“covers a lot!”

Pros

Across payroll, benefits, pay stubs, leave tracking and even W-2 and W-4 information, the software covers a lot and is easy to use. The setup is clear for employees, the benefits enrollment process is self-explanatory and the menu options are organized well enough that most things are easy to find and understand.

Cons

At times, it can be pretty glitchy when trying to log in or navigate around and searching for certain items is not always very accessible. The mobile app also feels limited on features though it's still usable overall.

Pros

Having everything connected from applicant tracking all the way through payroll made the software really convenient to use especially when the process fit a standard, cookie-cutter setup without unusual exceptions.

Cons

The software struggled with certain non-standard situations and the usual response was to send us to professional services. Unfortunately even after investing a lot of time, effort and money some of those problems still never got solved.

Pros

Being able to enter time off ahead of payroll day is really helpful because it keeps everything from piling up at once and saves me from having to handle it all in a single day.

Cons

Scrolling through team members instead of choosing from a dropdown feels inefficient. On top of that, correcting timecard errors is outdated and usually takes several tries before it finally goes through.

Pros

The coupons and discounts are a nice bonus and I was able to get the documents I needed without much trouble.

Cons

Things can become a bit complicated pretty quickly. I also submitted my FMLA through them and it usually took a long time to hear back, plus some of the reps came across as rude.

Pros

The portal works well as a one-stop hub which is really convenient. Users can handle time-off requests, check pay and tax details and approve or decline requests from team members all in one place.

Cons

The software would be much better if remote access were more dependable. Around 30-50% of the time I've tried getting into the portal from a device other than my work desktop, I've run into errors that kept me from logging in. That gets very frustrating.

Across several jobs, the software has consistently been a user friendly tool for checking my PTO balances, benefits and payroll status. The interface feels very accessible and it's simple to locate whatever information I need.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a downside--the software has been accessible and easy to use.

Using the software has been very easy for me. Logging my hours takes very little effort and if I need to update something I already entered, it doesn't turn into a long or frustrating process. It helps me keep an eye on my 40-hour limit and I can also stay on top of my vacation and personal time without any hassle. As an everyday user, this software has been really helpful.

Cons

There really isn't anything specific I dislike about this software. I know it includes plenty of features I haven't used, whether that's because I'm not familiar with them yet or because my company simply doesn't need them but for everything I personally use it for, the software has been excellent.

There's a broad range of job options available through this portal which is definitely a plus. The software also has a solid reputation when it comes to reliability and their customer service has been very helpful.

Cons

A big downside is that the portal frequently throws error messages when trying to finish tasks especially things like enrolling in employer-provided benefits.

We were promised that moving over from RUN would mean everything would be handled for us but I actually end up doing more now than I ever did before. Because of my experience, I don't have any pros to mention.

The system feels outdated, there isn't much support available and a lot of it has to be figured out on your own.

There's a ton of information available through the portal which is really useful. I can see all of the key employee details together in one place without having to jump around.

Certain tasks don't feel especially accessible so figuring out how to complete them can take a bit more effort than expected.

Running payroll has become far less stressful with the software. It does an excellent job of streamlining the entire process and helping the business operate more efficiently. The system has been a trusted industry leader for years and it shows. The software is user friendly, very easy and I can enter employee personal details and W-4 information in only a few simple steps. I also want to give credit to the implementation team because the transition and conversion process felt painless from the start. They were knowledgeable, familiar with moving data from my previous software into the software and handled the transfer of my historical records exactly the way it needed to be done. As a small business owner, the legal guidance has also been incredibly valuable. The legal team is responsive, informed and helps protect my business from possible legal issues.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any downsides to using the software. It has met every expectation I had and feels right on target for what I need. My overall experience with the software has been flawless.

Keeping tabs on pay and time off is very easy with this tool. It's also really helpful when I need to monitor the pay and time-off details for the employees who report to me.

It's fairly user friendly overall and I honestly haven't run into any drawbacks that come to mind.

Every Wednesday, I can open the app and check my paycheck before it actually hits which makes it really helpful for planning and budgeting out my week.

The only issue I've run into is that it can take a little while to load although that may also be because of my phone speed.

Using this product has been really easy. It comes with plenty of features that make managers' work a lot less stressful and much more manageable.

The biggest challenge has been getting some of the older managers to embrace the change and actually use all of the software's features. We're still turning in vacation and PTO hours the old-fashioned way, even though employees could easily handle it themselves through the app.

One of the best parts of the software is how consistently they share updates on payroll law changes and keep the software current which really helps us stay compliant.

Cons

Reporting can be a bit tricky at times especially when trying to locate one report that includes everything we need in one place and the price is steep for our non-profit.
