“User-friendly with great support
Pros
Interface is so user-friendly and easy to use. But the best part might be the support team and they're fantastic and always ready to jump in and help. I'm really excited to see the new features they're working on.
Cons
Can be sluggish at times and occasionally ADP makes changes without notifying us. Enhanced Time has performance issues but usually functions fine though I'm excited about the upcoming ADP Workforce Manager implementation!

“simple workflow but surprise updates
Pros
The whole workflow just makes sense and it connects to our other systems without any issues. Getting around is simple and the support team is honestly amazing and they go above and beyond. We tried a few other payroll systems but this one is just smoother.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the unexpected ADP updates and interface changes they push on us without asking. These redesigns feel pointless and I'd rather they leave things alone.

Pros
Having everything in one place is a game-changer for me, HR, benefits, payroll, performance reviews. No more remembering a bunch of different logins! and it's clear the team listens to us because the navigation keeps improving.
Cons
The Canadian support team takes forever to respond and I'm stuck waiting over an hour just to get through on the phone.

Pros
Getting around is very easy and my requests get processed super fast. The whole interface just feels easy to me.
Cons
sometimes gets frustrating when it won't let me open multiple browser windows and I'll randomly get logged out or the whole thing just freezes up on me for no apparent reason

It's so convenient to handle everything in one single spot. I'm actually excited to start using all the tricks I've learned.
Cons
Figuring out all the features can be tricky when there's no one available to talk to. Having someone there in person was incredibly helpful.

“Interactive but cross-border issues
Pros
Admin side of things is really interactive and simple. The analytics are fantastic and give me the exact insights I need. Plus our service team is incredible and they're always quick to help us out.
Cons
The chat feature disappeared for cross-border transactions which is frustrating. Also their Canadian service team really needs some work, support there could definitely be better.

Updates happen without any heads up to users which can be really frustrating when your suddenly dealing with new features or changes you werent expecting

Pros
I have been using this for our company's payroll and HR and it's clear they actually listen to our feedback. They've made real improvements to fix some of the clunky processes we all dealt with during the pandemic. It's encouraging to see them work on our experience and I'm feeling good about what's next.
Cons
Populating employee data across different sections can be tricky and the areas where I really need mass import functionality dont support it unfortunately.

It is so easy for both my managers and our staff to use. Having payroll and benefits all in one spot makes everything easy. After our last system that was always crashing and had terrible support, this has been a massive upgrade.

The automation features are absolutely amazing! I haven't even explored everything yet but the onboarding process looks super simple. It's also great that it keeps everyone's personal info stored securely in one place.
Cons
The initial setup was a nightmare! Had to make countless calls and complaints before they finally assigned us a different implementation specialist. After 5 months, we're just now getting on track.

Cons
Implementation takes quite a bit of effort but I'm still too new to the system to have any real complaints. I know things will be much smoother once we're fully up and running.
