Pros

Handles a wide range of tasks for us and we keep expanding how much we use it as our team gets more training and hands-on experience with the system.

Cons

Support could definitely be better especially when it takes a while to get the right specialist on the phone. The flexibility also doesn't always meet our expectations although there's usually a workaround available. It would also help a lot if there were onsite training sessions for our primary users.

One thing I really enjoy about this app is the range of settings it comes with. It's very useful and accessible across different workplaces. The best part for me is that W-2 forms are uploaded in the app and usually available before the paper copy arrives.

Part I don't like is having to open the app just to check for updates since there aren't any notifications.

Signing up can be a little confusing especially if you've worked for more than one company that uses this software.

Having everything payroll related in one place is really convenient! I can access pay documents and tax forms without jumping between different systems and the simple charts make it clear how my money is being distributed across categories. Being able to compare paystubs from two different months is also helpful when I want to quickly spot any differences. The mobile app is another big plus since I can handle everything right from my phone without needing to log into a website or use a laptop :)

As an end user I really haven't run into any downsides. The app feels simple, lightweight and easy to use.

It's really helpful being able to check my schedule and see how much I'm getting paid before the money even hits my account. Getting paid up to two days early is also a big plus and the fingerprint login makes signing in quick and convenient.

Cons

The only part that could really use some work is the customer service chat. It takes a very long time before an agent finally responds.

Using it feels pretty easy overall. The visual elements make it quick to understand things like pay breakdowns and managing employee leave, time off and similar requests is simple as well. It also gives the rest of the team clear visibility into that information which is really useful.

Sometimes it can still be confusing to figure out where certain information is located because there are several tabs to go through. The navigation could definitely be improved to feel more accessible and easier to follow.

At the beginning, integrating and merging it with the other software we were using was a bit confusing but that eventually got sorted out and now everything works the way it should.

Working plenty of overtime made this software especially useful for me. Every week I could check my hours in real time from anywhere as long as I had access to a computer which was really convenient. Having my timesheet readily available was a big plus and being able to preview my paycheck before it reached my bank account helped me plan my weekend budget better.

Overall I was pretty happy with the software. If I had to point out one thing, it would probably be the mobile view.

The performance management piece feels oudated to use. We've ended up putting together several how-to guides for employees because setting goals and tracking progress isn't very user friendly.
