“smooth reporting, problematic employee transfers
Pros
Reporting is really smooth. I found it surprisingly easy to get the hang of.
Cons
The employee transfer and rehire features create headaches with our 401k vendor and benefits system. When moving someone to another company, you have to terminate them first which sends wrong status information to vendors and causes confusion about the employee's actual situation.

Pros
The interface is highly intuitive, and the new design is visually appealing and easy to navigate. Reviewing payroll is convenient, and the vacation approval process is straightforward.
Cons
Deploying it at our facility was quite tricky. Setting up the punch-out clock with their IT department posed a challenge too. However, once we got it sorted out, it's been smooth sailing.

ADP Workforce is intuitive and accessible whether on a phone or desktop. Whenever I encounter issues, customer service is readily available.
Cons
It would be helpful if there was a feature for tracking jobs. For instance, if I needed to link an employer to a specific payment for a particular time.

Whole system is simple and easy to get around. My favorite part is the chat support., the team answers fast, they know their stuff and they're actually friendly and helpful.
Cons
I am not a fan of their phone support system. When I tried calling for help, everything was completely automated and I couldn't reach an actual person to get assistance.

I appreciate the easy login process and the ability to track time, PTO, leave, and other requested hours.
Cons
The only downside is the prolonged downtime when the system malfunctions. Last month, ADI was down for almost two weeks, forcing me to manually track my clock-ins and lunch times to ensure accuracy for payday. Our checks were still short.

I like how this one system takes care of almost everything for us, payroll, time off, benefits, onboarding and company policies. The branding options in Workforce Now are solid so we can make it look like our company. I'm most impressed with how easily it handles a ton of data and connects with other apps we use like Netsuite for our timesheets.
Cons
The constant module refreshing gets really annoying since every click reloads whatever widget your working on. The reporting dashboard looks pretty bland and static and they could definitely spice it up with some color coding or better visuals. You'll need proper training sessions to get the hang of it, can't just jump in and figure it out on your own.
