Working through tasks in this solution is fast and efficient and the way everything is broken down step by step makes it easier to manage. I handle hundreds of employees and a large number of them prefer using this software.

Would be nice to have more icons or shortcuts to get directly to the section you need. Also saving information is not always as reliable or efficient as it should be.

Pros

From a user perspective, the clean layout for payroll and tax documents is a big plus. It's simple to move through the system, understand my earnings and handle tax filing without confusion.

Cons

On the mobile app some important items could be displayed in a larger size like the last clock-in detail.

The platform looks polished and is easy enough for pretty much anyone to use.

An issue I ran into was being unable to sign in to this software for two different companies. When I tried to access my information from another employer's computer, it wouldn't let me in.

Pros

There are features everywhere and a lot of them are genuinely useful for everyday employees. Things like interactive org charts and the ability to plan ahead for future leave accruals can be really helpful. Some of the other tools feel less relevant but the platform definitely offers a lot.

Cons

Navigation could be clearer. There are so many items across menus and submenus and they are not always organized in a way that feels accessible so tracking down certain functions can take more effort than it should. Also the punch type override feature often switches out-punches to in-punches and the other way around, seemingly to fix employee errors but it usually just makes it harder to figure out what actually happened.

From day to day, this software puts everything under your control with very easy tools! You can manage all your tasks without needing any special training. The integration works flawlessly, it's simple to navigate, easy to access and feels very secure.

Cons

I personally don't have any setbacks to mention.

Everything I need is in one place, whether it's looking up benefits, signing into Kronos, managing taxes and direct deposit through the portal or updating my personal information.

Cons

The benefits section can be a bit confusing since there are separate icons for each benefit plus another one for Benefit Solver that sends you to a database which makes navigation a little unclear.

Pros

The functions are easy, reports come together quickly and the system feels almost flawless overall.

Cons

One limitation is the pay schedule setup: we can only pay employees biweekly, weekly or monthly. It would be much better to have the flexibility to pay some employees biweekly and others weekly.

It can still be challenging for users who haven't been properly trained.

Right from the start this solution has been very user friendly and simple for employees to use. It works well for both small businesses and larger companies which makes it a solid option for just about any organization. I'd definitely recommend it to people in my network!

Like any software, there's always room for improvement and I think they should offer even more benefit options. There are already plenty available though having additional choices would only make it better.

Our employees have had no trouble using this at all. The self-service portal has been essential for us and everyone has been able to use it without any issues.

Cons

Getting everything deployed had a few rough spots. It was somewhat confusing trying to bring in all of our historical data but we eventually got everything worked out.

The interface feels very user friendly and is simple to figure out. Having the fingerprint sign-in option is also a really nice feature.

There aren't many downsides. The app is usually up and running although it does occasionally go offline for updates but that doesn't happen often.

Having direct access to the different sections of my 401K is really helpful and I can update my allocations on my own without having to reach out to anyone. The system feels very user friendly overall.

One thing that gets frustrating is being required to change the access password every 6 months.

Getting payroll done with this software feels very easy. The system is simple to work with and moving through each payroll step from one screen to the next is quick. I really appreciate how user friendly it is overall.

At this point I haven't run into anything I dislike. We're still not taking advantage of every feature yet but I'd definitely like to explore and use more of them over time.

Pros

Being able to handle payroll and also search for potential candidates in one system is really useful. It also does a good job of helping filter out weaker applicants by marking them as pass or fail which saves time during hiring.

Cons

Something that can be frustrating is that some payroll tasks can feel a bit tricky at times especially when entering numbers and other data.

Using this software has been really simple and it was way easier to navigate when getting everything ready for my tax return compared with the system my previous employer used.

My only complaint is that the login screen was better last year (2021) than the current version.

Managing time off is quick and easy and it's convenient to keep an eye on remaining balances. Payroll details and tax information are also stored in one place and easy to access when needed.

There are quite a few menus to click through which can make it harder to find exactly what you need right away. The site speed has also been inconsistent at times, with occasional slowdowns.

Pros

Being able to manage colleagues absences and payroll at a glance fits exactly what I need and makes the whole process really convenient.

Cons

Navigation can feel a bit outdated when moving around to certain features and the home screen does seem somewhat cluttered.

Having this software has been really helpful for keeping up with tax laws and regulations. It offers both an online platform and a mobile app which makes it very manageable to use wherever I am. The time tracking is also very accurate and works really well.

Cons

It does cost a bit more than other similar software options. On top of that there are times when it takes days for support to get back to you.
