Submitting PTO could work better since the process can be confusing at times and doesn't always feel very effective.

Everything being in one place has been really helpful! Employees can log their hours, submit time-off requests and handle other important tasks from a single home screen. On the management side, it works well for reviewing those items and approving them as needed. Our organization has also started using this for hiring and application management which has been a nice addition.

Cons

The hour entry feature can act a little glitchy or behave oddly once in a while so there is a bit of a learning curve before it starts to feel natural.

“paychecks and pto at your fingertips”

Pros

Getting started with this software was surprisingly simple especially since I had never used anything like it before. Before this software if I wanted to check how much I had been paid, I only had my check stub to rely on. Once I began working at AutoZone, that changed completely. This software gave me a much better way to review my paychecks and everything was organized clearly which made it even more useful. On top of that I could put in requests for PTO, sick days or even cancel a request if my plans changed. It was quick to pick up and whenever I needed help, Customer Service was only a phone call away.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything that really needs improvement because it already works so well. Back when I first used this solution at AutoZone, smartphones were nowhere near as common as they are today so we were still using regular phones and logging in from a desktop. Even then it was simple to use. Now that there's a mobile app and everything is right on your phone, I can only imagine how much more convenient and user friendly it must be.

Has been an excellent tool for managing the workforce! It handles the core tasks really well and has been very useful overall.

Cons

There's still room to grow with additional features especially around more user interaction and support for a wider range of use cases.

Pros

Handling payroll for a larger team is much more manageable with this system. It's very user friendly and keeps all the information organized in one place and you can pull it up whenever you need to.

My only complaint at the beginning was not having a mobile app to check everything on the go but they've since released one and I absolutely love it.

Pros

Using it has been really convenient because the system is simple to navigate and takes care of almost everything once I enter the information. I just put in the details and it handles the rest. It feels quick, convenient and very user friendly.

Every now and then, the clock in feature for associates has issues and doesn't work quite right.

The website is easy to use whether I'm on a computer or checking it from my phone.

The visual design could use some improvement but overall it's still an excellent product.

Having all of my payroll documents in one place is really convenient and my W-2 being available online by January 15 makes it possible to file early without any hassle.

Using this product feels very easy and the interface is highly accessible.

The company's security requirements mean I have to go through multiple login steps each time. Because of that I usually only access the system when I really need to. It's a small inconvenience even though I completely understand the need to protect the confidential data stored there.

I used it for two years at a previous company, I didn't have the best impression of it back then. My current company moved to this software two months ago and I've noticed a lot of improvements since then. It feels much more user friendly now and is definitely easier to navigate than it used to be.

With how we're currently using this software, I really don't have any complaints at this point.

“helpful paycheck breakdowns”

It's really helpful that the app shows exactly when I'm getting paid, what's being deducted from my paycheck and even breaks everything down by percentage.

Cons

It took me a long time to understand how to use the app so it would be much better if there were clearer guidance or a walkthrough built in.

From a functionality standpoint, it covers what you would expect and offers a solid set of tools, including paychecks, benefits, a tax calculator organizational charts and more.

The user interface is pretty awful and it takes far too long to figure out where the options are. Customer support also has room for improvement.

Pros

Most of the time, I use it to check my pay information and W-2 and it handles those tasks just fine. It also gives a helpful breakdown of my pay with a pie chart which makes everything easier to understand. Signing in is quick and effortless and that's definitely a plus.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve at first. I also think the pay details along with the pie chart showing where the salary goes, should appear right on the front page. The same goes for the W-2 form since it currently takes a little time to click through and find each one.

Managing payroll takes a lot less time with this software and the service is much more affordable than the annual pricing I've seen from other software providers.

At this point I haven't run into anything that I'd really count as a downside.

Using it is easy, it keeps a record of your full employment history if you've worked for other companies that use this too and it works well both on mobile and through a standard web browser.

The login confirmation emails every time I sign in can be a bit annoying although I do appreciate that they take security seriously.

There are so many positives. It's very easy and never feels complicated which makes it a pleasure to use. Payments always arrive on time and sometimes even earlier than expected which I absolutely love.

Honestly I don't really have any complaints. I've loved everything about it for years and I plan to keep using it.

Working with it was easy and scheduling days off was especially convenient.

There were times when it ran a bit slowly although that may have been due to the internet connection.

Using this in a large company has been absolutely worth it. The software is very simple to navigate and does a really good job of keeping everyone on track and up to date on their PTO and pay information. I'd definitely recommend it.

I can't think of any drawbacks. I really haven't run into any cons at all while using this product.
