I am honestly struggling to find anything good to say about my experience. I didn't even choose to use this system and the decision was made above me and I was just told to make it work.

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. If your looking to add stress to your life, then this is definitely the place for you. If you came here hoping to reduce stress and make things easier, I'd highly recommend looking somewhere else. The way all the different features work together wasn't user-friendly at all. Every time I needed to download tax documents, it felt like going on a scavenger hunt. My time with ADP turned into a complete tax nightmare that took almost 2 years to sort out. Things got so bad that our executive team decided to cut ties with ADP entirely.

Cons
