“reliable tax reporting”

Pros

Everything being in one place makes this a solid option for managing payroll in NAM. Bi-weekly payslips are delivered on time and accurately which is a big plus! It also simplifies tax reporting quite a bit and downloading older payslips is quick and convenient.

Cons

A few features take too many clicks to reach. Certain functions are not always placed where you would expect them on the website or app so finding them can feel less accessible than it should.

Pros

Having both visual and written breakdowns of each paycheck (covering pay rate, taxes and overtime) made it really fast to review the details of current and past paychecks at a glance. The interface was fairly user friendly too and most of the time I could figure out where to go after a try or two. I also really appreciated how detailed the punch tracking was! The timestamps and hourly breakdowns made it simple to keep tabs on how long I'd been on shift.

Cons

One frustrating part was the quick punch in/punch out feature in the mobile app since it could be glitchy. If I forgot to close the quick punch window after clocking in, then the next time I tried to clock out it would show that I punched in and out at the same time which created a messy timecard that I kept having to ask someone to correct. Once you know the workaround, it's manageable. It's also harder than it should be to locate past signed documents or completed tasks since those are not very easy to find and are buried under multiple layers of buttons.

This is probably one of the most valuable and practical apps available right now! It lets employees handle many features on their own which gives human resources more time to focus on other responsibilities.

Cons

Some employees do run into trouble when trying to update their direct deposit information.

“Efificient PTO tracking”

Pros

Being able to keep tabs on my time and PTO accrual has been really useful. I also use it to review my paystubs and make sure my hours are being logged correctly. The ADP interface is well designed and pleasant to use.

Honestly I haven't run into any problems at all while using this product.

Pretty much everything was a problem especially the awful customer service and it was so difficult to get in touch with an agent.

Downloading pay slips is simple but they still don't have password protection.

I have access to my information through the mobile app whenever I need and that is really convenient!

Cons

At times when I update my hours in the app, it doesn't show PTO hours that were already entered through the desktop version. If you want those PTO hours to appear in the app, you have to enter them there separately.

Pros

Handling payroll used to take a lot more effort before we moved to a single system for time tracking, attendance and payroll processing. Now the whole process feels much more organized and having all employee information stored in one place has been a huge plus.

Cons

It does come at a higher price point but in my view the scalability for future growth and the strong security features make up for the added cost.

The one part I'm not a fan of is not being able to view what my next paycheck will be until the day the deposit actually shows up.

Having everything in one place is a big plus! It lets employees track hours, PTO and vacation time in a single well designed package. The interface works really well on both desktop and mobile and on the few occasions when something comes up, customer support has been excellent.

Cons

Biggest downside is the price since it tends to be more expensive than a lot of other payroll software options.

Covers everything I need for tracking work hours, vacation balances, paid holidays and similar details. The layout is simple, easy and it's the best option I've used for clocking in and out at work.

Right away the software felt very user friendly! I've used this solution in several workplaces and it's been one of the systems I've really enjoyed using.

Every now and then payroll changes didn't update quickly enough to make it into direct deposit on time.

Reporting for GL entries has been especially useful! Direct deposit works well and the system handles W-2 generation and delivery to employees without issues. It's also been a strong resource for looking up past employment details, wage history and vacation tracking.

Cons

I didn't have anything I disliked about it. It was a very helpful tool for both the senior accountant and me.
