“pay stubs and forms at hand”
Pros
Everything I need is right there on the site, whether I'm looking for important forms or checking my pay stubs. It also lets me keep my personal details updated whenever needed.
Cons
Getting signed in can be frustrating. There are several layers of authentication to go through and it doesn't let me stay logged in even on a trusted device.

“Well-organized payroll and time tools”
Pros
The website is laid out in a way that makes everything simple to navigate. Entering my hours, submitting time-off requests and pulling up my pay stubs is all very simple.
Cons
A few links on the site aren't used by our company so they end up opening blank pages or they take so long to load that they look blank.

“frustrating and overly complicated”
Pros
Everything is displayed on a single page so you can see the full picture at once, including payroll details, benefits and other important information.
Cons
The system is extremely user-unfriendly and I'm honestly exhausted by all the complications and errors. Even simple tasks end up taking far too long to complete.

“reliable payroll and reporting”
Pros
This has been an excellent option for handling payroll. The app is simple to navigate and it includes all the tools an HR team typically needs in one place. Reporting is definitely one of its strongest features and that adds a lot of value. Customer support has also been dependable and helpful whenever needed. Overall, it offers solid value for the price.
Cons
Customization is somewhat limited which can make it harder to adjust reports and tasks to fit specific needs. That said it's still manageable once you work around those limits.

“Top-notch support and features”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now has been an excellent product overall. It's very user-friendly, simple to navigate and packed with features. The support they provide is outstanding and truly among the best in the industry.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that I can't access all of the same features on the desktop website. To get full functionality, I have to use the ADP Workforce app instead.

“simple payroll time saver”
Pros
From day one, ADP Workforce Now has been simple to navigate. The customer service team has been outstanding and has answered every question I've had with just one call or email. We also use the biometric timeclock they provide and it has saved us a lot of time while making payroll much faster to process. On top of that, it helps keep employees accountable for arriving to work on time. The implementation team also made the rollout feel smooth for everyone involved.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any issues with ADP Workforce Now. We fully expect to keep using ADP for many years ahead.

“flexible benefits and employee access”
Pros
Using ADP has been a positive experience because it's user-friendly and connects well with our benefits administration. We're very satisfied with the service, appreciate our rep and have no intention of changing systems right now. Employees can also conveniently access all of their statements as PDFs and complete open enrollment right in the platform.
Cons
Requesting time off takes employees through a few extra steps and the pop-out menu for submitting PTO requests feels a bit awkward to use.

“Reliable staff support tools”
Pros
Getting around the platform feels simple and when I needed details about a specific employee's situation, I was able to find the right information and help them with confidence.
Cons
There were times when I needed support and wished ADP's communication had been more proactive and immediate. Aside from that, I really didn't have any other complaints.

“support is nearly unreachable”
Pros
As an employee-facing platform, it has a solid reputation and offers fairly good value for what's included. The employee side is also relatively simple to use.
Cons
Getting useful help from customer support is a nightmare.. I'd rate it 0/10. It's extremely hard to reach someone by phone who can actually solve the issue. On top of that, ADP becomes very hard to work with in anything outside the usual scenarios. Off-cycle payments and moving through different pay cycles are not simple at all.

“reliable payroll platform”
Pros
Payroll management is one area where ADP Workforce Now does a solid job and it works well as a tool to help a company handle and keep up with payroll needs. It's also a well-known product which adds a level of confidence when using it.
Cons
One downside with ADP Workforce Now is the pricing which can feel a bit expensive for a smaller company.

Pros
The layout makes a lot of sense so using the system feels pretty simple. The onboarding process was a little tricky at first but after going through it a few times, it becomes very simple to handle.

“clean interface with strong reporting”
Pros
The interface is really user-friendly and the reporting tools are one of the best parts. It also makes it simple to check my hours and keep track of my compensation whenever I need to.
Cons
An area where ADP struggles is handling multiple accounts across different companies. We end up doing a huge amount of troubleshooting for employees because of that.

“user-friendly time tracking”
Pros
Using ADP Workforce Now has been pretty simple overall. The platform is fairly user friendly and the punch system makes it simple to keep track of hours worked and update time clock entries whenever needed.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is better scheduling integration within ADP Workforce Now. It's possible the app already offers that and my workplace just doesn't use it but having scheduling tied in more closely would make it better.

Pros
If you're mainly using it for time tracking, payroll or talent management, this platform does the job well. The user experience is also quite pleasant which made it nicer to work with overall.

“helpful support and user-friendly tracking”
Pros
Whenever we needed help, the customer support team was very responsive and useful. The time tracking system was simple and very user friendly to work with. Reporting still has some room for improvement but overall the platform was satisfying to use.
Cons

“all-in-one workforce access”
Pros
Everything I need is in one spot with ADP Workforce Now which makes day-to-day tasks a lot more convenient. Clocking in and out is simple, checking pay statements takes no effort and keeping up with my PTO is quick. The layout is clear and simple so managing work-related information doesn't take much time.
Cons

“Payroll that delivers”
Pros
From payroll to time tracking, ADP Workforce Now covers everything in one place. It's user-friendly and does a really efficient job of tracking hours, while making it simple for employees to clock in and out, review time worked and check reports for time off, hours worked and pay rates.
Cons

“simple payroll and time tracking”
Pros
Using it has been very simple. Staff had no trouble clocking in and out or submitting time-off requests and running payroll was just as uncomplicated.
Cons
On the rare occasion the app crashes, everything goes offline and has to be entered manually afterward. When that happens, it creates a lot of extra work for managers.
