Okay program, Widely Used Payroll Program by Many Big Companies

Pros

I appreciate its meticulous payroll tracking, including hours worked, hourly pay, and various deductions. Accessing tax documents and payroll slips is effortless without paper. I used to log in time rather than using the old time clock.

Cons

The main issue arises when accessing the program infrequently. I had an ADP profile with my previous company, which became confusing when my password manager mixed up my personal email with the one I used to register. Switching to a different email with my current company led to further confusion.

Payroll with ease

Pros

It's incredibly easy to clock in, check timecards, request time off, and more. A standout feature is the ability to use Siri on iPhone to clock in.

Cons

So far, my experience using ADP has been great, so no cons at this time.

automates approvals saves time

Pros

My favorite thing is how it automates approvals and makes workflows so much smoother. Importing data for payroll is a huge time-saver. Also the benefits module is fantastic and it automated so much and connected right to our carriers which made open enrollment practically effortless this year.

Cons

support wait times were long before but they've gotten much better lately.

Convenient and Accessible

Pros

ADP simplifies pay tracking, deductions, and tax documents for me as an employee. I value its paperless approach, and in my 8 years of using it, security has never been an issue.

Cons

smart setup but needs better reporting methods

Pros

The interface just clicked for me right away. We got everything set up in just a couple of days which was way faster than I thought. There are so many useful features that actually end up saving us money. And the customer support is great and we have our own HR and payroll contacts who are always there to help. Setting up our 401k with Guideline was easy too.

Cons

The reporting quality for HR and Finance really needs work especially when I compare it to what we used to get from Trinet, our previous PEO. There's definitely room for major improvement here.

simple and convenient

Pros

It's really simple to find my way around and I love having all my pay stubs organized in one spot. It's so convenient.

Great reports, frustrating navigation and split up info

Pros

It is reassuring that ADP is such a well-known company because there's always help available when I need it. My absolute favorite part though is the custom reports. That "field grabber" tool is a lifesaver when I can't remember what a field is called. And I love that it suggests reports that might already have the data I need and it saves me a ton of time.

Cons

Page loading gets slow when I'm jumping between different screens which is really annoying when I'm working in the people section. Employee info is split up in a weird way and if I'm looking at someone's personal details, I have to go all the way back to the main people area just to check their payroll stuff. It would be so much better if I could just click over to the pay data directly from the personal info page for the same person.

effortless and packed with features

Pros

I found this really easy to set up and use. I am on it every day and never have any problems, plus it's packed with features.

Cons

The effectiveness really comes down to your organization's size and specific requirements. I've seen it work for both a 25,000-employee company and a 1,500-person team so it's all about matching your particular needs.

awsome features but confusing to switch

Pros

The bridge feature is awesome and it makes dealing with leave requests and time entry so simple. The customer service team is also fantastic whenever I need help. I use this daily and it's helped me launch new features without a hitch.

Cons

switching between the new and old versions gets really confusing and it's hard to keep track of which one your using at any given time.

Very helpful but too expensive

Pros

The Bridge is an amazing resource. I've found answers to pretty much every question I've had on there. I love that I can usually figure things out on my own because the system is so simple. Everything we need is right there and the Marketplace lets us connect other systems we use which has been super valuable.

Cons

Pricing structure is frustrating since every tool comes with additional fees and there's no transparency about what things actually cost upfront.

Dashboard is so handy. Reviewing timesheets is also very easy and approving time-off requests couldn't be simpler.

Great everyday use

Pros

I love it that ADP has upgraded their dashboard; everything is straightforward. I can find everything I need easily. I can view my direct deposits, check my work hours, and even request time off using ADP. It's incredibly useful and the navigation is a breeze.

Cons

I've been using ADP for over 6 years, and honestly, I wouldn't change a thing. They've consistently upgraded the dashboards and even the app.

Would Highly Reccommend

Pros

The convenience of use was excellent. I have utilized multiple systems, and ADP surpasses all others in terms of quality, versatility, capabilities, and user friendliness.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints. The customer support team is helpful in setting up custom reports for frequently tracked areas, although it can be challenging to create one on your own. Usually this is addressed during the initial setup.

Implementation Failure & Fraudulent charges

Pros

We really liked the feature of having all employee documents and information in one place.

Cons

There have been recurring glitches and issues that were supposedly fixed. The implementation guidance was practically nonexistent or completely inaccurate. We had to endure ADP employee turnover, which resulted in incorrect setup and inappropriate fees amounting to thousands of dollars.

So easy to use

Pros
