“simple payroll but weak support”
Pros
I find it very easy to get around and handle all my payroll stuff. Everyone at my company uses it to check their paychecks, salary info, taxes, performance reviews and HR news. Setting it up for us was a total cinch. We get email alerts automatically whenever there's an update or something changes.
Cons
Customer service definitely needs improvement and it's just not meeting expectations right now.

Pros
I'm impressed with how much this platform can do. It feels like there's a feature for literally everything we need in our daily workflow.
Cons
Its quite difficult to use with some of the more complex features. Would really benefit from having more hands-on training sessions available.

“simple but reports are hard”
Pros
It is really simple for dealing with HR and payroll tasks. And the customer service is great and they get back to me fast and fix my problems without any drama.
Cons
I can't seem to pull up any of my payroll reports from last year. It would be really helpful if they could make accessing these kinds of reports more simple and user-friendly.

“Tragic Software & Ineffective Customer Support”

I can't find any positives to mention here. Everything we were told about ADP Workforce's capabilities turned out to be completely untrue.
Cons
We were informed that our staff would be able to track both time and cost centers through the ADP Workforce App. However, while employees were able to track their time, the cost center feature was missing. As a result, I had to manually enter timesheet information and cost centers for each employee every day. ADP implemented an update, but I couldn't access any newly added cost centers. They haven't resolved this issue in the 10 weeks since it started, which means I still have to manually enter timesheet information and substitute cost centers, then update our journal entry with the correct cost centers. Another update was performed, and now I can't see new cost centers in the timesheets, nor can I export them to Excel, print them as PDFs, or even copy them as plain text from the website. Since the upgrade, some of our employees haven't received payment, even though they were on the payroll register and our account was debited for the amount. We've also had cases where employees only received half of their pay, even though their pay statement showed otherwise and our account was debited for a different amount. Despite entering all the information correctly on our end, I was instructed to doublecheck everything. Most recently, our payroll date was changed from Friday, October 13th, to Monday, October 16th, without our company's consent or consultation. This resulted in several of our staff members incurring NSF charges.

Overall, I like the product. It combines attendance, leave requests, and payroll into one easily accessible and secure website.
Cons
The method for inputting daily time could have been better designed. Additionally, when you save your inputted time and approvals, it doesn't always save your work, requiring you to doublecheck if it was saved every time.

Pros
ADP simplifies staff access to information regarding their hours worked and biweekly paystubs. The site provides exact times worked, allowing workers to identify any missed clock ins or disputes in hours worked. This enables immediate resolution. With everything being online, there's no need for paper paystubs, and staff members receive their pay via direct deposit once it's dispersed!
Cons
My only small critique, if anything, is that the platform can be a bit finicky when staff members forget their passwords and are unable to log in. Administrative intervention is required to resolve the issue. However, this is just a minor inconvenience.

I've used this platform before and was totally blown away at first and I even gave it a perfect score. To be fair the system itself is great and works well when it's running smoothly.
Cons
The implementation process has been a nightmare, basically a "figure it out yourself" approach that's left my team scrambling. I pushed hard for us to invest in additional modules and convinced leadership to stick with ADP instead of exploring other options but now I'm regretting that loyalty. We're constantly struggling to understand how to actually use these new tools and resources we paid for. What's even more frustrating is that we gave them detailed feedback about our terrible experience but they haven't done anything to fix the situation or provide better support.

“smart choice but slow setup”
Pros
interface just makes sense and moving from one page to another is smooth. Customer support has been great when I can get ahold of them though they aren't always around. Setting it up was easy with no big problems. We end up using this tool about four times a month.
Cons
Initial setup process is very time-consuming since you need to gather quite a bit of information beforehand.

The interactive dashboard is a huge help and is just packed with handy tools. I find it incredibly easy to use and using every single day.
Cons
Their functionality is limited and it doesn't integrate well with other systems we use. That said it works fine when your using it on its own.

I thought this would blend perfectly with our other software but it's really just a one-way data feed, not a true integration. On the plus side the 401k hosting through ADP was super convenient, checking my balance was also easy.
Cons
Customer service across the board is terrible. When my team contacted both implementation and support, they were challenged, insulted and treated disrespectfully. The EDI feeds constantly failed and caused major headaches. We couldn't map our own general ledger which was really frustrating.

I can easily pull up all the analytics and reports I need. It's awesome for helping me see where we're struggling so I can focus on improving those weak spots.
Cons
I am frustrated that the support team rarely gives direct answers. Finding solutions always requires going through several people or lengthy processes.
