“My perfect system since 2008”
Pros
I've been with ADP since 2008, starting with E-Time and now on Workforce NOW. I love having everything in one place. We started with just 120 people for time tracking and grew to over 800 even adding scheduling and benefits. The interface is so interactive and probably the easiest system I've ever used. And when I need help, both the phone support and the live chat are really responsive.

I can't think of anything negative to say about it!

“Broken data and terrible service”
Pros
I can see all my staff across different company codes in one spot which saves me from having to jump between screens all the time.
Cons
Data flow between modules was completely broken. The "spin" team screwed up our employee tax reporting which caused inflated 2021 wages to be reported to the IRs. Our employees are still dealing with this mess. When we tried to get help fixing it, customer service was terrible.

“Does everything but weak mobile app”
Pros
It pretty much does everything I need for HR, tracks time, keeps personnel files safe, lets me share company policies, assign tasks and more.
Cons
mobile app is very limited compared to the website and there's alot of stuff you just cant do on your phone that you can easily handle on the desktop version.

I can easily grab important HR and finance documents and I can update my retirement and PTO stuff myself without having to bother anyone.

“User friendly system with great reports”
Pros
I find the interface really easy to use and handling admin tasks has been simple. The reporting is especially awesome and it's giving us exactly what we need to run things.
Cons
The carrier EDI feeds are missing which is frustrating. Integration with COBRA admin, FsA admin and HsA admin through certain third-party vendors isn't fully there yet. The interface with third-party vendors could definately use some work.

Pros
The interface is simple and user friendly, making it easy to manage benefits and handle other compensation related inquiries. I can easily find anything I'm searching for.
Cons
The interface is showing its age a bit, but it's still highly functional. I'm a bit hesitant about changing too much since I fear it might cause issues with functionality.

It is easy to use, and no prior knowledge is required. It is functional and efficient.
Cons
Having a unique login for employees can be a bit inconvenient. I can never remember my login details since it wasn't set up with a simple username and password combination.

Pros
When it functions properly, it's decent, but the uncertainty of when it might not work causes me stress.
Cons
Despite giving ADP a month's notice before starting payroll, they failed to send emails inviting staff to sign up for attendance tracking until a few days after they were supposed to start using it. The deployment was terrible, and the customer service was lacking. All customer representatives for service are located overseas and can be somewhat challenging to understand due to English not being their first language.

Pros
It's easy to connect to this to different databases and pull employee attendance info without any issue. Making updates is simple and doesn't take long at all.
Cons
Interface feels outdated and could really use a visual refresh and it looks like it hasn't been updated in years.

I'm really impressed with how well this handles time and attendance for a company our size. It connected with our other systems surprisingly smoothly and we didn't need to be tech experts to get it working.
Cons
Things feel scattered and hard to pick up quickly making it tough to adapt when your trying to learn the ropes.

It is fantastic and we can really tweak it to fit our needs. Employees find it easy to use and I like that supervisors and managers have different access levels based on their role.
Cons
Payroll setup feels dated to me. Could've been our specific timeclock but tracking hours across different states was a real headache for our multi-state employees.

Logging in is very easy and it honestly feels like this one tool does almost everything I need across the board.
Cons
Employee interface could use some work and I've noticed the calendar doesn't sync properly with Google when it comes to PTO requests.
