“clear time cards and team tools”

Pros

Using the platform day to day, the time cards and statements are laid out clearly and are simple to read. It's convenient to look back at previous paystubs and pull up important tax details whenever needed. On the supervisor side, the team area works really well for checking each employee's time card making edits when necessary and managing vacation requests too.

Cons

The only real downside is that the landing page doesn't serve a purpose for our company so it just feels unnecessary. I'd rather go directly to the main account page instead of having that first screen load every time. Aside from that, I really don't have any complaints about the product.

Looking back at historical information is easy and convenient.

Cons

Payroll taxes were not filed and paid on time and trying to get it fixed turned into an ongoing customer service problem.

Using this app has been very convenient. It's user friendly, calculates taxes automatically with the correct amounts and feels secure to use. It's also helpful for managing payroll, accessing employee cards quickly and checking the background system without much hassle.

Cons

One downside is that the plan only covers payroll and tax features. Also, after system updates, it tends to have quite a few bugs.

Pros

Having everything for HR and payroll in one place has been a huge plus with the software. Payroll administration feels very manageable and the reporting is really strong. The reporting tool lets you pull just about any set of information you need which makes it incredibly useful.

Cons

At times, building and running reports can still be challenging. We've also run into issues when trying to get hourly employees set up with their the software accounts. One thing I'd definitely change is how quickly the system logs me out.

Pros

From an employee side, clocking in and out is very simple. Putting in time-off requests is easy and pulling reports to see how much time off has been used is also simple to do.

Cons

On the manager side, approving weekly timesheets takes too many steps just to locate them. Time-off requests feel buried in the system and have to be searched for and managers also get a lot of emails about employees' time-off requests which can quickly clutter the inbox.

Having it available as an app is really convenient and the layout is pretty simple to navigate.

Cons

The downside is that it never seems to save your time properly when clocking in or out. Every pay period, I end up with at least two days getting flagged.

The software is a well-known and reliable platform and once you're signed in, it's fairly easy to navigate and use.

Cons

The login process with the software can be frustrating because it frequently says the password is incorrect. On top of that, when you try to reset it, the request sometimes gets routed to another employee in the organization which adds an extra step and makes the whole process even more annoying.

Keeping track of payments with this software is really practical and it's flexible enough to handle different needs.

Cons

At this point, everything has been working well for me and I haven't run into any issues. I plan to keep using this reliable, secure and user friendly tool.

The suite cuts down the need for additional HR staff and gives employees plenty of self service options which helps organize workflows and automate a lot of HR tasks.

It is not especially customizable though it still covers the needs of most organizations.

One downside is that there are a lot of menus to click through which can make it harder to find exactly what you need.

It's really convenient to see when my coworkers are scheduled to be on vacation especially when I'm away from the office.

Getting people onboarded is a really easy process. It made the whole thing super simple.

The webinars are really helpful but they take up a lot of time. I wish there were a way to go through them more efficiently without such a big time commitment.

I haven't run into any problems with the software and there's nothing I can think of that it's missing.

Having tax details available right away for both the current year and past years is really helpful. The benefits enrollment process is also well organized which makes picking employer coverage much more easy.

One thing that could be better is having a way to contact the employer directly within the app.

Pros

The software handles just about everything in one place--HR, payroll, taxes, applicant tracking, timekeeping and more. I wouldn't call it the absolute leader in every single module on its own but as a complete package, it's incredibly capable. Pricing is also very competitive compared with other payroll systems. The biggest advantage, in my view, is having an integrated one-stop-shop backed by a long, well-established track record.

Cons

There are two major downsides with the software although some of this may be true with other platforms as well. The first is onboarding and setup. I've gone through the software implementation at three different companies over the last ten years and the experience can be very inconsistent--it really depends on the team assigned to you. The rollout timeline can also end up being much longer than expected. The second issue is customer support when something goes wrong. That experience also varies a lot depending on who you reach. One practical tip: if the answer you get isn't helpful, call again and speak with someone else because a different rep may give you a much better resolution.

One thing I appreciate most about the software is how useful the reporting is. The system makes it simple to pull the reports we need and we rely on that information as part of our decision-making process.

Cons

Setting up reports and dealing with customer service can still be frustrating. Creating new reports is harder than it should be because some functions take multiple steps and customer service wait times are usually around 30 minutes.

Using it feels easy and the graphs and tables do an excellent job of presenting all the data in a clear, useful way.

I honestly haven't run into any issues with this software. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

I wasn't involved in the implementation or initial setup of this software so I can't really say why my company chose to go with it.

The biggest frustration with this software is the support. There have been times when I've called for help and was told an issue was resolved, only to see on the next payroll that nothing was actually fixed. On top of that, different customer service reps sometimes give completely different answers to the same question. Situations like that are the reason I don't always trust the software.

There's a lot of flexibility in what this system can handle. Our organization could probably get even more out of it but even just for payroll, timesheet tracking and benefits, it does what we need it to do.

Cons

A few access-related functions feel limited especially when it comes to entering PTO. It's not something you can just type into a menu directly which I still forget sometimes. Instead, you have to go into the time management section in the software and open a specific calendar. They're small inconveniences and you do eventually learn the process but they're still not ideal. I've also noticed that some alerts don't seem to reach managers if you're an hourly employee and I'm not sure why that hasn't been resolved.

Using the software has been easy from the start. It's simple to navigate, works well on both mobile and desktop and is very user friendly overall.

I honestly don't have any complaints about this product. It's simple to use and handles exactly what it's supposed to do.
