Pros
Using Time Tracking is really simple, booking days off feels a lot less stressful and not having to type out emails is a big plus.
Cons
The ADP app could use more detail when it comes to viewing information. It would be better if it offered options similar to the webpage. Other than that, I don't really have any complaints.

Starting a job that uses ADP Workforce Now was a nice surprise. It's simple to use, simple to navigate and it keeps everything together in one place.
Cons
Every now and then some features on the app glitch. When trying to clock in or out, the buttons can freeze and stop working especially when using quick clock.

This tool has been a really useful platform for keeping up with several work-related details like pay compensation, hours and availability, paychecks, tax documents and legal information. It offers solid value for the cost and the setup and day-to-day use are simple. Customer support has also been communicative and helpful whenever any issues came up.
Cons
Every now and then there are a few lags or slower performance plus occasional login hiccups or random logouts but nothing too serious.

Pros
Having payroll, tax compliance, benefits administration, employee self-service and centralized HR and time tracking all in one platform is where ADP Workforce Now really delivers. It does a strong job with automation and it's helpful to have those core HR functions managed in a single system.
Cons
Customer support can be disappointing and getting comfortable with the system takes time because the learning curve is pretty steep. Custom reporting also feels limited, the pricing is high and it doesn't offer much flexibility when dealing with more complex workflows.

“Mobile app works reliably”
Pros
Being able to use the mobile app has been a real plus. It's reliably worked for checking my remaining PTO and clocking in or out so I don't have to get on a desktop every time.
Cons
The interface does feel a little outdated compared with newer HR platforms. On top of that, moving through the different modules can get confusing since there are so many layers of menus.

Pros
Using ADP Workforce Now on both the employee and supervisor side has been a positive experience for me. The time-tracking tools are pretty simple especially in workplaces where every hour needs to be charged to a specific code or account. It's also convenient for keeping up with benefits and time-off balances. On top of that, updating tax details, personal information and benefit contributions is simple which saves me from having to go through a lot of extra HR steps. The mobile app is fairly user-friendly too. I'm not in HR but compared with other systems I've used, ADP has been much less of a hassle.
Cons
In a setup like ours, where all time has to be assigned to a billing code, it would be really helpful to see the total hours billed to each code over a selected time period. Administrators at our organization can access that information but my team still has to track it on our own separately.

Using ADP Workforce Now has been a really positive experience because everything is laid out in a well-organized way. Keeping up with time tracking and pulling reports is very simple which makes day-to-day tasks much more manageable. Their customer support has also been consistently helpful, with excellent communication whenever assistance is needed. It really feels like a quality service that delivers strong value for the cost.
Cons
If I had to point to one downside, it would be the main home page. I do appreciate that it includes several useful items up front but the layout feels a bit too crowded for my preference.

Everything is laid out clearly so the system feels simple to use and very user-friendly. It has what I need all in one place and the feed is especially useful because my boss can quickly share updates or learning materials with everyone.
Cons
My biggest concern is the safety and security side. In a pretty short period of time, all employees had to change their passwords more than once because we got alerts that someone was trying to log in and send spam.

What I appreciate most is how transparent it is from an employee perspective. I've worked at other companies using different systems and ADP has had the most simple dashboard by far. It takes information that can be pretty complicated and presents it in a way that feels clear and simplified.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a few more built-in resources that explain all the information shown on the dashboard so I wouldn't have to click around to figure certain things out. Even with that, it doesn't feel overly complicated overall.

Cons
