“helpful pay tracking”

Pros

Checking my weekly or bi weekly pay and hourly rate in the software is really easy and the system is simple to use overall.

Cons

At times it wouldn't remember my password and the cost feels fairly high.

The interface is easy enough for employees to use without much trouble and it gives you access to all the information you need in one place.

Cons

It can get a bit tricky at times especially around holidays or when employees have different pay rates depending on the hours worked.

Since I only used the system and wasn't responsible for maintaining it, I can't really say whether there were any software issues.

The system is simple to use and getting employees trained on it doesn't take much effort.

There were a few hiccups when setting up some custom features but support was available and helped within a rea sonable amount of time.

Pros

Having a mobile app is probably the biggest advantage for me because it makes checking my bi-weekly paycheck really convenient. The software also lets me create PDF copies of my pay stubs which is very helpful. I also appreciate the pie chart that shows a breakdown of all my earnings in a clear way. Managing direct deposit accounts is simple too since I can add or remove them without any hassle. Another useful feature is being able to generate my W-2 through the application. It shows both bi-weekly and 'year to date' data with detailed category breakdowns and it even keeps records from past years which is extremely convenient.

Cons

I haven't run into any real shortcomings with this software. It feels like a very effective application overall. The only thing worth mentioning is that it may take a little bit of training for everyone to fully understand how to use it.

Using it feels very easy and all information stays saved and accessible for multiple users which makes collaboration much easier.

Cons

It is a bit on the expensive side but it also offers features that other systems simply do not have.

Keeping an eye on payroll and income tax breakdowns is very easy for employees which makes it much easier to stay on top of everything.

Cons

Would be even better if the system included improved notifications and alerts sent directly to the user's mailbox.

From a user perspective, the functionality is the biggest strength! I'd expect that same level of capability is just as valuable on the admin side too.

One thing that seems inconsistent is the permissions which don't appear to match between the web browser and the app.

Everything runs in the cloud, the interface is user friendly and it gives us exactly what we need!

The setup for part yime employees is too inconvenient. We have part timers who may work anywhere from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks and entering them into the system just so they can clock their time isn't really feasible.

Pros

Feels like one of the best options out there for HR and recruiting work because it offers so many useful features. For anyone handling candidate or employee management it covers a wide range of needs, from benefits administration to labor and time management. From my perspective it really cuts down the amount of paperwork a recruiter would otherwise have to manage separately for different candidates since everything can be handled in one application.

Cons

Nothing major has stood out as a problem to me although I have noticed the occasional calculation issue in the payroll section. That said it seems like the kind of thing that can be corrected and improved over time.

“I highly recommend this!”

Pros

Setting up my account and profile, completing all the required documents and even viewing the company welcome messages and onboarding video was all very simple to navigate! That same accessible feel carries over into daily use as well. Our scheduled attendance setup is especially helpful because call center agents do not have to stress about clocking in and out every time they start or end their shift. Submitting vacation requests is also very convenient for both employees and managers. Another thing that works really well is being able to include policies for signatures along with tax forms which makes onboarding for new hires feel organized and all in one place. For current employees, HR updates and policy announcements can be shared through Messages which keeps communication centralized. The mobile app is also very convenient since I can receive payroll alerts, messages and other notifications without having to log in from a computer. Overall, I would definitely recommend this software!

I have only been using the software for the past few months so at this point I have not run into any drawbacks.

“Easy to track leaves”

Pros

Managing a team's leave needs is much more easy with this and the leave accrual updates are a noticeable improvement over the older product. Accruals are now tracked very accurately and the ability to see future date projections is especially useful.

Cons

Entering split leave requests can still be a bit tricky especially when there's a public holiday in the middle of the time off. It would definitely be better if the system automatically left public holidays out of the request.

“Simple to use”

Pros

Our employees can handle a lot of their own personal information in this platform including federal tax details, W-2s and pay stubs which is really helpful. Overall we run into very few problems with their side of the system. Both the app and the website are very user friendly and they work well for managers too.

Cons

One frustrating part is that if someone gets locked out, we still have to rely on the IT or Payroll team to reset their password. As an HR Manager, I also can't see everything an employee entered into the system so I still need to reach out to other departments to assist. It also doesn't currently include state or local tax integration and that would be a useful addition down the road.

“Very practical”

Pros

Having everything in one place is really convenient! I can check my hours, look at payroll, print my W-2 and request PTO all from the same site. It's quick, practical and saves time.

Cons

I can't think of anything specific about the software that I dislike.

Pros

Even people who aren't very tech savvy can usually get the hang of this process after a bit.

Cons

The quick punch feature only works about half the time so I end up having to sign in and track down the time clock manually.

It's been really nice not having to chase down a manager or someone higher up just to get my tax details, pay information, benefits and other basics. Having all of it available in one place is super convenient and getting answers faster than going through HR makes a big difference. I really love using this software!

Cons

Everything is right there when I need it and so there aren't any issues to mention.

There's a lot to appreciate here: plenty of features and options, accurate reporting and a layout that's simple to use day to day.

Cons

At times the screen views feel a little awkward to work with and moving back and forth between windows can be frustrating since I sometimes have to close one before opening another.

Having the app right on my phone makes it really convenient to stay on top of my worked hours, PTO and schedule. It's easy, does exactly what I need and I haven't run into any problems using it.

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike about it.

Pros

It does a really good job separating medical, federal and state taxes and it gives payroll a completely refreshed view that's much better to work with.

Cons

It would be even better if tax details were included in a way that makes filing taxes more convenient.

“income tracking done right!”

Pros

Handling payroll takes a lot less time and effort with this software which is a huge plus. Employees can keep track of their income, go back and print their check stubs whenever they need them and also stay on top of their yearly earnings and 401k details.

Cons

It's a solid system overall and I really appreciate all the features that come with it.
