“familiar platform, quick adoption”
Pros
Since ADP Workforce Now runs on the widely used ADP platform, a lot of employees already know their way around it which helps cut down the learning curve.
Cons
This may have been partly because I was using it at a lower access level but it didn't feel fully tailored to our business. We ended up creating our workflows around the system instead of the system fitting the way we worked.

“Time tracking that keeps improving”
Pros
Keeping track of time off and logging work hours is very convenient in ADP Workforce Now. One of the newer features I really appreciate lets you copy a specific row in the timecard across every day of the week which saves time and cuts down on repetitive entry.
Cons
Overall things work fine but the navigation can occasionally be a bit tricky. Some parts aren't very simple so it sometimes takes extra clicking around to find exactly what you need.

“Helpful HR support tool”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and I really think employers should look into this product for help with Human Resources tasks and issues.

It can be quite sensitive so if something goes wrong with data entry or general usability, you may need to reach out to your administrator for assistance.

“all-in-one hr convenience”
Pros
Having payroll, benefits, time tracking and compliance all in one platform makes managing everything much more convenient. It gives quick access to pay stubs, tax forms and personal information updates and employees can also check their schedules right from the mobile app.
Cons
Getting everything set up and configured at the beginning can be complicated. The system also tends to slow down at times especially during busy peak periods.

Handling employee information is much more organized and keeping up with time tracking is incredibly simple. Payroll feels effortless for both the accounting team and employees.

Honestly I haven't run into any downsides to mention. It works smoothly, it's simple to use and the newer employee features are a really nice way to keep everyone informed.

“reliable payroll and HR hub”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now has been a dependable, user-friendly platform for handling payroll and HR tasks. It helps simplify day-to-day work, saves time and makes the whole process more efficient.
Cons
At the beginning, ADP Workforce Now can feel a little overwhelming because there are so many features to learn. Some tasks also take a few extra steps so getting comfortable with the system comes with a slightly steep learning curve.

“solid all-in-one platform”
Pros
Having multiple activities available in one place is really convenient and the overall layout does the job well. It's also a platform the company has relied on for years which gives it a sense of consistency and trust.
Cons
Compared with other platforms, it's not as simple to use. The overall look and feel could definitely be improved and customer service has been disappointing.

“Daily time tracking made simple”
Pros
Our workplace recently moved over to ADP and the transition has been very simple. I use it every day to log my work time and submit payroll information and it has been simple to keep up with. ADP also includes quite a few features that can help improve communication around the office although my employer does not currently use all of the tools available for time-off requests, forms or reporting. I have not needed to contact customer support because my HR director has been able to handle every question or concern I have had. Since I use ADP as an employee, I also cannot comment on the pricing because I do not pay for the application myself.
Cons
I really have not run into any problems with ADP Workforce Now. The only minor challenge was a small learning curve at the beginning when we switched from using a paper-based system to ADP for tracking our time.

“powerful all-in-one HR platform”
Pros
This tool has been really solid for payroll, time tracking and keeping employee records organized. It's dependable and packed with features even if the system can feel a little complex at first. After getting familiar with where everything is, it works very well. It's a strong option for businesses looking for an all-in-one HR solution.
Cons
The biggest downside for me was the learning curve. There are a lot of features in ADP but the interface doesn't always feel very simple. Some parts of the system seem a bit outdated and it can take longer than expected to locate certain functions or pull specific reports.

“tax issues and long delays”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now brings a full set of HR and payroll tools together in one platform. When it's working the way it should, having payroll, benefits and employee information all connected in a single system is very convenient.
Cons
Hardest part was dealing with tax compliance problems and how long it took to get anything fixed. Some errors dragged on for months and even years, to be corrected which led to a lot of frustration, added work and significant liability from late fees and penalties.

“payroll accuracy that delivers”
Pros
Payroll processing is where ADP Workforce Now really performs well. It handles pay runs efficiently and accurately which has been its biggest strength for us. The challenge comes up when something unusual happens because it can be hard to track down the right person who can actually help.
Cons
One frustrating part of working with ADP is that we almost never deal with the same representative twice so a lot of time gets spent re-explaining the same issue from the beginning. There's no way to directly reach the same person again and it often feels like no one is truly accountable for the guidance they gave or the actions they took.

“Powerful payroll and knowledgeable support”
Pros
ADP Workforce Now works really well when it fits the organization. The platform keeps expanding, the team behind it is highly knowledgeable and the system can be quite user-friendly once you're in it. Payroll is especially simple overall and time tracking can usually be set up efficiently. ADP employees also come across as caring and well informed in their area of expertise.
Cons
The downside is that the technology can feel overwhelming and if you're not very tech-savvy, parts of it may seem buggy. Reporting used to be especially difficult and even though improvements were being made, setting up custom reports could still take a very long time. The cost can also be high and communication was sometimes slower than expected.

“user-friendly and responsive support”
Pros
The system feels quite user-friendly and their customer service has been really strong as well. Whenever I call someone picks up quickly which makes a big difference.
Cons
Nothing major stands out as a downside. I've been pretty satisfied overall. The hardest part was the implementation and during that process it seemed like the staff member handling things on their side wasn't the strongest.

“Payroll tracking and helpful support”
Pros
Checking my biweekly payroll with this app has been really convenient. The interface is simple to use and I can also keep track of my time-off requests without any hassle. Customer support has been very helpful whenever needed and I appreciate getting communication and notifications by text. Overall, it offers very good value for the money.
Cons
At times, ADP can be pretty slow to load which gets frustrating. It also requires password changes every two months for security and that can feel a bit excessive. I'd also like to see more features added, such as more company information and access to our work schedules.

Pros
Clocking in and out with this system was very simple and it responded quickly every time. That speed really helps when your company has strict attendance deadlines to follow.

Pros
ADP Workforce Now is a well-established payroll and HR platform with the standard tools needed to keep day-to-day operations running well enough.

“pay statements and tax forms”
Pros
One of the best parts is having quick access to my pay statements as soon as they're available, along with my tax forms. I can also check tax deductions, vacation balances and other details all in one place which is really helpful.
Cons
The only part that feels a bit frustrating is having to go through all the security checks and enter verification codes. I understand it's there for protection and that's definitely a good thing but it can still feel a little inconvenient.

“All-around win for workforce”
Pros
Workforce has delivered on every part we use. The value for money feels excellent, customer support has been reliable and the system is very user-friendly. Time tracking works well, reporting is helpful, communication features are solid and the implementation process went really well too.
Cons
At this point, we honestly haven't come across any downsides with Workforce. We've been happy with every aspect we use and based on how simple it is to use alone, we'd absolutely recommend it to other companies.

“organized time tracking, annoying logins”
Pros
Compared with some of the other apps I've used, ADP keeps time tracking and time cards laid out in a way that feels simple and well organized.
