Printing a W-2 is pretty easy after you have managed to find your way within the platform.

Cons

Getting logged in can be incredibly frustrating. I needed to print my W-2 but couldn't even access my account and it took three days before my employer had to reset everything to get me back in. On top of that I wasn't able to reach a single employee for help.

Handling payroll is very easy and making updates whenever needed is just as simple.

Password changes are where we tend to run into difficulties.

Everything is laid out in a very organized way and I really liked how the system works. Having all the information in one place is a big plus and it also helps people feel more in control of their private files.

Cons

A problem I ran into was with split vacations which are difficult to enter on my end. Aside from that I did not notice any other problems.

Using all of the payroll features feels very easy and the functionality across the system has been excellent. I hardly ever deal with crashes or glitches anymore like I used to when I was using QB.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about this software because it has worked really well for me.

In my opinion everything is pretty self explanatory and the platform is simple to use.

I don't think there's any setback I faced. If anything, the hamburger menu could be made a little simpler.

Getting my pay stubs quickly has been really helpful and resetting my password is simple whenever I forget it.

Since I work for multiple companies, I sometimes get mixed up about which payroll account I'm supposed to sign into.

Has been dependable for handling employee onboarding and recruiting. Processing payroll is easy and it also does a solid job managing time and attendance sheets.

I honestly haven't run into any major issues or anything critical to complain about when it comes to this tool's performance.

Approving time-off requests is really easy and convenient.

One thing that's missing is an email notification to let employees know whether their time-off request was approved or denied.

Compared with Paylocity, this works better for staff when it comes to timekeeping. The app is also a nice plus since it's fairly easy to use.

Cons

Getting started does take training and support. While the app is much easier to use than the desktop version, it only lets you do so much so you still have to rely on the desktop site which can be confusing to navigate.

Having access to tax records, payroll details and employee information all in one place has been really helpful.

Cons

Honestly there wasn't anything about it that I disliked.

Pros

This has been around for a very long time, much longer than many of the other options out there so most people in finance have either worked with it before or at least know the name. They also stay current with tax and financial laws and regulations which gives peace of mind that you are not relying on software that falls out of compliance with company or government requirements.

Cons

Problem is the cost and it really feels like a software from 30 years ago. The screens look outdated and archaic so it is only truly user-friendly for people who have been doing this kind of work since the 1980s. For anyone new to it, it is difficult to figure out because it does not feel similar to most modern systems.

Using this product has been really good overall and one of the best parts is being able to set up my own schedule.

Cons

Part I like least about the software is that I'm not able to update my profile at all.

Having everything in one HR platform has been a big plus for us especially coming from a well-known company we trust! It's the best option we've come across because it keeps us from having to piece together several products or work with multiple vendors. It handles payroll, time tracking and employee benefits really well. From what I understand, they also have lower-tier plans if you don't need the full suite though I haven't personally used those. It's user friendly overall and scales up or down without much trouble as you add or remove users and managers.

Cons

There's definitely a lot packed into it so it can feel a bit overwhelming for someone brand new at first. Even with that it's still an application that's fairly easy to learn if you're willing to spend a little time getting familiar with everything it offers.

Using this software has been helpful for checking my pay, downloading payslips and accessing other details. It's nice having everything available in a single place instead of looking across different sources.

Cons

Dashboard feels a bit crowded with too much information at once. A cleaner, more simplified layout would make it easier to navigate.

Everything in the portal feels very accessible! Getting around it is easy and it's usually quick to find whatever information we need. Pay details, PTO, training and all of our HR documents are always just a couple of clicks away.

Cons

Search feature could definitely use some improvement. There are times when it seems to behave less like a search tool for the site itself and more like a general web search.

Pros

Handling time off and PTO is easy for both employees and managers. Submitting requests and getting them approved takes very little effort and pay stubs are simple to access with a good range of viewing options.

Cons

The hiring side really falls short since the functionality feels quite limited and the overall experience is not very user friendly. When reviewing job candidates in the platform, I often end up having to start over which gets frustrating.

It's sleek layout makes it very user friendly and I really appreciate having so much information available all in one place.

I'd like to see more flexibility when editing timecards across the organization without being limited by the rigid job chart structure.

The platform feels inconvenient and outdated. It's hard to use and the service isn't very good.

Having everything in one place is really convenient. On a single website I can check my pay, compare previous pay periods with the current one, update my tax withholdings, request Paid Time Off and upload goals and Performance Management forms.

Cons

There's quite a bit of authentication involved and I have to sign back in often although I understand that's probably necessary for security. Other than that the site feels well designed.

Pros

The interface is clear and simple to follow which is exactly what most people want when checking their paycheck. The tax compliance features are convenient too.

Cons

It would be helpful to have graphs or charts for projecting future pay or tax deductions. A more detailed breakdown of different "what if" scenarios would also be useful.
