“handy payroll access”
Pros
Being able to let staff quickly pull up current and past pay stubs, hours worked and tax details was a big plus.
Cons
At the same time, we dealt with bugs pretty often. More than a few times, employees couldn't clock in because the app wouldn't open or it said they were too far from the assigned work location or something along those lines.

“time off tracking works well”
Pros
Scheduling time off is easy and it makes it simple to stay on top of the hours I've worked.
Cons
There are quite a few menus to click through which can make navigation feel a bit layered.

“helpful support”
Pros
Everything is in one place for our HR team, the system is simple to use and the customer support has been really helpful whenever we need assistance.
Cons
There are frequent updates which is a positive overall but they usually come with a few system kinks that need to be ironed out before everything is working properly again.

“Good platform”
Pros
One thing that really works well is being able to load different jobs into the system and pull up all of my old paystubs whenever I need them.
Cons
No complaints about the software from my end. It's very easy to use so nothing negative comes to mind.

It's a good tool for checking all my payslip information especially the tax breakdown and other salary details in one place.

“little training needed”
Pros
Even with limited access in my executive assistant role, I could still support our HR rep by running reports without much trouble after only a short bit of training.
Cons
Honestly I didn't really have anything to complain about with this one.

“pay access and w2 convenience”
Pros
I really appreciate that employees can view their pay statements before payday which helps them plan ahead for bills and upcoming expenses. Having direct access to pay statements and W-2s for verification or any other need has also taken away a lot of the back-and-forth making things much less of a hassle for both employees and employers.
Cons
The part that gets frustrating is having to update the password on a regular basis. It also doesn't integrate with certain companies which can be limiting.

“remote time tracking that just works”
Pros
Working remotely with this is very easy and being able to clock in and out right from my phone makes it really convenient to use.
Cons
When you're in a hurry you can accidentally tap 'clock in' again at the end of the day instead of clocking out which can throw your time card off a little. It can be corrected though.

“secure payroll with clean design”
Pros
Using it felt very secure which matters most to me in payroll software. The interface was clean and polished and I also appreciated how certain hours were automatically color-coded to show whether they were regular time or overtime.
Cons
The part I liked least was how hard it could be to navigate when trying to find certain documents. On top of that, editing the spreadsheet where work hours were logged sometimes felt confusing and a bit outdated.

“organized payroll”
Pros
At my previous company, we used this software for payroll and timecard tracking for a little under two years. Compared with the system they had before, it was definitely a step up. Everything felt more organized and timely online for both sides. Our accounting team mentioned that it was much easier to manage from their end and they were no longer wasting time on pointless tasks like before. From an employee perspective like mine, it was also very easy to use.
Cons
Since I wasn't heavily involved in the payroll side of things, I don't have much negative feedback to give. It tracked hours, handled pay and pulled everything together on time.

“reliable reporting”
Pros
Starting out with it was simple and the interface is user friendly overall. The real-time reporting is especially useful and configuring it for first-time users doesn't take much effort. Setup was hassle free on desktop android and iOS as well.
Cons
Every now and then some pages take longer than expected to load.

“real time pay and records”
Pros
Being able to check my paycheck and see my total hours worked at any time, with real-time updates, is easily the most valuable part for me. I can also access my tax returns whenever I need them which makes it really convenient to keep important documents organized, safe and secure in one place.
Cons
My only complaint is that it occasionally freezes on my phone. Other than that, it's definitely useful software and worth taking advantage of.

Pros
Everything I need is right there at a glance and the layout is organized in a way that feels logical and makes sense.
Cons
If your password expires, getting it reset feels a little tedious. In my opinion, that process could be made simpler.

“strong automation, uneven rollouts”
Pros
The platform is a well-known payroll platform with a lot of automation built in, plus tons of integrations. It serves as our main employee login hub so once employees sign in to the platform, they can jump to several other sites without needing to log in again. That has made the overall process much more organized and it's fairly simple to manage from the admin side. Their newer onboarding and screening tools also let us request and kick off everything with the employee from beginning to end.
Cons
One ongoing challenge with the platform is how often things change. New features seem to get pushed out before they're fully ready and there have been times when even support appears to be learning them for the first time while handling your ticket. The site also used to feel very bulky and slow. It does seem to be improving a bit as they continue updating the platform.

“direct pay to my card”
Pros
Getting my pay loaded straight onto my platform card was really convenient since I didn't have to deal with cashing a paper check.
Cons
The issue was the extra fees whenever an employee used the card more than twice on payday.

“Efficient reports and employee records”
Pros
Working with the platform every day has given me access to what feels like endless reporting options which really helps with scheduling, hiring and managing my division. At any time, I can check overtime even when staff are shared across other departments. Running labor accounting reports is quick and easy. The platform also keeps employee profiles organized and I'm able to upload and store documents, policy acknowledgments and important contact or emergency information. Two thumbs up.
Cons
At first, there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to finding the exact information you need especially since some reports may have different names than what you're used to. Once you get familiar with how their reporting is set up though, that issue pretty much disappears.

“Easy to use”
Pros
Can feel a little overwhelming in the beginning but overall it's very user friendly. If you're new to the platform, there are plenty of training modules available along with hands-on support to help you learn it.
Cons
I do wish the search bar did a better job of helping with questions or concerns because it takes too long to find answers that way. Most of the time, it's actually easier to just call customer service. The reporting side also isn't very user friendly.

“handy hub for time and updates”
Pros
Using this for timecards, PTO and similar tasks has been really easy for both managers and employees. It also works well for keeping up with company information, sending out weekly notices to staff and sharing or updating policies across the whole company.
Cons
The mobile app can be unreliable at times and gets a bit glitchy. There are also moments when the GPS feature in the app doesn't pick up the correct location. Outside of that, better resources and a more helpful overall layout would make it even better.

“versatile time cards and benefits”
Pros
Submitting time cards through the platform works really well. The time card setup is flexible so it's simple to split hours across different categories like grant-funded programs or separate job roles. It also includes time-off request options even though our organization doesn't really use that feature since we usually handle those requests verbally. There's a clean section for benefits information too and I really appreciate being able to look back at time cards from different pay periods without the awkward navigation that a lot of clocking systems tend to have.
Cons
At the same time, the platform feels a bit overloaded with extra features that don't seem very useful in our setting. I can see how things like performance goals or employee birthday widgets might help in larger, less personal organizations but to me they just add clutter to the homepage. Another annoyance is how inconsistent the link naming is. On the home page, there are icon-style shortcuts like 'my benefits,' 'my pay,' and 'Lifemart,' but the main menu uses different labels, such as 'Myself' with items like Benefits, Pay and Employee Discounts - Lifemart tucked underneath. It gives the impression that the interface is trying to imitate a mobile layout even though it doesn't function like one and you can't even customize it with your own frequently used links. Overall, it makes the system feel messier than it needs to be and it would be nice if organizations had more control to remove some of that clutter.
