Pros

A lot of the system is useful for the work I do, even if not every part of it feels very user friendly. Out of everything, benefit management has been the most useful feature.

Cons

From the very beginning, processing payroll has been a nightmare on my end. Customer service has been inconsistent and better training on how to use the software would really help instead of assuming everyone already knows where to click and what step comes next.

The website and app are laid out in a user friendly way so getting around them is pretty easy.

The app keeps crashing and that creates problems for employees when they try to clock in and out.

Pulling employee information into the system for report generation works really well and makes reporting much more efficient.

The frequent software updates can be frustrating because they often move things around and make certain tabs harder to locate.

It's on the expensive side and when an issue needs to be fixed, having to coordinate with so many departments can be frustrating.

Keeping up with company policies, time off and attendance has been really helpful and the setup is pretty easy to use.

The platform feels a bit outdated at times and could definitely use a more modern design so information is easier to find and access. It also needs additional language options.

Handling time tracking and pulling reports with this software is very easy which makes daily use really convenient.

The biggest thing I'd point out is the response time from the support team when an issue comes up since it can take longer than expected to hear back.

One thing I really appreciate is how quickly paycheck errors get handled. If something is wrong on your check, they'll usually correct it that same day or by the next business day, as long as you contact them in time.

Compared with other timekeeping and payroll platforms, this one offers a much broader feature set. The integrations are hard to match and being able to choose how much of your payroll outsourcing the software handles is a real benefit especially depending on the size of your business.

Even with all of that functionality, it can still be difficult to find exactly what you need in the system. The many dropdown options on the home screen can feel overwhelming for anyone who isn't already familiar with the software. It's also one of the pricier options available.

There's a lot to appreciate about this software especially how user friendly it is and how quickly the information you need is right there when you want it.

Once we expanded into the time-tracking side, the experience felt pretty choppy, with a lot of stopping and restarting instead of a smooth way to review employee time. I've also consistently run into trouble when trying to create personalized reports that actually show the data I need. Neither the time-tracking navigation nor the report-building process feels accessible at all.

Everything in the software feels very user friendly and easy to navigate. The buttons are clearly labeled so it's simple to understand where to click and find exactly what you need.

One thing that gets annoying is how often I'm required to change my password. When you're already juggling five other passwords, it becomes a bit of a hassle.

One feature I really appreciate is how simple it is to allocate retirement investments. Along with that, I love that it shows exactly how much I'd need to contribute each month to be able to afford retirement. It also gives a helpful estimate of what my monthly income could look like in retirement if I increase my contribution by just 1%.

Cons

Some sections can be a bit tricky to navigate but it's nothing too bad.

Issues rarely come up and the system has been very stable for us. It offers useful features, was simple to implement and the technical support has been solid. Our users also say it's easy to use.

Using the software has really helped me stay on top of my business and employee management. It saves me a lot of time, keeps everything organized and helps me stay current with what's going on. My employees also really enjoy it and find it very user friendly.

The product has been really good overall especially when it comes to managing team PTO.

Only frustrating part is how often I have to reset my password. It feels like I'm being prompted to do it all the time.

Pros

Compared with our old Workday setup, the software feels like a major improvement. The previous system was outdated and not nearly as capable, while the software runs reliably, offers a strong range of features and integrated nicely with our SSO provider.

Cons

There really aren't many downsides to mention. The UI is better and the integrations work more effectively than they did with Workday.
