Cons
Creating fillable forms can be challenging. It would be beneficial if we could upload a Word doc and have the system convert it to the required format.

My favorite thing is how easy this platform is to use. Whether I'm wearing my HR hat or just logging in as an employee, everything just makes sense and is right where I expect it.
Cons

It automates our workforce management which is a huge help. Uploading payroll data for hundreds of employees is incredibly simple.
Cons
The software can be really glitchy at times and I often find myself having to switch back to the classic view just to get things working properly.

I can usually find most of what I need though sometimes I have to dig around a bit through all the info they have.
Cons
Interface feels clunky and difficult to use. The timekeeping features are really basic and feel outdated and they definately need a major overhaul.

User friendly interface and it makes tracking, reporting, and handling compliance way simpler. Honestly every company should use this as it just streamlines everything beautifully.
Cons
Customer service feels slow and not very helpful. Most of the time I end up solving problems myself when I really need their support to save time.

“an all-in-one dream solution
Pros
Having an all-in-one system is fantastic. Everything I need is right there. Getting help is easy and the interface makes finding answers very simple. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.
Cons
Biggest challenge I've faced is taking over a system that was only partially set up before I arrived which created quite a headache initially. That said, the support team has been incredibly responsive in helping us get everything configured properly and walking us through all the features.

“Frustrating at almost every turn
Pros
The e-learning part is actually pretty good. I can assign training and easily track who's finished. We can upload our own stuff and their built-in catalog has a decent selection to choose from.
Cons
The interface isn't very interactive, there's always some little step that doesn't make sense when I'm trying to modify or add something which means I end up calling support to walk me through it. The reporting and dashboard features are pretty frustrating to work with. It's hard to customize them to get the data I actually need like vacation accrual reports that show all existing requests instead of just summarizing what's been taken and what's left.

Finding employee info is so simple. One click and I have everything I need. As someone who does payroll, that kind of efficiency is a massive time-saver. And we all know time is money!
Cons
screening feature gets expensive. I've seen other background check apps that pull the same info for way less money.

I really love that everything is bundled together, it's perfect for a small team like ours. The recruiting module is a definite standout, moving through the hiring process feels smooth and interactive. I'd be curious to see more about the onboarding features, maybe even get a demo to check them out.
Cons
The wait times for customer support could definitely be shorter. When I'm dealing with urgent issues, I really can't afford to sit around waiting for help. I'm not sure what the best solution would be on there end since I dont handle payroll myself.

I'm impressed by their huge partner marketplace and it makes adding integrations really a piece of cake. Their annual Pro summit conference is also super well-run. It's clear they have the resources to keep rolling out solid updates.
Cons
recruiting and onboarding features could use some improvement. Cost transparency isn't great and managing different services can be tricky. Customer service wait times are pretty frustrating and the whole process feels inconvenient.

They're always coming out with cool new features which I love. But it does take forever to type in all the initial information.
Cons
setting up PTO plans gets tricky when your using it alongside another time management system. The integration with other platforms could definitely be smoother and there's no pending bucket feature which would be really helpful.
