Pros

Everything I need is included and at this point I really don't see a need for any other tools. That said this is definitely expensive but when you choose a top-tier solution, that higher price comes with it.

Cons

Biggest downsides are the cost, of course and the wait time when reaching customer support.

Right away the biggest benefit for me was how conveniently the whole program works and how well it fits what I need as an employee. Honestly I can't think of another program I've used that does it better.

Cons

It would be nice to have the option to customize the layout so it better matches your preferences and workflow but I also haven't seen that offered in other similar products.

Pros

Everything was really easy to use!! I could quickly check my hours, time off balances and pay stubs without any trouble. It was also very convenient for printing W-2s and other yearly statements whenever I needed them. Keeping up with online training and required certifications during employment was simple and submitting payroll across multiple departments only took a few clicks.

Cons

Only part that felt a bit confusing at first was entering hours manually although that didn't happen often. After doing it a couple of times, it stopped being an issue.

Using this product feels very easy and the whole system is simple to navigate.

One thing that really stands out with this system is how useful it is for employees who have payroll questions since they can log into this software and find everything they need on their own.

There have been a few times when the system crashed but we were able to work through it and move past those issues.

Right when I log in the dashboards give me quick visibility into the latest company news which is really useful. I also appreciate how it tracks payroll files and helps manage tax-related documents in one place.

I'd prefer to see more icons instead of so many paragraph-style descriptions.

Logging into this software is easy and it does a good job of helping me keep track of my team's vacation and time-off requests.

Interface feels pretty outdated and runs slowly and a lot of the features are buried under multiple menus which makes it frustrating to find exactly what you need.

Working with this software feels easy and there are several different views available to check income details. It's also configurable which makes it simple to customize and quickly find exactly what you need. The hide pay option on the screen is a really nice touch for keeping information private.

Everything works very well and I don't have any real complaints, aside from the occasional hassle when a password gets forgotten.

Feels like a very modern the platform and that makes it stand out! The interactive pie charts for hours and wages are excellent and clicking into each section gives a more detailed breakdown of earnings which is really helpful.

I can't think of anything wrong with the platform at the moment.

I don't have any complaints. It's the most easy app I've used for a job when it comes to staying on top of everything.

Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense so it's simple to follow. I can quickly pull up my team, open their employee profiles, approve timecards, review uploaded documents and handle other tasks without much trouble.

Cons

The mobile app feels a bit outdated and not very accessible to navigate. There are times when it takes me a while to find what I need and it definitely ends up taking longer than using the desktop version.

Having everything in one place is the biggest plus with this tool and payroll is only a few clicks away which makes that part of my job so much easier.

It can feel a little confusing or unfamiliar at the beginning but once you go through the tutorial and understand how it works, everything starts to make sense. After about a week of using it, it becomes much simpler so it's worth sticking with it.

Does a really good job of helping keep up with every part of the business and it can be customized to fit each employee's specific needs.

The top navigation can feel a bit unclear at times so renaming some of the tabs would make it easier to find things.

Whether I'm at home or in the office, I can use it without any trouble. Clocking in and out is simple, submitting PTO is easy and it really takes a lot of the effort out of managing those tasks. The mobile app is a big plus too and saves quite a bit of time.

I've noticed that finding specific information can sometimes be a bit tricky because there are several layers of subfolders inside the main folder. Other than that, it's a system most people will probably really enjoy.

This has been a reliable solution for sharing HR documents with our team and has handled that need really well.

Cons

Getting resources out to employees through this software has gone well overall but it feels a little too bare bones and doesn't offer a very effective way to keep documents organized.

Being able to pull up my old paycheck stubs on my own was really convenient and I never had to rely on anyone else to get them for me.

I didn't run into any real issues with this program during the five years I used it.

The system feels very stable, comes with a lot of useful features and is efficient to work with. Technical support has also been solid whenever needed. From the employee side, it's been especially convenient! I can pull up my W-2 online instead of waiting for it to arrive by mail. Having the option to use both the mobile app and the website adds a lot of flexibility too.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about, other than the missing error details. If something goes wrong, the system doesn't clearly explain what happened which makes it difficult to figure out what needs to be corrected.
