“buggy time clock”

Pros

One thing it does well is display my paycheck in a clear, readable way. The vacation tool is also useful since it lets me see how much time off I'm expected to have available on a specific date.

Cons

Beyond that, it's full of bugs. The clock in and clock out feature is incredibly bad, with both buttons showing side by side so if the wrong one gets tapped by mistake, the only way to correct it is to reach out to the person at the company who manages time cards. The mobile version is not user friendly either.

Pros

Easy to use and it doesn't take much time to train people or get them comfortable using it. It comes with a lot of features and each one adds real value.

Cons

It does exactly what it's supposed to do and I haven't run into any issues so far.

One thing that was really useful was having everything tied to prior activity. If you change jobs and the new company also used this tool before, your W-2 is still available there no matter which employer it came from.

Using it didn't feel very user friendly. We ran into quite a few problems along the way and ended up moving to a different product.

Logging my payroll hours is easy and keeping track of sick time and vacation pay is really convenient.

At times the software feels pretty laggy and it would be better if some actions took just one click instead of having to manually enter information into columns.

Getting everything set up in the beginning was a bit complicated but once that part was done, it became easy to manage.

Pros

Running payroll and handling W-2s for my small business was much more organized with this software. It kept every employee's pay stubs on file and stored all of their tax information in one place which saved a lot of hassle. Employees also had access to their own portal so they could check everything themselves whenever they needed to. Another nice benefit was that if someone worked for more than one employer using the platform, all of that information could be accessed from a single place.

Cons

An issue I ran into was that the way multiple employers were organized within the same platform did not always function properly.

It's really convenient having all of my employment information in one place so I don't have to jump between different systems to find what I need.

A frustrating part is that it glitches on my computer pretty often. It will sometimes say I'm logged in through another window even when that isn't actually the case.

Honestly I'm happy with all of it and can't think of anything I dislike.

Being able to check pay stubs and use the visual charts to understand deductions is really useful. Requesting time off through the platform feels very organized and it also lets users view monthly, current and week-to-date timesheets in one place.

It still relies on Adobe Flash Player which feels outdated.

Managing attendance, performance reviews and similar tasks works really well with this tool. It sends useful reminders and even alerts you when agents fall out of adherence which makes day-to-day oversight much easier.

Cons

One downside is that you end up paying extra for add-ons. The features I mentioned in the pros, like Curr, are not included in the base package and come at an additional cost.

Checking pay stubs and salary information through the platform has been really convenient. The website is accessible, simple to navigate and lays out the payment details clearly so I can quickly find exactly what I need.

Cons

My biggest issue has been with the mobile app. It sometimes crashes or fails to load my information properly so I usually stick to the desktop version which works well most of the time.

Pros

I can handle payroll, set up direct deposit, enroll in health care, check my time-off balances and access company documents without jumping between different systems. On the management side, it's also really helpful to be able to view my team's time-off balances, employment history and other details all in the same platform.

Cons

The only part that gets frustrating is the password policy. It makes you update your password every 3 to 4 months and you're not allowed to reuse any of your last five passwords which can be kind of annoying.

Everything I need for HR is available in one portal: payroll, hours, time off and benefits are all together in one place.

Cons

I have a lot to appreciate about it and honestly, I'm having a hard time coming up with anything negative to say.

One setback is that if you forget your login details, the system can lock you out and you may have to wait a bit before you can get back in.

Honestly, there wasn't much about the platform that I enjoyed using.

Nothing about the software feels accessible. The whole system is outdated and even simple tasks take far too many steps. There's basically no room for error either because if you make a mistake, you have to delete everything and start over. For 2019, this should have been much more user friendly.

Pros

The platform has been a fantastic tool to use. Right from the dashboard, I can quickly check my pay information, sick time and vacation balances. It also lays out my benefits details and other compensation information in one place which I really appreciate. One feature I especially enjoy is how it estimates your time off when you submit a request for a future date. That makes it much easier to picture what my schedule will look like ahead of time.

Cons

There really isn't much for me to complain about with the platform. If anything, the navigation could be a little more accessible because the time-off predictor feels somewhat tucked away. Aside from that, I've had a very positive experience with the software and find it extremely useful.
