“helpful tool”
Pros
Time & Attendance and Time Off have been really useful for us and the Self Service Open Enrollment feature for Benefits has fully transformed what used to be a manual process. Being able to send required documents to employees through the software is something I really appreciate as well. Bridge has been a big help too especially when I only need a quick answer to something.
Cons
After using the software for several years, it still took quite a bit of time to feel comfortable navigating all of its features. I also know we are not taking advantage of everything the system offers, mainly because I just have not had enough time to learn more of it yet although I'm sure we'll get there eventually. One thing I would still like to see is more flexibility and functionality in the portal configuration. It is a very valuable feature but working with it can be a bit challenging especially when adding images.

“Excellent solution”
Pros
The software brought our payroll, 401k and benefits administration into one connected system which was a big improvement over the mix of separate software and paper processes we were using before. Having everything in a single platform has made administration much more manageable on our side and has also created a more easy experience for employees. On top of that, the provider's support team has been excellent! Whether we contact them by phone or use the chat feature inside the application, they respond quickly, stay professional and clearly know the product well.
Cons
Because the software is such a effective platform, there are what feels like endless configuration options. That flexibility is valuable but it also adds a layer of complexity that's hard to avoid. The system has been able to handle everything we need though figuring out the correct way to set up certain parts of the solution can sometimes take some effort.

“Good to have”
Pros
With HR staff changing all the time at my company, having this site has been really helpful. It covers pretty much every question I might have and even more and I appreciate that all the forms are available there too which makes the whole process much more easy.
Cons
It can be a bit slow when I'm trying to track my clock-ins.

“smart tools and clear navigation”
Pros
The platform is built in a smart way and is fairly simple to move around in, aside from the reporting area.
Cons
Even after using it for many years, I still struggle to build reports and get them to function the way I need.

“complete and accurate”
Pros
The platform feels complete and accurate and it includes everything we need to handle our work.
Cons
One frustrating part is the reporting. The report titles do not clearly show what is actually included so we have to run each report first just to find out.

“love the updates!”
Pros
This year's 2018 updates have been a huge win for me. The new features especially Reporting, Benefits, Favorites and the FLSA Dashboard, have been really valuable. I'm very happy with the software and plan to keep using it as our needs grow.
Cons
A small thing I've noticed in the updated version is that when I open the Employee Search tab, the cursor doesn't automatically land in the search box. I have to click into it before typing. It's a very minor issue but the older version handled that automatically and that extra convenience was definitely nice to have.

“payroll options for everything”
Pros
My payroll setup isn't very complicated but whenever I need a specific option, it's there. It feels like the system covers just about anything I might be looking for.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into parts that aren't very accessible. Since those situations don't happen often for me, they're not always easy to remember though I'm sure they would stick if I used them more regularly.

“frustrating site and broken docs”
Pros
They've been making gradual updates and some of the basic features are starting to function a bit better. The mobile app has also been more reliable and works better than the web version.
Cons
After using this at work for the last four years, it has honestly felt like a hassle the whole time. The website frequently fails to work properly, the menus are very hard to navigate and most of the PDFs and other documents uploaded by our HR team wouldn't open or function correctly.

“handles complex payroll well”
Pros
Across payroll, multistate requirements, benefits and taxes, this software really covers a lot. It's impressive how much it can manage in one place. We also recently added the vacation request feature and that has saved us time while improving accuracy and traceability.
Cons
Because it does so much, getting started can feel a bit overwhelming. At first, it can be difficult to find exactly what you need or figure out how to complete certain tasks.

“constant innovation”
Pros
As far as HCM software goes, the provider stands out as a globally recognized leader. They keep enhancing the platform over time and consistently introduce new innovations and products to the market.
Cons
Like any cloud-based software, occasional downtime can happen. It does come up from time to time but the provider makes a strong effort to keep outages to a minimum and resolve them quickly.

“better with time”
Pros
The software has gotten a lot more accessible over time. It's very accessible for our employees and being able to use it for online benefits enrollment and communication is definitely one of its strongest features.
Cons
Pulling data out of the system can still feel a bit less accessible at times. That said, Customer Service is usually able to help us work through any issues when they come up.

“powerful HR capabilities”
Pros
As a Human Resources professional, this platform covers everything I need to get my work done.

Problem is that it doesn't operate as a single unified system like some other providers. It feels more like several systems combined which can occasionally lead to issues.

“mobile access boosts engagement”
Pros
Navigating the platform is easy and it doesn't take much effort to find what you need. The mobile access has also made a big difference, with our employees much more engaged with their paychecks.
Cons
The recruiting piece wasn't quite as smooth as we would have preferred. That said, we were aware of that upfront and still felt the overall value was very good.

“convenient payroll access”
Pros
Using it has been very easy and having quick links to both the support center and banking tools makes everything a lot more convenient.
Cons
An issue comes up when an employee gets entered twice. If one record has the wrong Social Security number and the other has the correct one, the number cannot be edited. In that situation, both records have to be terminated and a completely new employee file has to be created.

“good features all around”
Pros
Getting around the software feels pretty easy and moving between the different parts of the site doesn't take much effort. It also comes with a lot of features that are genuinely useful.
Cons
My only real complaint with the software is that the session times out too quickly. The warning that the session is about to end can pop up even when I'm actively working on an employee record or building a custom report.

“well designed interface”
Pros
The software feels very accessible to work with and the interface is well designed. It makes training employees simple, whether they are in HR or Accounting.
Cons
There are a few fields we would have preferred to make mandatory so they always had to be filled in. It would have been helpful if that was something we could customize.

“effective platform”
Pros
Having everything bundled into one full-service platform is a big plus. The software is very effective and covers just about everything you'd want, all integrated in a single system.
Cons
When bugs or other issues come up, they usually take quite a while to get resolved. Customer support has also consistently felt lacking even though the provider has tried different support structures over time.

“reliable tax and reporting support”
Pros
Staying current with tax law changes is one of the biggest advantages of the software and that has been extremely helpful. The provider also clearly understands how important detailed reporting is especially when it comes to government reporting requirements.
Cons
A limitation is that front-end users sometimes can't rename field labels to better match the company's needs. It would also be useful to have the option to link related fields together.
