“all-in-one but outdated and pricey
Pros
I like having everything bundled together in one spot. I bet it would be even better for a bigger company with more complicated needs.
Cons
UI feels outdated compared to what's available today. Cost-wise, we found it was pricier than other options out there for an organization our size with our specific requirements.

“Helpful but inflexible onboarding
Pros
It's VERY helpful for creating reports and keeping all the important HR stuff organized in a single, easy-to-find place.
Cons
onboarding process feels pretty outdated and there's really no way to customize it to fit our needs. They definitely need to put some serious work into improving this area.

“convenient but disruptive
Pros
I can easily check my time records, personal info, time-off requests, pay stubs, tax forms and benefits. Everything I need is right there.
Cons
It used to be pretty sluggish and had issues with pages not loading properly, though they seem to have fixed that problem. Now my main frustration is getting logged out constantly during the day and it's really disruptive to my workflow.

ADP Workforce Now is an enhanced version of ADP, which not only allows online payroll management and disbursement but also integrates HR management for a seamless workflow. It integrates easily with Excel and Google Sheets, is cost-effective, and makes payroll distribution very efficient and accurate.
Cons
Customer support could be faster and more responsive. The application isn't as advanced as the online website, which can complicate things. Sometimes the cloud services stop working without any fault on our end.

“The best Payroll App for me
Pros
Having had multiple jobs, a system that tracks all my pay is crucial. The ADP mobile app is one of my favorite apps to open weekly or bimonthly because I can see all my pay in one place, making it easy to track. The app is intuitive; you set up your information once, and everything falls into place. When you open the app, you see your pay, federal withholding, etc., showing deductions and gross pay. You can choose to display your pay or hide it.
Cons
I can't think of any least favorite aspects of ADP Workforce since it's my favorite software to use.

It is red thats the only good thing about this product. It cannot separate current work from past work, the website is always down, and the IT team seems to have no concern for customer experience.
Cons
There's absolutely no customer support, and the online system is frequently down. It's a frustrating experience with constant issues, and there seems to be no resolution in sight. Avoid installing it.
