“handy mobile pay access”

Pros

One useful thing about this software is being able to download my pay stubs and tax documents right from my phone so I don't have to sign in to the website every single time just to check paycheck details.

Cons

Getting into the website is frustrating because I have to start from my company's site before accessing the software. If I go straight to the software, it doesn't recognize that I'm employed there and won't let me log in. The only workaround seems to be creating another account and linking it to the company one which really doesn't feel user friendly.

It works really well, it's simple to use and everything feels fast.

I didn't run into any negative points and genuinely enjoyed using the program.

Keeping up with hours worked and vacation time was really convenient and my schedule was always available and simple to access.

Everything is easy to use and having all my payroll details gathered in one place is really convenient.

At times, logging in can be a bit slow and I'm also unable to see my mileage.

One thing that really works well here is how accessible most of the platform feels and it's useful for much more than just payroll. You can view paystubs from every company you've worked for that uses the software, track PTO and sick time along with any other options your employer has added through the very user friendly calendar, manage health benefits, take care of performance reviews and a lot more.

Cons

the site could be a bit buggy. Some pages took too long to load and occasionally they wouldn't load at all. It would definitely help if maintenance were improved a bit. The other weak spot was the notification messaging system which was probably the most confusing part of the app although thankfully it wasn't something I had to use very often.

“Reliable customer services”

Pros

Being able to log into the software from any device with an internet connection has been a huge plus. Even when I'm away from the office, whether I'm out of state or out of the country, I can still keep up with anything my staff needs approved, check their schedules and review time-off requests.

Cons

We really haven't run into any issues. Whenever a question comes up or we need help with something, the customer service has been excellent.

Pros

Being able to pull up my pay details anytime from any device is something I really appreciate. It also does a nice job of keeping track of every paycheck which makes it very convenient to stay organized. It's amazing and I highly encourage others to use it!

One of the strongest parts of the software is how simple it is for employees to manage and access their own information. Since we work in manufacturing, a lot of our team members do not really get time during the day to check payroll or expense details at work. Because of that, being able to log in from home is extremely important. Our employees use all kinds of systems and belong to different age groups, from older Windows computers to newer MacBooks and we have not run into problems with people accessing the platform on their own from any of those devices.

Cons

Getting everything set up at the beginning can sometimes be frustrating. At my most recent job that used the software, there was a communication breakdown between HR and the company which led to incorrect information and confusion about how to register for the app/program. We were told a welcome code was needed but apparently no one could get it to us correctly. It took weeks before the entire new hire group finally received the right code and could access our pay stubs.

“gets the job done”

Pros

Having benefits, paystubs and PTO in one place under a single login was really convenient. It was also helpful being able to clock in and out from the same webpage.

Cons

One thing I didn't enjoy was that the application would sometimes take too long to load which ended up eating into my clock-in time.

Pros

Being able to use the software for time tracking and payroll made things incredibly convenient from the employee side. I could clock in right from my phone which worked out perfectly since I taught classes at a rec center the company was only using during those hours. It was also really simple to check my hours, benefits and any errors all in one portal. Honestly, it's been my favorite platform I've used through any employer.

Cons

I didn't really have a downside personally but I can see how the platform might feel expensive for smaller companies. That said, the customer service and features seem absolutely worth the cost.

The instruction videos are really well done and even the small details are clearly explained in the YouTube section. It delivers what it promises as an all-in-one HR suite and another big advantage is that it's a cloud-based solution.

Handling time tracking and approving employee timecards in the software is very easy. It also lets us allocate time percentages across different account codes, while keeping leave balances and approval requests easy to monitor.

The benefits management side could be more effective and comprehensive.

Stepping into an executive role meant taking on payroll, vacation tracking and a lot of other responsibilities so having a system that didn't take long to learn really mattered. The software feels accessible and forward-thinking and after only a handful of uses, I was already comfortable navigating the online interface. The simplicity of it is a big reason I'd consider the software one of the best payroll solutions available.

Cons

An area that feels a bit lacking is the software's customer service which can be somewhat underwhelming at times.
