Right from the first time I used the site, the layout felt simple and easy. I never felt confused trying to find my way around which made the whole experience really comfortable :)
Cons

Pros
I really like the section that lets you keep your most used tabs together in one spot so there's no need to jump through multiple pages to find the items you check often.
Cons

Pros
The reporting tools were one of the better parts and the time and attendance feature was very useful when it actually worked properly.
Cons
Support was a problem right from the start. The system felt overly complicated and created issue after issue even though our payroll setup is very simple. We only needed to handle hourly staff, salaried employees and commissions but somehow nearly every payroll run ended with people not getting paid.

“convenient time tracking anywhere”
Pros
Using this was really easy. I used it both on my computer and through the mobile app and having access on my phone made it really convenient. Even when I wasn't at work, I could still enter my time without any inconvenience.
Cons
I waited too long to add my hours and then entering time afterward felt a bit inconvenient. That wasn't really a problem with the app itself though, more of a user mistake. It works much better if you log your time as you go (on a daily basis).

Pros
Checking my upcoming paycheck, updating contributions and handling things like a 401k loan or withdrawal all feels very easy in this app. It covers the payroll and accounting tasks I need really well and overall I'd say it's one of the best options out there for payroll solutions.
Cons
A few functions still aren't included in the mobile app like looking over detailed summaries and certain other specifics. It's not a major issue though since the website is easy to access from a computer whenever I need that extra detail.

Having most of my HR tasks in one place is a big plus! The system is usually pretty easy to use and the quick links on the side are really helpful.
Cons
The PTO setup is frustrating. I can't enter 1.5 or 3.5 days together and have to submit the .5 separately. It also tracks time in hours while my firm handles PTO by days which makes it inefficient to read. On top of that I can't figure out where to view the PTO that carried over from last year.

Pros
Getting to old pay stubs and forms is really easy and printing or downloading them is just as simple. It's also convenient to update personal information on your own without having to go through the employer.
Cons
At this point I don't really have any complaints. There was a glitch before but it was re solved quickly.
