Everyone can keep track of their own hours, submit time off requests and handle other tasks without much hassle in this software.

Cons

The downside for me is that it takes a bit of clicking around to find what you're looking for.

Employees are able to clock in and out even when they aren't actually at work so it requires close monitoring.

One downside is that some forms are turned off by the employer which makes it harder to get the full benefit of the product.

The tool provides a very clear view of everything that happens in HR and also shows (in a very well explained way) the benefits that I have.

Even though I understand that it's for security reasons, the process to reset the password ends up being a bit time consuming.

Using the software has been pretty easy. I can jump into the app or the website, enter the employee information my employer provided, log in and get where I need to go without any hassle. The navigation is very clear so the available options are easy to see and I don't have to waste time hunting for the right topic or information. I also appreciate how well both the app and website are organized. It keeps things simple while still including the features you'd want and expect from a payroll management system. Overall it's a really solid app that feels like it's designed with users needs in mind.

Cons

The only issue I've personally run into is that sometimes a user's login information doesn't get registered or recognized by the system :/

The way workplaces run is changing and the software really feels built for that direction. It handles everything from scheduling and payroll to W-2 access all in one place, with convenient apps and an online platform that's simple to access whenever needed.

Cons

Problem is that this shift toward digital HR tools also means less personal, human interaction. The software helps reduce staffing costs but that can come at the expense of having dedicated HR people available when they're needed.

Getting to the information in this program is very easy and everything is simple to view and access.

I haven't run into any problems with this application at all.

Having payment details, benefits and tax information all in one system is really helpful. It gives both HR teams and employees quick access to the information they need which makes managing things much more convenient.

At times the web version runs slower than the app and the webpage also feels a bit outdated in terms of design.

As an employee portal, this worked really well! Employees could quickly get to the important information they needed without any trouble.

Cons

The time tracking side felt outdated and whenever we needed adjustments or customizations, it required technical support. That usually meant waiting longer than expected and even then, the results often weren't what we were aiming for. We ended up reversing several changes because they removed basic functionality we relied on. In practice, the simplified interface just wasn't effective enough for a growing engineering company. It would likely be a better fit for manufacturing environments where people are mainly clocking in and out of jobs.

Everything I need is kept in one place so getting to the tools and information I use is really convenient.

What feels a bit overwhelming is how many pop up boxes appear when I click through to find what I need.

The pie-style chart that breaks down my pay is something I really love! It makes everything much easier to understand at a glance.

One thing that trips me up is that between pay periods, it sometimes switches over unexpectedly to a new one and I end up entering my time on the wrong dates by accident.

The mobile app can be a little glitchy from time to time although the desktop version is very well put together.

Reporting side feels limited. There aren't many options available when it comes to choosing the specific types of reports we need.

Using the platform is fairly easy and being able to manage multiple companies in one place is really convenient. It also comes with a lot of extra features and capabilities although I was never completely clear on how to make the most of everything that was available.

Cons

Getting help often took far too long. We kept running into delays and ongoing support issues especially after all requests had to go through the new service portal. Tickets were frequently passed between different people, left unassigned or went unanswered for days.

Everything is kept in one central hub including benefits, time tracking, pay history, vacation balances and usage, plus documents that need to be signed for onboarding and ongoing HR tasks.

Cons

Since this is a federally grant-funded role, we have to enter daily notes about the work completed each day. That part could be better if the system made it simpler to reuse the same note when tasks stay mostly the same or offered a saved template that could be edited as needed and used as the default note for each workday.

Being paid through direct deposit with this platform has been consistently dependable! The interface works well, feels reliable and does exactly what it needs to do. I've been using it for at least a year and haven't run into any issues or had any reason to reach out to customer support because it has continued to deliver positive results without fail.

Cons

Up to this point, there's been little to nothing to complain about. The interface is simple to navigate, clear to understand and seems very well designed. I really haven't had any problems so far but I'd update my review later on if anything changes.

Keeping tabs on direct deposits is really helpful and being able to request a statement when needed is useful too even though the platform isn't very mobile-friendly.

One confusing part is that paychecks sometimes show up twice: one reflects the actual pay while the other appears as $0.00.

Getting paid through the software was quicker and my paycheck arrived earlier than when I was getting paper checks.
