“Payroll organized and simple”
Pros
Payroll through ADP Workforce Now has worked well for our company and the system keeps everything organized in a simple way. It pulls payments together clearly which makes the process much easier for everyone to follow and understand.
Cons
I do wish there were better explanations and more guidance built into certain areas because some items are not very clear. A few sections also feel like they are missing features that would make the system more complete.

“app navigation simple without experience”
Pros
Getting around the app feels very simple and it's simple to follow even without prior experience with ADP. The layout is clear so it's very easy to use.
Cons
The frustrating part is having to update my password every few months especially since I can't reuse one I've had before.

“Simple navigation with support tools”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now is very simple to navigate and everything is arranged in a really organized way. They also offer a wide range of customer support tools which has been very helpful.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the occasional technical glitches I've run into. That said the customer support team has always been able to step in and help resolve them.

“everything in one place !!”
Pros
Everything is in one place which makes the platform very simple to use and navigate. It's especially helpful when I need to look something up fast because finding information doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Honestly I don't have much negative to say about it. The system is very simple to use and even when I forget or lose my password, the reset process is clear and easy to get through which is really helpful.

“Most efficient time tracking tool”
Pros
Across the different companies I've worked with, ADP has been one of the most efficient tools for time tracking especially when it comes to payroll. Since they've been in the payroll space for such a long time, it really shows in how well the system handles things. Compared with other platforms I've used, it has consistently been much more efficient.
Cons
My only real complaint is that when the system goes down, it usually isn't a short outage. It tends to last around a week or so which is definitely inconvenient.

“simple access to documents from previous employer”
Pros
I was able to access all of my documents from my previous employer without any trouble. It feels very user-friendly overall.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with it. ADP seems to cover what employees need well and it definitely helps keep stress and anxiety levels low.

“customer service needs improvement”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of features and has the specific capabilities my complex workforce needs to handle processing requirements.
Cons
Customer service still needs a lot of improvement. Issues aren't resolved quickly and waiting on tickets to be closed often gets in the way.

“all hr payroll phases in one product”
Pros
Having all phases of HR and payroll in one product made a big difference since we always knew exactly where to turn whenever questions or issues came up.
Cons
Support was helpful once you actually reached someone but that was often the frustrating part. A lot of issues needed quick attention so waiting around for a callback was irritating and sometimes those calls only ended with us being redirected to another department which added even more delay and frustration.

“nothing worthwhile, POOR integration, 401k linking and awful payroll”
Pros
Honestly there was almost nothing worthwhile about using it. The service was terrible and the integration worked poorly. The website itself looked decent but beyond that it really wasn't helpful.
Cons
Pretty much everything was a problem. I wasn't able to link my 401k, the reports were never accurate and payroll processing was awful.

“User-friendly and simple”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of using ADP is how user-friendly it is. Everything is laid out in a simple, clear way which makes it especially helpful for people who are not very IT savvy.
Cons
At times, if there's an error on the page, it can take a while to recover or it logs you out completely. Also, when IT support is needed, the wait times on calls tend to be long.

“clean dashboard and compliant tracking”
Pros
Right from the first screen, the dashboard and overall interface make onboarding and training new hires very simple. It also helps managers work more efficiently by giving them a simple, clear view of their employees while keeping up with schedule compliance and accurate PTO reporting.
Cons
Some extra reporting features may not be included and could require paying more if you really need them. Beyond that, it's genuinely difficult to come up with many negatives especially since the customer service is excellent whenever support is needed.

“Handy payroll and tax access”
Pros
Across both my current job and past employers, ADP Workforce Now has been consistently reliable and I really only have positive things to say about it. Being able to clock in from my computer, my phone or pretty much any electronic device is incredibly convenient. I also appreciate having quick access to my W-2, W-4 and any other documents I need during tax season or for my current role.
Cons
Only problem I've run into is that the mobile app will occasionally glitch, either logging me out completely or not working for a while. That seems to be related more to the type of phone device I use though.

Pros
I can quickly check my pay statements, review my time card and jump straight to links for my benefits program whenever I need to.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any real complaints. If I could change one thing, I would probably refresh the graphics and color scheme a bit but aside from that, it is excellent software.

“reliable time and pay tools”
Pros
Since starting my current job, it has been a fantastic platform to use. It's very user-friendly, simple to understand and makes handling my time and pay really efficient.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the navigation. Some settings and features are tucked away under several different menus which can make it hard to quickly find the exact tool or option you need.

“Worthwhile value and support”
Pros
Working with ADP Workforce Now was very simple and it ended up being a worthwhile expense that really paid for itself. The customer support was excellent and it helped us track time more efficiently while also improving communication through the platform. It was also very simple to get new team members set up and show them how to use it.
Cons
Training people on the system did take quite a while at first but once they understood it, things became fairly simple. A few issues came up from time to time that required us to contact customer support though they were always resolved quickly or clearly explained.

“excellent value and capability”
Pros
Considering the price, this has been a really worthwhile investment. ADP Workforce Now lives up to its name of Always Designing for People and it covers everything you need it to do plus quite a bit more.
Cons
There can be some glitches especially with user access depending on the device being used, whether on the web or mobile. A lot of that may come down to user error but it's still something worth mentioning.

Having ADP Workforce Now as a single place to check my pay information, company policies and time off accrual has been really useful. It's helpful to have everything together in one option whenever I need to look something up.
Cons
