Having everything in one place has been a big plus! I can clock in and out, review my benefits and PTO and access my tax documents without any hassle.

I ran into an issue during a software update but that is pretty normal with most apps and it did not really affect me.

Something that really works well here is how simple everything feels. The newer updates in the 2022 version have been enjoyable and being able to check upcoming paychecks and tax details while I'm out and about is honestly a big plus. I end up opening the app more often than I expected because it helps me stay on top of my finances, plan better and set smaller short-term goals that keep me moving toward bigger long-term ones.

Cons

The only downside is probably how it integrates with third-party apps especially when it comes to browser behavior after leaving the application.

Using it has been very easy and it handles vacation balances, 401(k) details and hours worked really well.

Problem is that the data needs to be updated regularly to keep the reports accurate.

Pros

Over the years, this platform has gotten noticeably better with all the improvements that have been made. Having all the essential employee information stored in one place is incredibly useful and being able to access it from anywhere makes it even more valuable. The tools are helpful not just for employees but for HR as well.

Cons

One drawback is the number of extra fees that aren't clearly disclosed upfront. On top of that a lot of the HR tools are only available at an additional cost.

Pros

From a manager's standpoint I don't have access to every advanced tool but for handling employee time off requests and tracking performance goals and evaluations, this takes a lot of friction out of tasks that could otherwise create delays or bottlenecks. The email alerts can feel a bit persistent yet they do a good job of reminding you about items that need attention when annual review sea son comes around. I also appreciate the email integration since employees can submit time off and, once it's approved, it shows up automatically on their work calendar. That cuts down on extra steps for everyone and helps make sure payroll records match what both the employee and manager approved.

Cons

The interface itself feels slow and messages can't actually be deleted, only archived. Those email reminders are useful but they start coming more often as deadlines get closer which can be a little much. I also still haven't found a way to pass an employee performance review to another manager who may have better context especially when someone has only recently joined my team.

“quick clock is a lifesaver”

Pros

Quick Clock is easily the standout feature here. Since I need to clock in and out multiple times throughout the day around meetings, being able to do it in just a few moments saves me a lot of time and hassle.

Cons

From my perspective there really aren't any downsides. The app is incredibly user friendly especially considering how much access and functionality it provides.

If you're comfortable using computers, this product feels very easy and user friendly to work with!

On the other hand it can be difficult to navigate for people who aren't very tech-savvy or for those who don't speak English as their first language.

Being able to check my pay stubs, see how many sick days I had used and book time off whenever I needed was really convenient. Everything was laid out in a way that made it simple to navigate and find exactly what I was looking for.

Cons

For what I needed I really didn't run into any issues with it. On the rare occasion I had trouble with something, HR was always available to help me sort it out.

Pros

Pulling reports is really easy, just a few selections and date filters are enough to compare what I need. Entering payroll and HR information is just as simple so handling the required data doesn't take much effort.

Cons

A frustration is that if an employee can't get into their account, they have to contact support and they also need to be careful not to lock themselves out.

“No-fuss workflow”

Pros

Straight to the point with no extra fluff or confusion and it gets the job done fast.

Cons

The mobile app still needs some refinement. It doesn't feel as accessible or polished as the desktop version.

Navigation is too difficult and not very user friendly and the system seems to run into bugs almost every week.

Fingerprint sign in is a really nice touch especially since the admin provided login details can be pretty convoluted. I also appreciate that the app remembers my credentials so I don't have to type everything in manually every single time.

Cons

The load times can be frustrating and the app doesn't feel very well optimized. The overall organization is questionable at best and pulling reports can sometimes be more complicated than it should be.

Keeping up with my time in this platform is really easy. Clocking in and out takes no effort and it's simple to check my hours during the week so I always know what I've worked.

Cons

My only complaint is the multiple login links which can be a little confusing sometimes.

Starting with it is very easy even for someone using it for the first time. The visuals are also really well done which is something most of our workforce appreciates.

The app does feel like it could use an update and there are occasional glitches from time to time.

I didn't have any issues with it. I could even request time off without any trouble so it covered everything I needed.

There are occasional moments when it seems to lag on their side but it doesn't happen often.
