Benefits enrollment used to be a paper nightmare but now it's a smooth digital process that does everything for us. Their support team is also amazing at handling employee questions. Plus the analytics dashboard shows me real-time data I never had access to and I can build custom reports that save me so much time.

sometimes we struggle to locate specific online training materials for certain features though support responds quickly when I submit a case for help.

reporting features are pretty flexible but creating custom reports isn't as simple as I'd like. The filter options feel restrictive and you can't really interact much when previewing reports.
