Compared with other products I've used, this one delivers more for the money and honestly performs better than several options I've seen that cost many times more than this one.

The app's design isn't the most polished I've come across but it doesn't feel outdated either so taken as a whole I still think it's a really solid product.

Employees can check benefits and pay, set up tax withholdings, clock in and out and submit time off requests all in one system. It's much more convenient than bouncing between one platform for time tracking and another for vacation requests. There's also plenty of company-specific information available along with useful documents like the employee handbook. When it comes to the overall range of features, this solution really delivers!

Cons

Because the platform includes so much, getting around the website can sometimes feel a bit challenging. It would be a lot simpler if the main options were displayed more clearly on the home page. Compared with other sites, this one isn't the most accessible to use and I've spent more time than I should searching for things that seem like they ought to be quick to find.

Navigating the website has been very user friendly. It makes it simple to locate my benefits information and check my timecard without any trouble.

The mobile app was the only frustrating part. I couldn't really use it because it required my password and I had forgotten it so I ended up sticking with the website instead.

Checking paystubs and individual leave details is quick thanks to the fast interface. Year end tax forms are kept in one place which makes them simple to download or share when needed. The system responds quickly overall and that helps a lot.

Cons

Leave information is there but it is not very easy to locate. On the whole, the UI feels a bit outdated and the navigation could be better organized. The notifications section also needs improvement and would be more useful if alerts were shown to users right when they log in.

Keeping up with my hours and putting in time-off requests is really easy.

Cons

It's such a simple system that there's barely anything to complain about though every now and then it won't register my timestamp. I'll clock in and then it shows that I'm not clocked in.

Right away, we appreciated how user friendly this product is and how many functions it includes. It really covers everything we need.

Cons

The setup process can be a little tricky in places and really requires someone with experience to get everything configured properly.

As an employee, I use this to start and end my workday, monitor my 401k and keep tabs on my PTO. Being able to clock in and out from wherever I am through the app is really convenient. There's also a large amount of helpful information available which makes understanding my 401k much easier.

Cons

One small thing that threw me off in the app was the wording for time tracking. Instead of saying "clock in" and "clock out" it uses "Start work" and "Stop work" which was a little confusing at first. The app is still accessible overall but since the online version uses different terms, it took a moment to adjust.

Honestly I haven't come across anything I dislike about the software. It's clear, user friendly and offers plenty of useful functions.

Using this software has been really helpful for keeping up with my direct deposit and paystub details and I use it for performance tracking too. It's been a really solid program overall. One of my favorite parts is having the mobile app since I can check everything right from my phone instead of needing to log in on a desktop every time.

I'd like to see improvement in the admin side. I wish there were more design options available for creating and promoting content to employees across the company.

Time and attendance, payroll, FMLA and employee profile details being all together in one system is really convenient.

Entering some employee time-tracking details wasn't difficult but it could be pretty time-consuming when it had to be done manually instead of through a time clock.

Everything I need is right there in one place and the system is incredibly simple to navigate. It keeps important information at my fingertips and ties all the different pieces together really well.

I haven't run into any features that feel difficult or unnecessary. There are a few tools I don't use but that's only because they don't really apply to my role.

Requesting and keeping track of PTO is really easy! Employees can clearly see how much time they've already accrued and even how much they'll have by the date they want to take off which is a really helpful feature.

The interface does come across as a bit dated and the overall layout doesn't feel as modern as it could.
