The ADP Workforce Now app has been a game-changer. With its impressive range of features and user-friendly interface, it lives up to its reputation as a top HR management tool. One standout feature is its employee data management system, which simplifies processes from onboarding to offboarding, tracking all employee information, evaluations, and attendance records. Additionally, the payroll processing feature eliminates the stress of payroll management. In terms of usability, the app excels, with an intuitive interface that ensures a simplified user experience, even for those less familiar with HR software. Navigation is straightforward, and all essential information is readily accessible.
Cons
What I find least appealing about ADP Workforce Now is that some features are too basic and lack sufficient detail, especially in reporting and analytics tools. It's also difficult to reach a customer service representative when needed, and the pricing is a bit high for smaller companies.

“Good payroll system
Pros
Setting up this payroll system for my needs was straightforward. I could submit direct deposits, retrieve W-2s, and keep track of PTO easily.
Cons
The system can feel a bit clunky to navigate initially, but once you become familiar with it, it's straightforward to use.

“Terrible, unresponsive customer service

Honestly the only good thing I can say is that we usually manage to get payroll done on time.
Cons
The customer service has been absolutely terrible. Our dedicated rep is constantly MIa for days or weeks without giving us backup contacts. When they finally show up, nothing gets resolved and our questions just sit there. Every time we try to escalate, we get the same empty promises about "getting to the bottom of it" but nothing ever happens. After nearly a decade with them, we had to pull the plug because the service became so awful over the past few years.

The interface is super interactive and really easy to use.
Cons
The management side seems disorganized and there's clearly some communication breakdowns between team members. When we wanted to expand our current plan, we ended up talking to 3 different reps who had no clue about each other and kept reaching out separately. The whole thing felt way too pushy and sales-heavy.

I like that it has a lot of features that help me be more productive especially for requesting time off and tracking my goals. The interface is also really user-friendly.
Cons
It takes a bit of time to get familiar with everything at first. The learning curve is there but once you get through the initial training and spend some time with it, you'll figure out how to use all the features effectively.

Love how easy it is to manage employee info. Finding what I need is a breeze and making changes is no sweat once you get the hang of it. The custom reports are a lifesaver!
Cons
Payroll section makes it tricky to find old paystubs especially with certain user permissions. Would be great if there was a search feature and better filtering options to make things easier.

ADP Workforce Now streamlines our employee management system and integrates with third-party apps for invoicing and other business functions. Having a single application for LMS, HR, and Payroll is a valuable addition to our business.
Cons
The most frustrating aspect of ADP is the frequent 'reloads.' Clicking on any link or menu causes the entire page or module to reload, taking 3-4 seconds to reinstate a surprising inconvenience for an application of this caliber. The product is complex to use and would benefit from webinars and tutorials for users to become accustomed to it.

Cons
Getting help from support was really frustrating, whenever we ran into problems, reaching someone felt nearly impossible. The reporting features were also clunky and not nearly as smooth as you'd expect.

The customization is top-notch. We added our logo and set our own rules. Love that it connects to other apps like ADP Vista and Netsuite, makes timesheets easy. Handles all our leave and invoicing and the report widget is clutch. Just wish the reports were automated!
Cons
Every time I click on a page or menu, the whole module reloads which takes about 2-3 seconds, pretty frustrating for software at this level. Once you get past the initial setup, you can't really customize anything else without reaching out to their support team. The admin side is difficult to use and there's barely any documentation online to help you figure things out.

UI is so friendly. And the devs actually listen to our feedback and make changes! Everything flows nicely and is simple to use.
Cons
The tax section really frustrates me. When we're dealing with tax problems, I get bounced between the tax department and our account manager constantly and trying to find answers in smart compliance and reports just makes everything more confusing.
