Pros

The system is very simple to work with, helps get tasks done quickly and saves a lot of time and effort. It also does a solid job of keeping applicant records organized and tracked effectively and the data is presented in a clear way that's easy to follow.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the communication support. When I need to call support, it can sometimes take hours to get help from certain agents.

Pros

Logging in each day is easy and it does a solid job of tracking my hours along with my benefits information accurately.

Cons

An issue I've run into is that it occasionally fails to register my clock-in or clock-out. It seems like it may happen when the connection drops because the app shows the punch as recorded at first but when I check the timecard later, it's missing completely.

Payroll reporting works well and the talent management features are useful. Performance reviews are posted clearly and direct deposit information is easy to access.

Cons

The interface could be more interactive and would benefit from more graphs, visuals and color.

I'm not sure whether it's possible but I'd really like to see an integration with Kronos.

It's highly user friendly from both the employee side and the HR side which makes the overall experience really pleasant.

There's honestly not much to point out as a downside. It's clear the software puts a lot of effort into continually improving the platform and making it as satisfying as possible for customers.

They really take their job seriously. If I ever forget to run payroll, they actually give me a call to remind me.

Up to this point, I haven't run into any issues. Everything is very clear, professional and well explained.

Its been a really positive experience working with this software! As a manager, it makes finding employee information simple and the system feels reliable and easy to use.

At times, the downtime or system update periods felt longer than they should have.

Pros

Payroll and HR can be overwhelming but the software really helps as a dependable partner when it comes to handling the complexities of compliance and keeping the whole process on track.

The part that bothers me most is the platform's pricing. I still remember the early 1990s, in the old days of payroll processing, when I had a full team of payroll specialists available. At times, technology seems to replace some of that personal care and attention.

“Self-service convenience”

Pros

Being able to keep up with my PTO, send in a time-off request from the mobile app and then get the approval by email has been really convenient. I can also pull up all of my pay stubs without any hassle. Overall, the self-service features on the platform are fantastic and make everything very convenient.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a downside to me with the software.

The onboarding process and mobile app for new hires are solid parts of the system.

Customer service has been terrible. Every time I need help, I end up on hold or waiting for a callback anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. My top responsibility is making sure employees are paid correctly and there always seems to be some excuse or poor update about why payroll wasn't processed right. For the last 3 months of 2020, payroll would freeze every single time I tried to review it. I had to call at least 4 times each payroll just to get it unlocked. The software kept saying they had an update planned to fix the issue.

Pros

Having past paystubs available with the total amount visible right on the summary page is really helpful. Being able to download those paystubs as PDFs is useful too.

Cons

One frustrating part is that the downloaded paystub PDFs don't have clear file names. It would be much better if the files included dates and used simpler naming. There's also no legend explaining what the abbreviations on the paystubs mean so adding a section that defines them would help a lot.

“So efficient”

Pros

As an employee, using the software has been incredibly efficient. Everything in the system is labeled clearly so there's really no guesswork or confusion. Updating a time card is simple and hassle-free and it's nice being able to check PTO, vacation or sick time without digging through countless pages. I also appreciate that the software gives reminders about which holidays are paid days off. Compared with other companies systems that make even basic tasks feel confusing and difficult, this one works really well.

Honestly I don't have any complaints or cons about the software.

The software works really well as an everyday payroll system and I appreciate having all my tax documents and W-2s available in one place whenever I need them.

Cons

Signing in with my credentials can be very slow which is frustrating and the password reset process is harder than it should be.

“App works well”

Pros

A couple of months ago, I finally got access to the software mobile app after my employer rolled out the HR and payroll system a few years back. It has been really useful for checking my work schedule, viewing paychecks and keeping track of the hours I've worked. Another feature I appreciate is being able to update personal details like my address or phone number right in the app and my employer gets notified of those changes right away.

Cons

Even though the mobile app performs well, the design feels pretty basic. It's also somewhat limited in functionality since a number of features that are available through the web browser version can't be accessed in the mobile app.

“My favourite!”

Pros

Out of all the work apps I've had to use, this is honestly one of my favorites. Being able to check my payroll and see my retirement accounts in the same place is a huge plus. I don't use it for payroll anymore but I still log in regularly to keep an eye on my accounts and track any changes. It's been a really good tool overall.

Cons

They seem to have put a lot of effort into fixing the bugs and it doesn't go down nearly as much anymore so I really don't have much of a con when it comes to using it.

Honestly, there wasn't anything particularly notable about it. It didn't feel worth the time or effort to me.

Cons

It really didn't feel any different from other tools I've used. Nothing about it went above and beyond and on top of that, it was a bit glitchy when I used it.

Pros

The payroll tools and time management features work really well and handle the job effectively.

Cons

Some parts feel overpriced especially the charges tied to garnishments which really should be reduced.

Pros

Handling payroll and HR in one place is really convenient and the employee self-service portal is a nice bonus since staff can log in and keep up with their hours, pay and other details on their own.

Cons

It does run into glitches fairly often but aside from that, there isn't much else to complain about.

“PTO requests and benefits access”

Pros

Employees can check their PTO balance and submit time-off requests right in the system which is really convenient. It also gives access to the benefits module like LifeMart. Another big plus is the time it saves when someone needs to update personal details or make changes to their direct deposit.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is that employees can't see their paychecks before payday which makes it harder to plan ahead instead of waiting until payday to view them.
