“Good for daily use”
Pros
The reporting and dashboard features are good and the interface is pretty easy to use. Customer service is quick to respond when we need help. Our HR and payroll admins handle their thing and even our field workers have no trouble using it. Training new folks on timecards and time-off requests is simple and the initial setup was smooth. It's perfect for our day-to-day. Integrating our sister companies was simple too and the whole setup was surprisingly easy.
Cons
Managing employee records gets frustrating when you constantly need verification codes for birthday and age verification and it really slows down the workflow when your just trying to update basic information.

Pros
shoutout to the custom reports team, they are absolutely fantastic. I have zero complaints about them.
Cons
Customer support becomes nearly impossible to reach during year-end periods and the payroll team isn't particularly helpful unless you upgrade to a higher service tier.

I really love that this covers all our HR needs in one place. It beats juggling multiple systems and has made our whole department way more streamlined and efficient.
Cons
sometimes I feel like I know the system better than the support team does and it seems like they could use more training on how everything actually works.

“Helpful for custom reports”
Pros
The support team is a huge help whenever I need custom reports. Once you get the hang of the features, they're pretty simple to use. Customer service is great and I can just give them a call and they make creating reports simple, plus everything integrates smoothly for our company.
Cons
The custom reporting gets tricky when you're trying to build more complex reports and could definitely be more user-friendly.

Cons
staff here don't talk to each other much which leads to broken promises and they pushed us to go live even though I wasn't comfortable with what had been set up

Pros
Daily operations run so smoothly with this system and it's really user-friendly. But the best part is the customer service. Whenever I have a problem, the support team is exceptional. Having such a caring and knowledgeable team makes my job so much easier.
Cons
sometimes there are glitches when your working too quickly and the system just cant keep up with the pace.

Cons
a few of the hiring features feel clunky to work with especially since there's no Docusign integration and the Employee Referral system has some problems.

Our sales rep has been awesome and so great to work with. The interface is friendly and didn't take long to learn which made getting started easy. The best part is how many features this thing has; there's a ton you can do with it.
Cons
The customization features are very limited which can be frustrating when you need specific configurations. Making large-scale changes becomes quite cumbersome and time-consuming. For Canadian customers, the marketplace options are really lacking and dont offer much variety.

The website is really easy to use and just... interactive. No issues et all.
Cons
Customer service reps kept changing on me and I was constantly redirected to their 1-800 line for help. Had to call weekly because they'd deliver my payroll to the wrong people and packages would get dropped at random doors during night deliveries, leaving me to hunt them down the next day. They failed to pay payroll taxes on time and didn't even file some of them. Two years later, I'm still dealing with the tax mess they created.

Pros
Having my own go-to person has been a lifesaver. When I have an HR problem, I can just call her. She knows her stuff and just talking it through helps me figure it out. She's saved my butt more than once!
Cons
setting up processes feels pretty labor-intensive and not as interactive as I'd hoped. Getting onboarding configured was particularly challenging, though customer support provided excellent assistance throughout the process.
