“everything i need in one place
Pros
I can easily check my hours, see my leftover PTO, request days off and look at my benefits all in one spot. It really makes everything so much simpler for me

“excellent tool but often slow
Pros
I am on this thing all the time and I can pull up anyone's details in seconds. Adding new hires is also easy honestly. It's so easy to also check info for other people at my location which is very handy.
Cons
The sheer number of features can bog things down and cause lag issues. Wish the mobile app had better access to payroll functions that would make my life easier. Haven't needed customer support myself but my team's experiences have been hit or miss when they've reached out.

Pros
I appreciate that ADP keeps track of my vacation and time balance, pay stubs, and performance reviews.
Cons
I really like this app although I initially had some difficulty entering staff sick days.

Pros
The advantages of ADP include the ability to track my paid time off, monitor my attendance, and easily access payroll information when needed.
Cons
One minor drawback I can think of is that the ADP system takes a little while to update when I clock in and out, but it's not a major issue. It doesn't happen all the time, and for the most part, it works great.

“ADP Workforce Now - great payroll software!
Pros
What I admire most about ADP Workforce Now is that it is a well known and trustworthy payroll software from a reputable company like Verizon is known for its network and reception.
Cons
It's not so much an issue with ADP Workflow, but I would have preferred an all in one timekeeping system. It's not ADP's fault, though.

I appreciate the graphical user interface (GUI) and the fact that it serves as a one stop solution for all my HR needs.
Cons
The reporting feature can be a bit cumbersome. I wish there was an option to schedule reports to be sent directly to my email, but unfortunately, that doesn't exist. It would be even better if ADP could export reports to a Google Sheet.

Having our own rep who checks in with us every week is awesome and it feels like we actually matter. And running payroll? super simple, no stress.
Cons
The whole setup process was a nightmare and really confusing for our team to figure out. I haven't seen any meaningful updates or improvements since we started using this which is disappointing for the price we're paying.

You know, we chose ADP thinking it was a safe bet. It's been a bit of a surprise to run into so many issues
Cons
It felt way too complicated to use. Every time I contacted customer service, I got different answers depending on which rep I spoke with, really frustrating when you're trying to solve an issue. For what we paid, the support quality just wasn't there at all.

This platform is just really easy to use, top to bottom.
Cons
The biggest frustration I have is how long it takes to resolve technical problems and the wait times can be pretty excessive. Another issue is that customer service representatives seem out of the loop when it comes to upcoming updates and new features which makes getting information really difficult.

Thing totally transformed how we do HR and payroll. It automated all the boring paperwork which made us way more efficient. Best part? It actually helped our team communicate better. Setup was smooth 'cause we had awesome specialists guiding us. We use it for everything, benefits, recruiting, onboarding and it all just clicks.
Cons
I haven't run into any real issues with this system so far.
