Pros

Managing team time off and attendance with this tool has been genuinely helpful especially from a manager's perspective! Over the years, it has also made noticeable improvements to the product which has made it much more useful overall.

Cons

A few years back getting started with this product was a rough experience. Login problems kept happening and there were not many features that felt truly helpful at the time. Thankfully it has steadily improved it since then and now it is a useful tool that is fairly easy to work with.

Right away, it gives me a complete 360 degree view of everything in one place at a glance.

Cons

My only minor frustration seems to come down to the tier my employer chose. some companies use the time-off request and accrual features in the app but my current employer decided not to include them. It's not a huge issue but having everything in one place is definitely better. I know those features work well because my previous employer made full use of them.

Pros

As an employee, this software has been really valuable because I can use it as a dependable place to pull financial information for both business and per sonal needs whether I'm looking back at old jobs or checking details from my current one. It's given me a consistent sense of continuity throughout the whole process.

Cons

I don't have any issues to point out since I haven't run into any problems using this tool as a financial resource to stay on top of my pay at work.

Pros

Handling payroll across several different companies has been much more manageable with this software. It has really helped me stay on top of HR and payroll tasks and I would definitely recommend this to any HR company looking for a dependable solution.

I honestly didn't come across any major problems while using this software.

It feels very easy and uncomplicated to handle everyday tasks with it!

For what our company needs overall it's been very convenient to use and so I have no setbacks to point out.

After trying a few of the newer payroll platforms on the market, we ended up coming back to this one and realized pretty quickly we should have never left. It has easily been the best payroll management service we've used. We just key in the total hours for each employee and the system handles the rest. Taxes, wage garnishments, child support, W-2s and direct deposits are all taken care of which removes a lot of stress. Employees can also sign into their own accounts to review their history and access their records whenever they need them. It really takes some of the burden out of running a business and that's something we genuinely value.

Cons

On the screen where you enter employee hours, the overtime field is not placed next to the regular hours field. Instead the salary field sits in between them. so when you enter 40 regular hours and hit tab expecting to move to overtime, it jumps to salary instead. That setup just doesn't make much sense to me. If someone is entering hourly time and OT, they usually are not entering salary too so it feels like an odd layout choice.

Personally thought that it was very user friendly and everyone across our company can use it.

Cons

The latest upgrade has made navigation a little longer in some places although it has also made things more convenient overall.

Pros

Submitting worked hours is easy and the system does a clear job of showing total hours and how they were accrued. It's also simple to check time off balances, tax documents and other important records.

Cons

I haven't run into any major problems that would make me dislike the software. The only thing that feels a bit awkward is reading messages tied to time off requests or general updates since that part isn't very accessible.

Pros

Across a couple of different jobs, I've ended up using this software more than once which says a lot about how dependable it is. For timekeeping and checking payroll details, it feels fairly organized and simple to navigate and I never had much trouble using it for those tasks.

Cons

A small downside is that the interface can look a little dated at times which is a bit of a turnoff because it feels somewhat old fashioned. That said I mainly used it for time tracking and payroll information and it was still easy enough to figure out how to log my hours.

Something that really works well is that any of my employees can get into it and it has made our daily routines much easier for everyone on the team.

There is nothing I dislike about it and the rest of our employees feel the same way.

Having everything in one place is a big plus! Employee records, benefits, payroll, skills and vacation details are all centralized which makes the system really convenient to use.

The interface could be a bit more accessible. At times locating certain reports takes a few extra minutes than it should.

The desktop version though tends to run into frequent issues quite often.

One thing it does well is customer support. The team is usually quick and well informed when I reach out. Unfortunately the downside is that I end up needing their help far more often than I should.

Tax updates create extra hassle especially when you have custom reports built by the software and only it can correct them. I've had to follow up and remind them to make those fixes. Rehires can also be risky since garnishments sometimes don't get processed because of backend problems.

Pros

Between a million other things on my plate, this software really helps by taking a big chunk of work off my day. Having everything in apps like this takes a lot of pressure off my shoulders.

An issue that comes up pretty often is getting locked out and the password reset process can be a little slow at times. Still the security overall feels really solid.

Using this has been really easy for keeping up with hours, time off requests and paystubs. It's also helpful that you can see when coworkers are scheduled to be off without having to ask a supervi sor.

A downside is that it doesn't automatically notify a supervisor about missed punches. If they don't catch it for a few days, it can make fixing things in time for payroll a lot more difficult.
