“Reliable but feels outdated”
Pros
Really like how reliable this system is. Once I learn how to use a feature, it stays consistent and keeps being useful.
Cons
It hasn't been updated in ages and feels pretty outdated. There are annoying discrepancies between what the app shows for vacation and sick time versus what you see on the web version.

“Frustrating Ui and poor support”
Pros
The payroll part works well enough for what we need.
Cons
UI is confusing and not user-friendly at all. Customer support is terrible and they're unresponsive and unhelpful when you need assistance. The implementation process was a nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

“Familiar and efficient for daily tasks”
Pros
I've used this at a few different jobs now so I already know how it works. I really like the main dashboard and the shortcuts on the homepage are very helpful for my everyday tasks.
Cons
sometimes I struggle to locate what I need which can be frustrating. While the quick links are really handy, having more of them on the main page would make navigation much smoother and save time.

“Never in my wildest dreams”
Pros
I never imagined that working with this company would turn into such a nightmare. It feels like herding children on a playground. ADP Workforce On the Go has shown complete unprofessionalism. I requested yearend documentation to continue my payroll with a new provider, but I haven't received it even after six biweekly payroll cycles. I have a signed document from them confirming the closure of our account back in July, yet they continued charging me. I had to involve my bank to collect the money and prevent further withdrawals. I can't wait to wake up from this nightmare and warn everyone I know, especially within the small business circles, to avoid using ADP!
Cons
I never imagined the nightmare of working with this "company." It's like wrangling together children in a playground. The complete unprofessionalism I have experienced with ADP Workforce on the Go is unbelievable. I requested yearend documentation to continue my payroll with a new provider, and it's been over six biweekly payroll cycles, yet I haven't received them. I have a signed document from them, dated back in July, stating that our account is closed, but they were still charging me. I had to take them to collection through my bank and lock them out of my account to prevent further withdrawals. I can't wait to wake up from this nightmare and spread the word that this so called company is the absolute worst. I will make it my parttime job to make sure I tell everyone I can and all the small business circles I'm connected to: DO NOT USE ADP!

“Ease and Convenient to use!!”
Pros
The best thing about ADP is that I can access the app wherever I need it. It's incredibly convenient and user friendly. Easy navigation is crucial for payroll, and ADP makes it simple to read payment stubs from various companies, helping me understand how I'm paid and the tax deductions.
Cons
The thing I like least about ADP is that the benefits from third party companies cannot be accessed within ADP. I always have to visit the third partys website to look up all my information. I wish ADP had insurance cards and other third party information added to the site.

“ADP Workforce is AWESOME”
Pros
What I really liked was that it took care of everything for me. I entered my information when I was first hired, and it has handled everything since then. ADP even transferred my work documentation seamlessly to my next employer (who also uses ADP Workforce). It just picked up where we left off.
Cons
Honestly, the biggest con I can think of is that sometimes the app would get sluggish, but it wasn't too bad, and it didn't happen regularly.

“easy clock in but hard time off”
Pros
Clocking in and out is really easy. I can always see my total hours right away and checking my pay for the day or week is no trouble at all. I also love that they can set it up so I can only clock in when I'm actually at work.
Cons
Requesting time off is really confusing and not user-friendly at all. Plus any time off requests automatically default to unpaid until you're closer to the actual date and have more PTO built up. The system can't figure out how much you'll have accumulated by then which is frustrating. Also finding the link for mandatory work courses is a pain and it's buried somewhere on the site and hard to locate.

“ADP at its best”
Pros
I love having everything in one place where I can access my benefits, hourly rates, and past paychecks for comparison. I can also manage my PTO, vacation time, and request time off all in one portal.
Cons
There are frequent glitches, and it seems challenging for higher-ups to access without special permission to make corrections.

“powerful platform but chaotic to setup”
Pros
I love having all my HR and payroll stuff in one spot. Posting jobs straight to ZipRecruiter from the system has made things so much easier. We've been using it for about five months and I've already set up our performance reviews and I'm about to launch our new employee handbook. Running payroll every two weeks is smooth and the Wisely paycard is handy. The best part is I can even cut an on-demand payment for unexpected situations.
Cons
the whole setup process was chaotic. We were totally in the dark about their progress and then out of the blue they wanted to launch everything the next week. There was no clear plan or timeline so we'd just hop on these web meetings with no idea where we were in the process or what the end goal even looked like. The online guides aren't much help either if you're actually trying to learn how to set things up. They're way too technical and dry for your average HR person who isn't a computer whiz.I know this platform is powerful and we're probably only using a fraction of what it can do but there's just no real support to help you unlock it. For such a big, comprehensive system, the help you get as a new customer is really lacking.

“Quick support but hard reports”
Pros
Their support team is great. Whenever I have a problem, they're right there to help me out. They've been a lifesaver with state tax stuff and they'll even do the state registration for you for a small fee if your company is expanding.
Cons
Reporting feature really isn't easy at all and I usually end up calling support whenever I need to create a custom report. I mostly stick with the pre-made reports since building my own is such a iproblem.
