“mobile access helps a lot”

Pros

The mobile app tied into everything makes this incredibly convenient for keeping up with my pay, benefits, time off and the team calendar. At another company, I had to use a homegrown system and this is a much better experience by compari son. It covers every feature I've needed without the glitches or downtime I used to deal with on the other platform.

Cons

If I had to point out anything at all, I'd say the interface feels a bit plain from a visual standpoint.

Getting into the app is very convenient and overall it's really simple to access what I need.

Navigation was a little confusing at the beginning but once I figured out where everything was and which buttons to use, it was fine.

This has been a dependable system for us! Downtime does happen occasionally but it's very minimal. They also roll out new features on a regular basis and most of the time those updates work the way they're supposed to.

Cons

The biggest frustration has been their customer support. It usually takes two or three calls before a problem actually gets resolved. When we had questions about their cloud data management feature, we had to reach out multiple times before finally getting someone knowledgeable enough to help.

Pros

Payroll, HR, benefits, recruiting and everything else handled in one system has been fantastic for us! The platform is very user friendly, adding new employees is simple, updates to current staff are easy and running payroll on time is much more manageable. The multi-step payroll checks are especially valuable because they help catch mistakes and keep things accurate when deadlines are tight.

Cons

Setting up or editing reports can be confusing and I sometimes need to reach out to customer support to get them configured properly.

Pros

Everything about it has worked really well. Employees can get to what they need without any hassle, whether they are connected to Wi-Fi or not. It also cuts out the need for paper timesheets which makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues. The software has been simple to access and easy to understand.

Something that's been really helpful is being able to send news releases to the whole team all at once. The application is also easy to use which makes daily tasks much easier.

Cons

The shortcuts seem to change fairly often and that can briefly slow employees down when they're trying to clock in or out.

Using it has been pretty easy and the system loads information quickly without making things feel sluggish.

My issues is that sometimes glitches happen and the quick clock feature isn't available.

One of the best parts of this software is the customer support team. They're knowledgeable, very helpful and really make the extra effort to ensure you're satisfied and that your questions get answered quickly.

Cons

At this point there really isn't anything I dislike about the software. It gives me the information I need for the reports I run.

Gives you complete control over every part of HR and payroll which is a big plus when managing everything in one place.

Cons

Since the platform is highly customizable, it can sometimes be difficult to get certain features working properly or re solved when problems come up. On top of that once the paperwork is signed, the sales and implementation team can be tough to reach. They tend to go quiet and operate on their own timeline without much feedback or consistent progress updates.

Pros

Using this has been easy and the system feels thorough and accurate in daily use. I also prefer the Windows version quite a bit over the older DOS-based one.

Cons

Getting everything implemented was challenging and the process likely would have gone more easily if Covid had not disrupted it.

Pros

Getting to employee profiles is pretty easy and it makes pulling up basic information quick and user friendly.

Cons

The reporting features though, aren't as accessible and don't feel as user friendly to work with.

It's simple to navigate and it has made keeping track of my weekly hours much more manageable. Being able to go back and check how many PTO hours I've already used, along with how much I still have available, has been especially useful.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is a way to estimate upcoming PTO accrual like a PTO accrual calculator. I'd also say the mobile app isn't nearly as useful as the web version.

Pros

This solution has practically eliminated repetitive tasks and the issues we used to run into with our finance systems. Whenever questions come up, their team is very helpful and the core services have really improved our overall payroll experience.

Cons

There's still some room for improvement when it comes to the program's overall speed although that may be tied to our internet provider. Every now and then it takes a while to load or run but most of the time it works just fine.

Pros

Running a company with more than 50 employees really calls for everything to be built into one central system and this software delivers on that. It brings together features that a lot of businesses would otherwise need 2 or 3 separate programs to handle.

Cons

The website can feel a little awkward to navigate at first until you've spent some time with it. The mobile app is solid too but there's a bit of a learning curve there as well. And like most apps, it doesn't offer every single function the website does. Still it covers about 95% of what's needed most of the time.

Using this software feels very smooth! The system is accessible and as an employee I can keep track of everything tied to my pay, time off and past HR information in one place.

Cons

At this point I don't have any complaints. The things I used to like least have already been addressed.

Being able to pull up my paystubs, YTD earnings and other details right from my phone is really convenient.

Cons

I don't like how often I'm required to reset my password. I'm not sure whether it's a glitch or just how the system works.

Easy to use and the data has stayed accurate! It's also really convenient to quickly check employee PTO and vacation balances whenever needed.

Something that gets frustrating is having to change passwords so often.

Pros

I'm able to pull up payroll information quickly and efficiently and that's one of the best parts! It's a flexible platform that runs right from a browser so I can access it conveniently from different places without any trouble.

Cons

I really haven't run into many problems with this software. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that some functions (like certain modifications) aren't supported so I have to contact the HR administrator directly instead.

Signing in and out is very easy. It's simple to check how many hours you worked each day and if you use direct deposit, you can also print your current paycheck. Overall it's very user friendly.

Cons

Every now and then, the system seems to be under maintenance and I can't log in but it hasn't caused too many problems for me.

This software has worked well for me and I'm happy with it enough to keep using it going forward.

My only issue is that customer service could be a bit more responsive and helpful.
