“Great all-in-one system, few problems”
Pros
I love how easy it is to use and that all our HR needs are in one place. Running payroll is spot-on and employees can handle their own stuff through the self-service portal. It helps us stay compliant without me worrying and the reporting lets me see exactly what I need. Customer support has been really dependable and it handles our size well and we're managing 17 hotels on it without any issues. The whole design just makes managing our workforce so much smoother.
Cons
There aren't enough sample reports or standard templates to work with. I've also run into issues where certain fields just aren't available when I'm trying to build custom reports and software updates can be a bit of a headache at times.

“Onboarding works perfectly!”
Pros
Onboarding process is really simple and I love how it connects with JazzHR. When we hire someone new, their info just pops right in which saves us so much manual data entry.
Cons
Reporting features feel awkward and user permissions aren't very easy. Customer support is hit or miss, sometimes helpful but you always have to call since there's no chat option which would make things much easier.

“Good help at first, bad follow-up”
Pros
Appreciate all the resources here and I love that I can just jump on a chat to get help and open a case. All the different offerings have been really valuable for our company.
Cons
main problem I'm dealing with right now is follow-up support. They keep closing my tickets without actually solving anything which is really frustrating when you're trying to get real answers to your issues.

“excellent tool but often slow”
Pros
I am on this thing all the time and I can pull up anyone's details in seconds. Adding new hires is also easy honestly. It's so easy to also check info for other people at my location which is very handy.
Cons
The sheer number of features can bog things down and cause lag issues. Wish the mobile app had better access to payroll functions that would make my life easier. Haven't needed customer support myself but my team's experiences have been hit or miss when they've reached out.

The advantages of ADP include the ability to track my paid time off, monitor my attendance, and easily access payroll information when needed.
Cons
One minor drawback I can think of is that the ADP system takes a little while to update when I clock in and out, but it's not a major issue. It doesn't happen all the time, and for the most part, it works great.

What I admire most about ADP Workforce Now is that it is a well known and trustworthy payroll software from a reputable company like Verizon is known for its network and reception.
Cons
It's not so much an issue with ADP Workflow, but I would have preferred an all in one timekeeping system. It's not ADP's fault, though.
