Being able to keep track of all employee benefits in one place has been really helpful and I can also update the medical insurance status whenever needed.

Cons

Sometimes the web app does not load fully on the first try so the page has to be refreshed.

The mobile app is really useful and convenient. It makes it quick to check tax documents and pull up payslips without any hassle.

A few options are not very convenient to navigate and you have to go back to the home button to find what you're looking for.

One issue I kept running into was that it would still display information from previous jobs that also used the software.

Being able to clock in for my shifts from any computer or right from my phone has been really convenient. I can instantly check my schedule, pay stubs and tax forms whenever I need them. There's no need to hang on to stacks of old payroll papers anymore since everything is stored in one paperless place for future access. It's also helpful that our company policy manual is available on their website whenever I need to look something up.

The only issue is that my employer still hasn't taken advantage of all the features it offers, such as requesting or booking time off.

It is really useful to be able to sign in and instantly check my current payroll, taxes and how my budget is tracking for both the month and the year.

For what I need, I don't have any complaints. Every feature I use works exactly the way I need it to.

Having everything HR related in one system is the biggest advantage! As an employee I can use it to book holidays, view payslips, access annual pay statements, see which teammates are off on a certain day and check line managers across different departments. It also lets you look up details such as job titles, work history and the different roles you've held within the organization over the years.

Cons

The security policy can be pretty frustrating because the password has to be changed every three months. That means updating it four times a year and you also can't reuse an old password. Because of that it's very easy to forget the new one and after three failed attempts you get locked out. Once that happens you have to contact the HR team to get the account reset.

Pros

This has become my go-to for HR management! It covers all the essential features you'd expect and the design feels accessible and user friendly so getting around the system is easy.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having a visual summary of annual income both gross and net, available directly in the portal instead of only being shown through payslips.

It feels like having a full payroll department right in-house which makes the whole process very simple.

There really aren't many downsides. It's very user friendly and handles everything we need.

The time tracking is very clear and easy to read and I really appreciate being able to customize it to fit what our company needs. The recent updates have also made the site much easier to get around and it's nice to see they're continuing to improve the website over time.

The latest update definitely made things better but the platform still feels pretty complex because of how much versatility it has. That overall complexity can make it harder to use and I'd really like to see more shortcuts added such as being able to click a message and open it directly for more details.

There are times when it glitches or lags a bit. Every now and then I've also had issues with clocking in and out accurately.

It handles just about everything in one place. Clocking in and out is really simple and I'm able to take care of all my payroll tasks through this product without any hassle.

At times when an upgrade happens, the system can go down and during those outages there's usually little or no communication from them about when it will be available again.

Both the desktop platform and mobile app working together was a big plus for us especially since a mobile option was essential for our remote employees. The only downside on that side was the rollout which ended up taking about two months longer than we originally expected.

Cons

Setting everything up felt pretty inconvenient especially with employees spread across multiple states. The job costing utility also took a lot of support to get configured properly. On top of that whenever we ran into problems, their usual fallback was to tell us to use Chrome but most of the time the same issue still showed up there too.

One thing that's really useful is being able to pull up old W-2s even from previous employers. It also lays out earnings, deductions and PTO clearly so keeping track of everything is pretty easy.

Cons

Since the latest update it's become pretty easy to lose timesheet entries if they aren't saved after each daily update. The problem is that saving each day can take around 30 seconds sometimes and that extra time starts to add up.

Logging in and checking my hours as an employee was easy and convenient.

Cons

Keeping track of time every single day was really irritating since I had to sign in daily and enter my hours by hand. If I forgot how long I worked the previous day, I just had to hope I remembered correctly otherwise that time could go unpaid.

Keeping up with my weekly cash flow and submitting time off requests was really easy with this platform.

Cons

I had a hard time locating certain people in my organization on the platform.

Pros

Having everything in one place is the biggest advantage of this software. The portability and user friendly design make it really convenient to keep up with hours, pay, PTO and benefits all from a single app which clears up a lot of mental clutter and lets you stay focused on your actual work!

Cons

My only complaint is that it occasionally runs into connection problems. There are times when the website or app becomes unresponsive after logging in and it can take a few tries or a couple of minutes before it finally loads :(
