As an employee I've found it fairly user friendly when it comes to managing and reporting my work hours.

Cons

It does take some time to figure out the different features especially things like requesting PTO and reviewing benefits.

Does a really solid job overall especially when it comes to efficiency and keeping track of pay along with the other important payroll details.

I do wish the reporting side were more easy and a lot less complicated to work with.

Keeping up with employee management has made communication with staff much simpler and helps us share information efficiently. We genuinely enjoy using this solution!

Something that really stands out is how much this software can do. We rely on it for nearly everything in the office and it covers a wide range of our daily needs.

Using this software has been pretty enjoyable overall because it feels simple and fairly easy to use. The home page is arranged nicely and I really appreciate being able to customize the layout based on how I want it organized. Getting around the system is also pretty uncomplicated which makes everyday tasks easier.

Cons

A strange issue comes up when searching for an employee by name. Even when I enter the person's full legal name correctly, the system sometimes doesn't return any result. That feels really odd and frustrating. There are also moments when it seems glitchy :(

One thing that helps is how it automates most of my payroll and it gives me access to all the reports I need.

The biggest headache is getting locked out because of my password over and over again. It's really frustrating and it also seems to work only in Chrome.

It's really helpful being able to add funds for payroll deductions, employment payments and other related payroll needs.

Issue is that the software was very slow at times and it could take a while to catch up so I often moved faster than the system did.

Using this has been a positive experience for me! It stays up to date and keeps track of everything in real time which makes it very dependable.

Overall I feel it includes all the features I need so I really do not have any major complaints.

Getting this set up and installed was very easy. The interface looks polished and the system is simple to use overall. I can quickly check my paycheck on time, update and review my benefits, access pay stubs, complete performance evaluations and finish required training all in one place. Customer support has also been very helpful whenever needed :)

Cons

The only problem I've run into so far is occasional lag when refreshing my data and it usually lasts just for a short moment.

Keeping track of records is very easy with this software and it works especially well when you're managing a large team.

I haven't run into any downsides with the software since it's meeting all of our needs.

Using this software has been consistently hassle free for me. I've never run into any issues while using it and I've always been able to access it without trouble. Whenever maintenance was scheduled, I was notified ahead of time and told when the site would be available again. Overall it's been a smooth experience and I'd absolutely recommend it!

I really don't have any complaints. It's an excellent product and service for anyone using it for payroll access.

Everything is easy to use. I can quickly check my benefits, view PTO calendars and manage direct deposit details without any trouble.

There's really not much to complain about. I mainly use it from the employee side and it handles everything I need it to do very well.

Back at my previous workplace, we relied on this mainly for tracking vacation time and it handled that really well. I'm actually considering putting it in place at CTMS because it worked reliably for that purpose.

Something I'd still want is a report I can pull at the end of every trimester and share directly with payroll.

Has been a huge time-saver for me because of how many useful features it includes. My staff can handle their own requests, time tracking and related tasks while I can just log in, review everything and make any needed changes or approvals without hassle.

At this point I honestly don't have any drawbacks to mention which I'm thankful for.

Everyone at the store can use it without much trouble and it feels very easy for daily tasks.

The GPS just never seemed to function properly and was consistently unreliable.

Having the self service portal on my phone has been really convenient. I can quickly update what I need, keep track of my time and check my payroll without any hassle.

Navigating sections like 401K and vacation or leave was a little confusing at times. It also didn't display my time off balance so I had to rely on another site to keep up with that.

Using it is quick and easy and it's definitely a big improvement over punching in and out on a paper time card.

Every now and then it freezes and it gets even more frustrating when the network is running slow.

I found it to be easy and dependable to use everyday. It includes the features I need to stay efficient and get things done!

Honestly there's not really anything I dislike about it. It's a solid program that handles the job well.

Having all my payroll information in one place was really helpful. I could easily keep track of my hours and wages and the app also let me calculate my paid time off along with used and remaining vacation time.

Cons

The only part I didn't care for was the password policy. I had to update it regularly and wasn't allowed to reuse an old one so I kept coming up with new passwords that were hard to remember.
