This app is packed with features and forward thinking. I can't emphasize enough how amazing it is to have everything I need in one glance, seamless integration with tax preparation during tax time, and the ability to easily change my payment preferences.

Cons

Currently, only three accounts can be configured, which isn't a significant issue but can be somewhat annoying. Nonetheless, having three accounts is still pretty great.

Pros

ADP Workforce Now is an excellent all in one HR personal portal. I can easily access all of my HR information, including pay, taxes, time off, benefits, employee reviews, and more, from anywhere and at any time. I also appreciate the added security of the system requiring a secondary code from my text each time I log in.

Cons

The phone version of ADP Workforce Now lacks some of the features available on my online portal that I need to access. It would be very helpful to be able to access time off information on my phone, especially when I need to call in sick and don't want to open a full computer window. Apart from that, there aren't many negatives about ADP Work force Now.

Pros

I appreciate ADP's features like clocking in and out, timecard management, the payroll system, and the ability to see a breakdown of my total pay. I really like ADP.

Cons

One downside I've experienced with ADP Workforce Now is that sometimes I can't clock in and out. I'm not sure why, but it could be due to the WiFi area or connection lags.

I appreciate having a mobile application for seamless clocking in and out of work. I like that I can add clockings, request vacation time, and validate my time card.

Often, the app encounters errors or simply doesn't work, which can be very frustrating when I'm trying to clock in and out.

I value the ecofriendly nature of this app, as it allows me to receive my pay information without waiting until Fridays. Moreover, I appreciate its paperless approach and the provision of all necessary tax related information.

One drawback of this app is that it doesn't allow users to connect two accounts simultaneously if they have multiple jobs. As a result, users have to sign out and log back in, which can be a hassle if they forget their password and need to reset it.

The range of reporting options within ADP Workforce Now is fantastic! I have yet to encounter a report that I cannot find within the platform. I am also thrilled about the new online chat feature. It saves so much time compared to having to call customer service and wait on hold for ages. The chat function is absolutely amazing!

I didn't like having to make phone calls for customer service help, but now they have an online chat function that is extremely helpful!

This is one of the best HR platforms I've seen in a long time. It's absolutely packed with features for everything HR-related, like payroll, tracking attendance and handling benefits. The interface is so user-friendly and interactive. My favorite part is how accurate and reliable the payroll is and it automatically does all the math for taxes and other deductions which cuts down on mistakes so much. The employee self-service option is also fantastic, letting my team access their own profiles, work documents and submit time-off requests themselves.

Cons

Getting help from their support team can be frustrating and responses aren't always as quick as I'd need them to be. It's really the only area where I think they could do better.

I love having all the HR tools in one spot. Being able to manage everything from hiring to offboarding, including all our cloud documents, makes my job way easier. This tool is basically the complete package for every single HR task we have.

It keeps logging me out every few minutes and asking for reverification.

pretty simple UI to use once you figure out where everything is. My favorite thing is that I can see all my old W2s from past jobs that used ADP and they're all saved right in my current profile which is so handy.

The customer service here is terrible. Seems like they have high turnover and nobody gets proper cross-training. I'll contact 5 different reps about the same problem and get 5 completely different answers. Never sure which response to actually trust.

Really like how reliable this system is. Once I learn how to use a feature, it stays consistent and keeps being useful.

Cons

It hasn't been updated in ages and feels pretty outdated. There are annoying discrepancies between what the app shows for vacation and sick time versus what you see on the web version.

UI is confusing and not user-friendly at all. Customer support is terrible and they're unresponsive and unhelpful when you need assistance. The implementation process was a nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I've used this at a few different jobs now so I already know how it works. I really like the main dashboard and the shortcuts on the homepage are very helpful for my everyday tasks.

Cons

sometimes I struggle to locate what I need which can be frustrating. While the quick links are really handy, having more of them on the main page would make navigation much smoother and save time.

I never imagined that working with this company would turn into such a nightmare. It feels like herding children on a playground. ADP Workforce On the Go has shown complete unprofessionalism. I requested yearend documentation to continue my payroll with a new provider, but I haven't received it even after six biweekly payroll cycles. I have a signed document from them confirming the closure of our account back in July, yet they continued charging me. I had to involve my bank to collect the money and prevent further withdrawals. I can't wait to wake up from this nightmare and warn everyone I know, especially within the small business circles, to avoid using ADP!

I requested yearend documentation to continue my payroll with a new provider, and it's been over six biweekly payroll cycles, yet I haven't received them. I have a signed document from them, dated back in July, stating that our account is closed, but they were still charging me. I had to take them to collection through my bank and lock them out of my account to prevent further withdrawals. I can't wait to wake up from this nightmare and spread the word that this so called company is the absolute worst. I will make it my parttime job to make sure I tell everyone I can and all the small business circles I'm connected to: DO NOT USE ADP!
