“best investment for tracking”

Pros

This has become a key part of how we handle all our employee tracking tasks. It's honestly been one of the best investments we've made.

Cons

At this point I don't have any downsides to mention about it.

Pros

Everything is laid out in a user friendly way and the navigation feels accessible. Clocking in, tracking attendance and submitting leave requests are all easy and it's really convenient having time-off balances and pay forms available in one place.

Cons

The design feels pretty basic and a bit too simplistic. It gets the job done well enough but there are definitely more polished products out there.

“reliable payroll and timekeeping”

Pros

Getting it up and running was a very easy process. The timekeeping and payroll features have really helped us keep our information accurate and on track.

Cons

Setting up payroll taxes ended up taking quite a bit longer than we expected. We also had to go back and review tax ID numbers that weren't captured during the initial setup.

“has a lot to offer”

Over the past five years, we've gone through four finance managers and during the stretches when we didn't have one, HR and payroll ended up on my plate. That's definitely not part of my usual workload but people still needed to be paid and this system made that possible without a lot of stress. It's very easy, basically click-and-go and simple to navigate even if you're not an HR or payroll expert. When COVID added another layer of difficulty especially with payroll entries for employees who were out sick, their team really stepped up. They kept resources updated, offered online and on-demand learning and whenever I called in a panic, there was always someone calm and helpful on the phone. It's not only the software that works well but also the people behind it who make the whole experience run smoothly. PTO tracking has also been a huge win for our employees since they can check their balances themselves instead of constantly asking how much time off they have left. We've also pushed employees to use the self-service portal to update their own information which has reduced internal paperwork and cut down on manual data entry. Overall it has been a real game changer for us.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything I'd want to change. The email communication is excellent and I'm always kept informed about where things stand with my processes.

“easy to work with”

Pros

Getting payroll done in this solution was surprisingly easy. I had to step in overnight when our office manager ended up in the hospital for emergency surgery so there was no time to prepare or train someone in advance. Even being thrown into the role that suddenly, I was still able to manage it with the basic instructions she gave me and the helpful hints and tips built into the system whenever I needed them.

Cons

One thing that caused confusion was updating the name of a deduction. I expected the change to affect only one employee but it ended up changing for everyone. There really should be an option to add or rename a deduction so it applies only to a specific employee especially in cases where that deduction is not meant for the entire group.

Pros

It feels very accessible and easy to use! The reporting features are quite good and the year end dashboard is especially helpful.

Cons

A few functions still need work especially when employees transfer roles or change from part-time to full-time since that process doesn't work as well as it should.

Using the app has been really convenient and it's simple to navigate and use on a regular basis.

Cons

Frustrating part is that there are times when checking in or out doesn't work. Also, if you're not close enough to the building, it won't let you do it so you end up having to reach out to your supervisor.

Has been very easy to use and pulling reports is especially convenient. I can get exactly what I need, whether that's a detailed report or just a quick summary.

Cons

Biggest downside is the cost, getting the full package is more than the company is willing to spend.

The system makes me update my password more often than I'd like.

Operating this software has been very easy for me! Clocking in and out is simple and I can quickly check the hours I've logged whenever I need to.

One thing I like least is that it can sometimes lag or run into issues. It doesn't happen very often but when it does, it's usually at the worst possible time when I really need to use it.

It's really helpful that the app shows my paycheck amount before payday and I can also keep track of how many hours I've worked.

I haven't run into any issues with this app. It's easily one of the best ones I've used.

Having everything in one place has been really helpful. I can keep track of my hours worked, wages earned, clocking in and out, benefits, perks, tax withholdings, direct deposits and plenty more.

Pros

Since switching to this software and provider, payroll has been processed without a single miscalculation. The interface is very user friendly and getting around the system feels almost as familiar as scrolling through social media. Even with that simplicity, it still handles complex HR tasks really well and the accuracy of the results is incredibly valuable from an HR perspective.

Cons

Pricing is definitely on the high side compared with other competitors and there are also extra charges for changes that require around eight hours of work from the provider.

“flexible time coding options”

Pros

Logging time is very easy and applying the right codes to those hours works really well. It also lets you add extra lines to a day which is helpful when you need to split your time like putting 4 hours under one code and 4 hours under another.

Cons

One thing that's frustrating is not being able to switch vacation time back to regular worked hours once it's already been entered. Every now and then I accidentally put vacation on the wrong day and then I have to ask HR to fix it for me. That may just be due to how our company has the system configured so it might not be the case for everyone.

Pros

This solution has been really easy to use and it gives me everything I need in one clean single-page view! All the key information is easy to access and always right in front of me when I need it. It's also convenient to quickly see how many PTO days I have left and check my most recent pay stub without any hassle.

Cons

At this point I really don't have any complaints about it. It's simple to navigate, easy to understand and handles basic tasks without any confusion.

Having every employee in a single system is really convenient and keeps everything together.

It isn't always easy for every employee to understand right away.

Pros

It cuts the work and stress of quarterly reporting in half since most of it is already handled for you. On top of that, the whole system feels very well organized and thoughtfully put together.

I can't point to anything I dislike. Everything about it has been positive on my end.

Is easy to navigate whether you use it online or through the mobile app. It makes it simple to view your paychecks, update your payment method and even set up split payments so your paycheck can be deposited into multiple accounts.
