smooth with great help

Pros

Daily operations run so smoothly with this system and it's really user-friendly. But the best part is the customer service. Whenever I have a problem, the support team is exceptional. Having such a caring and knowledgeable team makes my job so much easier.

Cons

sometimes there are glitches when your working too quickly and the system just cant keep up with the pace.

all in one platform

Pros

It's great having payroll, HRIs and recruitment all in one platform. And the customer support team has been fantastic to work with!

Cons

a few of the hiring features feel clunky to work with especially since there's no Docusign integration and the Employee Referral system has some problems.

Easy with limited options

Pros

Our sales rep has been awesome and so great to work with. The interface is friendly and didn't take long to learn which made getting started easy. The best part is how many features this thing has; there's a ton you can do with it.

Cons

The customization features are very limited which can be frustrating when you need specific configurations. Making large-scale changes becomes quite cumbersome and time-consuming. For Canadian customers, the marketplace options are really lacking and dont offer much variety.

Pros

Good but had glitches

Pros

Recruitment and onboarding features are a lifesaver. Managing candidates and getting new hires up to speed is so much less stressful and way more efficient now.

Cons

Yeah I used to run into some technical glitches but they've definitely been happening less and less recently.

simple data, hard reports

Pros

I like that I can get all the employment data I need whenever I need it. The access to information is also very easy and covers all the workforce details I am looking for.

Cons

I find the reporting feature complicated and the reports themselves aren't simple to read at all.

Pros

seriously, the amount of paperwork this has saved me. And anytime I'm confused, support actually gets back to me fast and helps.

Easy to figure out

Pros

Didn't need any training to figure this out, it just makes sense. Support is great when I have questions. Shocked by how much it can do and feels like it has everything for the dealership.

Cons

I prefer reaching out to a real person instead of using service Connect, though I get why it's needed.

Quick and useful

Pros

Game changer modules

Pros

Those extra modules are a game-changer for my small team. Saves us so much time and makes everything connect smoothly.

Easy website but other major problems

Pros

The website is really easy to use and just... interactive. No issues et all.

Cons

Customer service reps kept changing on me and I was constantly redirected to their 1-800 line for help. Had to call weekly because they'd deliver my payroll to the wrong people and packages would get dropped at random doors during night deliveries, leaving me to hunt them down the next day. They failed to pay payroll taxes on time and didn't even file some of them. Two years later, I'm still dealing with the tax mess they created.

Great mobile app

Pros

mobile app is clutch for approving time off or putting in my own vacation requests from my phone.

Cons

The time it takes to upload and receive tax information is painfully slow compared to other products I've used.

My go to tool!

Pros

Having my own go-to person has been a lifesaver. When I have an HR problem, I can just call her. She knows her stuff and just talking it through helps me figure it out. She's saved my butt more than once!

Cons

setting up processes feels pretty labor-intensive and not as interactive as I'd hoped. Getting onboarding configured was particularly challenging, though customer support provided excellent assistance throughout the process.

Bestt support team

Pros

The support team actually knows what they're talking about and they can always fix my issue. And if they can't right away, they really listen to my feedback. Updates are easy and don't mess anything up. The training was solid and they give you stuff to look back on, plus there's a huge help library. The platform itself isn't confusing even if you don't use it every day, and it has different setups for different jobs.

Cons

Wait times can get long during major system outages, though the callback feature helps since you dont lose your spot in line.

Worse than other options

Pros

I wanted to try and find something nice to say but honestly, I've found better options for everything this does.

Cons

support is terrible, we send emails and just get the runaround. They tell us the software can't do something then when we show proof it worked before, suddenly it's a "feature change!" The API is garbage and there's an implementation fee for absolutely everything. You sneeze and they'll charge you 5K for tissue implementation. Simple additions? Nope, they need to write custom code for thousands more.

Runs payroll perfectly

Pros

It runs my whole payroll, tracks every check and all the tax stuff perfectly. It's never wrong.

Cons

There's usually a delay of several hours before payment info shows up after a client pays, which can be frustrating when you need real-time updates.

Pros

Having all our HR and payroll in one spot is the best. It's cut down our payroll time so much.

Cons

I find the tax calculation report unhelpful and calculating my taxes often gives me trouble.

simple and great support

Pros

I like how simple it is to find my way around and get what I need whether it's info on an employee, my pay details or running a report. All the different features they have make handling payroll and HR stuff so much easier and more automated. From what I saw at their conference, it looks like it connects with other company's software without any hassle. Plus their customer service team is on the ball and great at sorting out any problems or questions I have and they do it fast.

Cons

some of the ADP products challenging to work with since they're not customizable enough for our specific business needs. Getting in touch with our representative is also frustrating and they're really hard to reach when we need to discuss product options or figure out how to better use the features.
