“amazing tools but tough setup”
Pros
Been using this for over 6 years now. The HR and payroll tools are seriously amazing. And the support team is the best, whether I chat, call or email they're always quick and helpful.
Cons
Implementation has been a real headache for me. Every time I've gone through the setup process, there have been significant challenges and roadblocks. I've had implementation specialists switched on me multiple times and many of them just don't seem to have the deep product knowledge needed to get things running smoothly.

“Clutch for daily work”
Pros
The employment profiles, timesheets and benefits sections are clutch for our day-to-day stuff.
Cons
sometimes it runs slow and freezes on me, plus I get random errors that force me to clear the cache constantly. Also frustrated that when someone enters more PTO than they actually have available, there's no warning or flag and people end up going negative without realizing it.

Pros
This works perfectly for HR people at small to mid-sized companies. Most things are really interactive which helps me get my HR work done way faster.
Cons
When your business has complex needs requiring customization, it's not always feasible. Their support team's customer service leaves much to be desired as well.

Pros
I can always find what I need, email stuff, chat tools. It just makes sense and if I ever get stuck, there's tons of support. Feels like there are endless ways to make things better which is awesome.
Cons
sometimes the limitations aren't clearly explained which can be frustrating. Our company has some unique policies that might seem odd but I wish there was a way to program for those special cases instead of working around them.

“Top notch onboarding process”
Pros
The onboarding process is top-notch. I can make my own digital forms and keep it all in one spot so new hires can sign everything easily.
Cons
When I'm looking at someone's employee profile, it's frustrating that I cant jump directly to their documents, instead I have to back out, select documents and then it dumps me back at the top of the entire employee list again.

“Never stops improving”
Pros
I've been with ADP for 17 years and they never stop improving! They're always making things easier for us. I started with their old PC Payroll, saw them move to separate HR and Payroll modules and now we have this seamless all-in-one system. The live integration is fantastic and the real-time account verification saves us so much time.
Cons
Only area where I could use more assistance is with ADP smart Compliance. Handling Tax agency Notices can get cumbersome and time-consuming at times.

Interface is super user-friendly and has plenty of features, plus a great help platform. I love that I can do most things, like opening a support ticket, online without any trouble.
Cons

Cons
