“Accessible time cards”

Pros

From day one this software has made it simple for both employees and supervisors to view and update time cards. Putting in PTO requests and making time adjustments feels very simple and the whole process for submitting time-off requests or approving time changes flows really well.

Cons

Problem is the mobile experience. Using the app or opening the site on a phone feels slow and not very user friendly.

Pros

The column-and-row setup works really well for logging labor hours and keeping them separate from other time like travel. It also makes expense tracking easy which helps keep everything organized in one place.

Cons

At the beginning using the software came with some IT-related glitches when entering time. If I moved from one row to another without saving, my progress could disappear and sometimes the calendar day would switch on its own. I learned the hard way during my first couple of weeks that saving after each column prevents that from happening.

“Smooth HR workflow”

Pros

When it comes to bringing workflow into the HR department without any toruble, this is absolutely the right choice! The platform feels accessible and is simple to use from both the administrator side and the employee side.

Cons

There is very little to complain about with the solution. It has genuinely made our payroll team very happy.

“Quick access to everything”

Pros

Has been a fantastic tool to use! It gives me quick access to everything I need for work and makes keeping up with my benefits really easy. I especially appreciate being able to track my work hours, check exactly how much PTO I have available, submit time off requests and see updates from the executive team as soon as they're posted.

Cons

Every now and then some features aren't very accessible and I have to ask someone how they work. Even with that, it's still the best HR software I've used as an employee.

Pros

The software has been consistently reliable overall and the functionality it offers is strong and dependable.

Cons

There were always problems during performance review time especially when copying and pasting content from a Word document. Changing passwords also tended to cause issues.

Pros

Once you get familiar with it, the platform is pretty easy to navigate. Our company also provides training sessions that walk us through specific features which makes learning how to use different parts of it much easier.

Honestly I can't think of anything specific that I really dislike about it.

It does a better job of keeping track of your hours and pay than the supervisors do. The system is simple to navigate and really helpful for staying on top of your work life.

Cons

The 401k side should be more easy when it comes to viewing it or transferring funds. At other jobs, big amounts were taken out of my paycheck for 401k and after leaving, I could never clearly find where that money went.

Pros

The layout is the standout feature it because it makes everything very simple to locate. The site also has a very polished, professional look. Since I have admin access, I've worked in a lot of different areas of the system and rarely run into problems. It covers benefits, payroll, employee records, applicant tracking org charts, performance management and a lot more. Out of all the systems I've used, this is easily the best one.

Cons

Reporting is definitely the hardest part of the website to work with. Whenever I try to build a new report or make changes to a template, it's not very clear what can and can't be included for the report to run properly. I end up contacting their support team often to get help figuring out why a report won't run.

Having my benefits, pay stubs and tax/W-2 information all in one place is really convenient.

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike about this software.

“Vey user friendly”

Pros

Starting out with it was very easy and the layout is simple to navigate. Everything is presented clearly so it's easy to read and understand.

Cons

Only problem I've noticed is a bit of lag when signing in though that may be related to my own internet connection being slow.

“Complete HR powerhouse”

Pros

Having so many of my core job functions in one system is incredibly helpful! It keeps payroll, HR, recruiting, taxes and more are all in one place!

Cons

At times certain workflows are less use friendly especially when trying to separate companies that fall under the parent company of this solution.

“Useful portal and timecards”

Pros

The portal and timecard sections have been really useful for keeping track of my hours and making sure I submit everything on time.

Cons

Problem is that if the right approvers don't sign off on the timecard in time, payment for those hours can end up being pushed to the next pay cycle.

Getting to direct deposit details and payroll information is very easy for users. Tax forms are posted clearly and the vacation and time off section is especially simple to navigate.

Cons

The platform does feel a little outdated and the layout is not as organized as a lot of other financial websites.

Pros

Keeping up with worked hours, vacation and PTO is pretty easy with this. It's user friendly and I can view all of my benefits in one spot while also keeping track of my W-2s without any hassle.

Cons

Can be confusing to get into the correct account and the login process doesn't always go the way it should. It uses two-factor authentication and when it glitches, I can end up locked out or unable to recover my password. I usually get in after several tries but it can definitely be frustrating.

“A trusted name!”

Pros

The name gives it a strong sense of security and credibility which is something I really value.

Cons

The online platform feels behind the times on desktop and the mobile app falls even shorter. It's overdue for updates to better match current technology, user expectations and overall interface design.

“Much needed software!”

Pros

Having this at our company made a huge difference for me! It kept me up to date on my pay and pay schedule which was something I had been struggling with before. I used to constantly run into paycheck and PTO issues but once our account was set up with ADP, those problems pretty much stopped because I could catch and address them right away. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was being paid correctly for the work I did and paycheck problems basically became a thing of the past. I also really appreciated being able to log in and access my tax forms, view important information and update things like my address directly on the website.

Cons

It does have a mobile app and it would be really useful but it runs so slowly that I hardly ever bothered using it.

Using this software has been a really positive experience! It becomes more accessible the more time you spend with it and it feels easier to navigate as you keep using it.

Cons

Truly there is nothing specific that I dislike about the program.

It's useful being able to see which projects our employees are currently working on.

Issue is that you have to click through each employee's individual page rather than seeing everything in one place at once.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with social media and our website since we can publish candidate applications directly from the system to those platforms. The interview and assessment tools also speed up the selection process quite a bit and make evaluations feel more organized and effective. The resume analyzer has been excellent for filtering out applicants who do not match the requirements which saves a lot of time. It is also fairly simple to use and handles applications and job postings quickly and efficiently. Overall it helps the HR team complete recruiting tasks faster, with better efficiency and stronger results.

Cons

A downside is that some emails end up in spam which has made it harder to screen certain candidates properly. The cost can also be high for smaller companies that are just getting started. On top of that there are times when loading a job ad across the different portals we use takes longer than it should.

Using this solution has been a really good experience! The platform is simple to navigate, feels user friendly and everything is laid out in a easy way. It's convenient being able to log in whenever I need to and quickly check things like my time off balance, upcoming payday and other details.

Cons

One thing I've noticed is that I can't keep 'myADP' bookmarked in the browser I normally use. After a while it seems to time out and then won't let me log in that way. Because of that I end up searching for it manually each morning and signing in again every time.
