straight to the point which makes the software simple to work with.

Getting connected to the right person can be frustrating. Each department works separately so resolving an issue can take longer than it should.

Pros

Using the platform from both the employee side and the admin side has been very easy and its availability across different platforms really stands out. Since we rolled it out, time tracking and everyday HR work have become much more organized which has boosted efficiency for everyone and made the administrative side of things far less of a hassle.

Cons

Part that still feels awkward is the message center. It's a bit outdated and not very accessible and you can't delete or clear notifications the way you would on a normal messaging app so items just sit there until they eventually get archived.

The interface is very easy to navigate and the employee discounts they provide are a really nice bonus. Overall, it feels very user friendly.

Cons

I honestly don't have any real complaints. Everything is clear, self-explanatory and simple to use.

At times, the clock-in and clock-out feature doesn't work the way it should.

As an employee, I could quickly review my timesheet, manage my account and handle other basic tasks without any trouble.

Since I wasn't the main administrator making certain updates was difficult and not always accessible from my side.

All of my benefit enrollment tasks in one place is really great and the instructions are clear enough to get through everything without much trouble.

Cons

Support is barely there. Any time I have a question, I keep getting sent back to my HR team or director instead of getting actual help.

Pros

Keeping tabs on payroll and tax deductions is well organized with the platform. It shows the amount I'm going to be paid before the money actually hits my bank account which is really useful. It also gives access to W-2 forms and pay stubs and that helps a lot when filing taxes or handling other paperwork. The mobile app also feels more interactive overall.

Cons

Something that could be better is the mobile app because right now it doesn't show the actual pay stubs. I still have to go to the web version whenever I need to download them.

Pros

Right away, the platform feels very easy to use and getting around the website is simple. The way information is grouped together, along with the use of color throughout the site, makes everything visually clear and helps important details stand out and stay easy to access.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints about this software. Reporting used to be pretty difficult a long time ago but after listening to client feedback, they've improved it a lot and made the whole process much more user friendly.

From both the admin side and the employee side, using this software has been a really positive experience!! I've worked with several the platform products over the years and this one is just as easy to use and navigate as the others.

Cons

The web interface looks a little dated in terms of UI :(

One of the most useful parts of this software was being able to quickly pull up things like paycheck stubs and details about workplace benefits without any hassle.

Cons

An issue I ran into was during login, when some icons on the platform would not appear right away and only showed up after moving the mouse around where they should be. That made navigating the site confusing at times.

There are a lot of available features that let employees locate and update the information they need for benefits, pay, tax withholding and similar details.

Cons

The layout can feel a bit scattered at times and resetting your password after getting locked out isn't always very easy.

Pros

The platform has been really useful for managing time. Blocking out PTO, keeping track of clock-in and clock-out times and staying organized with employee information all work really well.

Cons

App's time tracking can be better since it can be a bit wonky. It shows employees rounded hours instead of their exact minutes worked and for full-time hourly staff, every minute counts.

Pros

For larger companies, this feels like one of the best options for keeping all payroll and HR information in one place. It doesn't take long to learn and getting to the information you need whenever you need it is very convenient.

Cons

Moving between screens could be more efficient since it takes quite a few clicks to work through the different options.

Pros

It's a big plus for the platform to be available both on the web and as a mobile app! I can review my information in different formats like dollar amounts and percentages which makes it much clearer to understand where my tax payments are going. The interface is very easy and most of the important details are visible on a single page so I don't have to dig around to find what I need. Another feature I appreciate is that it automatically saves tax documents.

Cons

Even though the app is very useful, it can be laggy at times and occasionally feels slow to respond. Also, when a new tax type gets added, it would help a lot if the system included a brief explanation or overview so users can understand what that tax is for.

Pros

Having everything in one place is a big plus especially for storing both payroll details and tax information. It works well as a complete tool for keeping that information organized.

Cons

At times logging in can be frustrating and the password reset process isn't always easy.

“better suited for small teams”

Pros

It keeps a huge amount of historical information on hand which is really useful and it tends to perform well in smaller organizations.

Cons

Compared with other HRIS platforms, it feels pretty outdated and it doesn't seem fully capable when it comes to meeting the needs of larger organizations.
