“The best Payroll App for me”

Pros

Having had multiple jobs, a system that tracks all my pay is crucial. The ADP mobile app is one of my favorite apps to open weekly or bimonthly because I can see all my pay in one place, making it easy to track. The app is intuitive; you set up your information once, and everything falls into place. When you open the app, you see your pay, federal withholding, etc., showing deductions and gross pay. You can choose to display your pay or hide it.

Cons

I can't think of any least favorite aspects of ADP Workforce since it's my favorite software to use.

It is red thats the only good thing about this product. It cannot separate current work from past work, the website is always down, and the IT team seems to have no concern for customer experience.

Cons

There's absolutely no customer support, and the online system is frequently down. It's a frustrating experience with constant issues, and there seems to be no resolution in sight. Avoid installing it.

External personnel handle tracking your staff, so you can focus on production and sales. Employees know exactly where to register when they join our team, and administrative tasks are managed through ADP Workforce to keep track of each employees status.

Sometimes, ADP Workforce faces a high volume of queries and demands, making it more challenging to process our company's requests promptly.

The software offers a wide range of features to manage employee data, benefits, payroll, and compliance. A standout feature of ADP Workforce Now is its intuitive interface. The dashboard gives me quick access to all relevant information and tasks, making navigation and task completion efficient. The software is highly customizable to fit our specific needs. The payroll processing feature is accurate and efficient, with time and attendance tracking, tax filing, and direct deposit options. Another advantage is ADP Workforce Now's excellent customer support, with a knowledgeable and responsive team that provides quick and effective solutions.

Cons

One downside of ADP Workforce Now is the complexity of its reporting features. While it offers various reporting options, navigating and creating custom reports can be challenging for users unfamiliar with HR management. Additionally, the cost may be prohibitive for smaller businesses with limited budgets.

Pros

The best part for me is the easy access throughout the app and the seamless transfer of money from my employer to my account.

Cons

It would be easier if I could communicate with my employers within the app.

“Desktop software is adequate MOBILE APP is NOT!!!”

The feature I appreciate most is how I can use this software to help schedule my hours each week. It makes it easy to count and adjust my hours in advance, as I consider different scenarios to ensure I get the total hours I need or want on my time card.

Cons

One reason I rated it lower is the process to account for my 30-minute lunch break each workday. To do this, I have to add a second row and split the shift into two parts with at least a half-hour gap. It might not seem like much, but if you're trying to calculate hours precisely (or struggle with procrastination), this extra step can be frustrating! Especially if the software, internet, or computer you're using is slow. The mobile app is extremely frustrating because it's just a view-only version of what you submitted on the desktop. The only version that worked for me was the desktop site on an actual computer. Using it on my phone's web browser is maddening.

I love this program because it is simple to use and keeps all my payroll information in one spot.

I wouldn't change a thing; I absolutely adore this program.

The dashboard features large icons for main sections, each containing subsections. It could be more efficient if these main icons also included some main subsections, reducing the time needed to access them.

I love that I can access all my payroll files, direct deposit info, and pay stubs in one place. It is very easy to navigate. I highly recommend ADP Workforce Now to anyone who wants convenient access to their payment information.

Cons

The login process could be more modern, but it's still quite good. Perhaps some color changes could enhance it a bit.

When I need assistance choosing the perfect candidate, this program is the best tool I can use.

It mainly interacts with a limited range of businesses, mostly African ones.

There are a few spots where the workflow does not make sense, or functionality appears in one place but not another, more logical place for it.

I can handle all the essential transactions I need like payroll processing, QuickBooks Online journals, tax deposits and tax reporting. Their team has been outstanding with quick responses, plenty of patience while I learned the system and they're always there when I need background support.

Cons

While the integration works well overall, I wish there was a dedicated payroll journal instead of everything going through General Journal entries. It gets a bit messy having OnPay's entries mixed in with all the other QuickBooks transactions even though the system itself is pretty simple to follow.

Honestly I found the platform to be incredibly user friendly. I've been using it for a bit now and haven't run into any issues whATsoever. The support team is fantastic and the whole interface just makes sense !

Pros

Getting everything set up was easy and now running payroll is super simple. All the basic info gets saved so unless something changes, it's just a few clicks and I'm done. I ran a business for 15 years before this and payroll was always such a headache, really wish I'd found this sooner! When I need to do something more complicated, there are tons of helpful articles and guides that walk you through the trickier stuff.

Cons

some tasks require calling customer support instead of handling them directly online which can be inconvenient. When I needed to change our payroll bank account, I had to call first before they'd send me the link to make the change myself while most other banking services let you do this without the extra step. I understand it's probably for security reasons but it slows things down.

Really appreciate how accessible their customer service is. Whenever I call with a quick question, there's always a live rep who's both professional and knows their stuff. Processing payroll requests feels effortless and direct deposits come through quickly. We recently had an employee enter the wrong bank account number but the team fixed it and reissued the funds within 24 hours. I'm genuinely impressed and would definitely recommend this to other business owners. Solid company overall!

It's so easy to use and the interface looks nice! Daily use feels simple and checking paychecks is fast. I can easily access my perks, pay stubs, full performance reviews and required training plus review and update them when needed. Customer support has also been excellent :)
