“quick access to HR info”

Pros

Navigating through this software feels very easy. Instead of having to go through Human Resources and deal with all the back-and-forth, I can just sign in and get to the information I need in a click or two.

Cons

There was one time when I couldn't locate the information I needed right away. I had to click into another section that didn't seem related to what I was looking for.

It's very user friendly and there's a wide range of information available whenever I need it.

Cons

If I had to point out one setback, it would be that the training section is a bit tucked away. Other than that everything else is excellent and simple to locate.

Pros

With this software, clocking in and clocking out at work is really convenient and being able to do it right from my phone makes it even better!

Cons

I honestly don't have any complaints about this product since I use it every day for work without any issues.

Moving around the system feels very accessible and switching back and forth between different sections is simple and convenient.

The interface includes a lot of unnecessary elements which can make it feel more cluttered than it needs to be.

No drawbacks about the software but my only regret is not starting with this program much earlier.

It is easy to clock in and out and the mobile app works much better than the desktop version. It's also convenient having attendance, leave balances, upcoming holidays and more all available in one app.

Cons

We only used the software during a trial period and ended up moving to another option that suited us better. Even so it was simple to use and I'd still recommend it!

Getting around this software is incredibly easy. It honestly couldn't be much simpler to use.

Cons

Only thing I'd change is the visual design. It could use a bit more color because that would make it feel less dull and make the work a little more enjoyable. Other than that I really don't have any complaints since the product is already very user friendly. Adding some visual appeal would make it stand out even more compared to other software options out there.

Pros

I can quickly check how much I've earned over different time periods and clocking in or out is so easy! It also makes it simple to understand my net and gross pay, request time off while seeing how much time I've already used and view my statements. Overall it's a very convenient way to make sure I'm being paid the correct amount.

Cons

Startup can be pretty slow and the app doesn't always capture information correctly especially when there are exceptions or special cases. At my job, full time employees don't clock in and out and only have time off entered so any changes have to be added manually since the software doesn't really support those options.

“Quite dependable”

Pros

Our team mostly uses it for payroll and other HR related tasks and the HR side has been very dependable. We've had little to no trouble with those features which has been a big plus!

Cons

The payroll side could still use some improvement. Employees don't get clear guidance on how to access their wage statements when they're on direct deposit so a lot of them end up asking me for their "stubs." It feels like those should just be automatically available to them on payday.

Pros

Handling payroll with this software has been very easy! Adding or removing employees is quick and the platform feels really user friendly overall both in navigation and in how simple it is to understand.

Cons

One thing that could be clearer is the breakdown of the extra fees that come out when payroll is processed. Aside from that, tax forms are delivered on time and there have never been any problems with employees being paid when they should be.

The system is very user friendly and it includes helpful information that makes it easier to work through any issues that come up.

I really haven't run into any major problems so far. If I had to point out one thing, it would be helpful if there were a way to split pay when an employee works in more than one position within the same company.

“frustrating new time punch layout”

Pros

I actually preferred the way it looked before because the updated appearance is frustrating and everything feels flipped around from the original layout.

Cons

The new time punch feature no longer shows your clock in or clock out times unless you go digging for them which just turns a simple task into a waste of time.

Issue is that customer support can be frustrating when you actually need help with an issue.

Pros

Switching to this has eliminated a lot of paper-based tasks for both employees and supervisors and it also handles questions that used to go straight to HR staff.

Cons

The password reset process is a bit frustrating and could be made more easy.

Using it is easy and it does a really good job with time tracking, scheduling and planning.

Some of the newer updates make the system worse at times and the clock in/out button should switch off after being used so the next click shows the opposite option.

When our primary time tracking software went down, the company had to move over to this software and it ended up fitting into the technicians job workflow pretty well! It worked nicely with what they were already doing and helped us keep much better control over managing their time cards.

Cons

The downside was that both employees and managers had to check the app every day to make sure the tracking stayed accurate. That constant daily step felt a little tedious and the system could be somewhat tricky for people who weren't very comfortable with technology.

“Very valuable”

Pros

Something I really appreciate is how quickly it lets our company send out payroll and bonus payments. It's one of those employee benefits that quietly does its job in the background and that's exactly why it feels so valuable.

Cons

I can't think of any real issues. It's been very helpful and both employees and management seem to have no trouble using it.

“Complete HR and payroll tool”

Pros

Covers a wide range of functions that handle just about every part of our HR and payroll needs. We consolidated three separate systems into this and it has made keeping our records current much more manageable.

Cons

The issues are fairly minor such as adjusting taxes so the employer can cover the full tax amount. I've also run into limitations with sending fillable forms to current employees for signatures. At the moment that option is only available during onboarding though I've heard a fix is in progress and that it should be added to Company Documents soon.

Pros

At first glance the platform has a nice appearance and navigating through it is fairly easy.

Cons

Unfortunately it doesn't integrate with QuickBooks Online and the HRIS features are very limited with only a few templates and some basic articles. There's no real tracking functionality available. Vacation can only be accrued as a percentage of pay, not by hours worked. The employee portal is also very restricted since employees can only access pay stubs and T4s. They can't view their Paid Time Off balances in the portal and there's no option to request or get PTO approved there either.

Whenever I needed to check my hours or pay details, everything was available right away and I could also pull up my tax documents and other work-related forms without any trouble.

Cons

There were a few areas where my access felt slightly restricted and I had to get approval from higher-level staff to do certain things.
