“Has all my HR information”

Pros

All of my HR information in one place has been really helpful. I can also log in from my home computer whenever I need forms or financial details which makes things a lot more convenient. Everything is laid out in an organized way and it gives me the information I need about my pay, benefits and hours.

Cons

It does feel like our company could probably customize it better. Quite a bit of the information seems outdated though that's likely more on our side than the software itself. The interface could also use a refresh, it's not bad but it definitely feels a little dated.

Pros

Employees can check their hours, current and past pay, schedule, time off and more all in one place without needing a computer. It's also really useful for people who travel since they can clock in and out right from the app and it captures both the time and location.

Cons

The desktop version is a lot less user friendly. Even though all the information seems to be there, it's often difficult to locate and the layout doesn't feel very accessible unless you're using it all the time. Another frustrating part is how often employees get locked out after forgetting their password and resetting it usually isn't simple since an administrator often has to handle it.

Pros

I could keep track of my pay, check pay stubs and tax documents and update things like direct deposit, 401(k) elections and time-off requests without dealing with stacks of paperwork every single time.

Cons

Mornings were frustrating when it came to clocking in because logging in and getting the screen to load could take longer than expected. On top of that, the punch sometimes took a while to register so I would submit it again just to be safe which occasionally created duplicate clock-ins that had to be fixed later. Other times, re-submitting actually helped because the first punch never went through at all.

Pros

The platform covers just about everything in one place: payroll, taxes, benefits and more. It's dependable and whenever help is needed, customer service has been very supportive. From the employee side, it's really convenient to log in and update direct deposit details or personal information almost immediately.

Cons

Innovation feels a bit limited. Even though updates do come out, the system still seems to run on much of the same platform it has used for years.

One of the biggest benefits of this software is that employees can quickly pull up their paystubs, W-2s, deductions and other payroll-related details without any hassle.

Cons

There are certain times when access to information is unavailable because of system problems or scheduled updates.

I haven't run into any issues with it, the software performs excellently and handles workflow really well.

Right away, the platform felt very easy to use. The interface is clean, accessible and simple which makes the whole experience really enjoyable.

The only part I don't care for is that getting locked out of my account can happen from time to time.

Being cloud-based is a big plus and I can get into it without any trouble even when I'm away from the plant.

Updates seem to happen without any notice. The employee search also works inconsistently and there are quite a few bugs in the system that make it frustrating to use at times.

At my company, the platform keeps the basics easy. Clocking in, checking paychecks and pulling up W-2s all take just a few steps so the tasks we actually use it for are simple to handle.

Cons

Something that feels inconsistent is the search feature. I understand every company can have a different setup but when I try to find certain items, search does not always pull them up unless I click through a few pages first.

Clocking in and out was easy and checking pay statements was convenient too. The option to restrict access by IP address is an excellent feature.

Using the mobile app to clock in wasn't the most convenient experience although it definitely wasn't terrible either.

Really convenient to have everything online in one place! I like that the system shows all the details related to income and year end tax documents. Even after I changed jobs, it still kept my previous employer's information available which was especially helpful when tax season came around. The app is also very user friendly and gives you access to everything you need, including pay stubs, W-2s and retirement contribution details.

I honestly haven't run into any problems while using the platform.

Hands down the slickest payroll software I've used. The mobile app is especially useful and includes everything I need, from checking pay stubs and viewing chart breakdowns to managing 401K investments and using the built-in chat support which feels very accessible.

Cons

One thing that would make it better is more notifications and stronger personalization across both mobile and desktop based on my profile and how I use it. Right now it feels pretty static. Another frustration is that payroll access is tied to each employer so every time I change jobs, I have to set up a brand-new account even if the new employer also uses the platform.

Keeping track of paystubs, clock-in times and direct deposit details is really convenient with this software. When tax season comes around, having the W-2 available electronically and being able to import it straight into TurboTax makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

Biggest issue was that my company didn't really keep anything updated on their side. There was a section for company news and updates but it never changed so it felt like the platform wasn't being used to its full potential.

It's very easy for both employees and employers to check everything related to HR.

We did run into some connection and log-in issues which were a concern.

Right out of the box, this platform covers most core business needs like HR, payroll and time tracking. On top of that, there are add-on modules such as performance, recruiting and compensation so you can customize the system around your organization's specific requirements. If the platform doesn't handle something natively, the platform Marketplace offers API connections to plenty of third-party tools. There are lots of integration options available and moving data in and out of the platform is fairly easy.

Cons

The built-in products included with the platform are fairly basic and don't scale especially well for larger, more complex organizations. The service team seems to be improving recently but they still come across as somewhat disorganized and not always well-versed in the product or in resolving issues. Software updates also tend to be buggy at launch and in some cases they even disrupt functionality that was previously working.

With the full package, it works as a complete hub for time, attendance, vacation and payroll tracking. the support team has also been phenomenal whenever help is needed.

Cons

One downside is that the payroll entry process does not always move in a way that feels logical.

Having everything HR-related in one place has been a huge help. The platform covers holidays, benefits and pretty much all employee-related tasks in a simple, user friendly way. With the recent upgrade, it now also handles time tracking, payroll details and even getting a benefits plan started. Overall, it's an excellent fit for small to mid-sized businesses.

Cons

Getting everything implemented and learning all the features can take some time but once you're up to speed, it definitely pays off.

There wasn't anything I disliked. It was user friendly and helped make our payroll process efficient and dependable.

Compared with payroll tools I've used at other jobs, the app is much more user friendly than the desktop version. It has solid features and it's fairly simple to get paycheck-related tasks and other pay items done. The layout feels accessible and easy.

Cons

The desktop version can get confusing at times and I end up clicking through too many buttons just to complete basic tasks. On Android, the app feels much more usable and has a cleaner interface. I just wish the mobile app included more of the features that are available on the desktop.
