Pros

Having the software makes it really convenient to keep track of pay across different employers. Since so many companies use it, I'm able to view my pay history and tax details from past jobs in one place. It also gives a clear breakdown of each paycheck so I can see exactly how much went to taxes and benefits. On top of that, I can check my current vacation balance anytime.

Cons

Switching employers can make the setup process a bit tricky since you usually have to create a new account and then connect or merge it with the old one.

Pros

The platform is easy to use, works well on mobile and offers flexible timeclock options, including fingerprint scanners.

Cons

It's not quite as accessible as I expected especially when working with timecards and it can be a little finicky at times.

The software has been very simple to use and navigate. It lets users track time, request and monitor PTO and keep up with payroll statements and benefits information all in one place.

Honestly, there's not much to complain about with the software. It really feels like they've covered all the bases.

Working with it has been really convenient especially in the healthcare field. It gives people a self-service option and it doesn't take much time to use at all.

It does go offline from time to time for maintenance and updates but it's honestly not too bad.

Getting into the system is simple, tax forms are readily available and printing pay statements is easy.

It works well for handling employee payroll so at this point we really haven't run into any downsides.

It doesn't keep my login information saved even after I choose to save it but aside from that, it's been good.

One thing that's really helpful is being able to log into the software on Thursday night and view my pay stub before the paycheck actually hits my bank account. It also keeps track of the personal time off I've built up which is very convenient.

Cons

The only issue that comes to mind is the benefits section. It gives a general overview but I wish there were more details available and something clickable to explore further.

The paycheck view does a really nice job of breaking everything down with color so it's simple to see what's going toward taxes and government programs.

One thing I'd still want improved is access to older accounts tied to previous employers since that's not very easy right now.

The interface feels a bit dated some information is tucked away and it isn't always obvious where to go to find what you need.

The interface isn't really my favorite. It feels a bit confusing at times, both when navigating around and trying to figure things out.

It's a really solid tool for making sure the right IP addresses are being used.

Password resets can be frustrating sometimes especially when a user didn't add their email during setup.

Operating a large client services team, the software was a pleasure to use. From approving vacation requests to handling payroll, the system was one of the most smooth I've worked with. It also clearly points out timecard errors and shows how to correct them which made daily management much easier.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind, aside from the way members are assigned which could maybe be improved.

Having quick access to all my payroll details, including paystubs and W-2s, is really convenient because everything is right there whenever I need it.

Cons

One small frustration was not being able to take screenshots of my own paystubs because of the platform's "security" restrictions. It wasn't a big problem though since I could still download them.

Pros

Running HR through this flexible, cloud-based suite has made workforce management much simpler for us. The customer service team is incredibly responsive and gets back to us without delays. It has definitely made daily work easier than it used to be and it saves us a lot of time. Overall, it's a software we're very happy to have.

Cons

Adding a chat option to reach a payroll expert would make it even more useful. Aside from that, we really love it because of the wide range of features it offers.

Out of all the payroll services I've used, this one has easily become my favorite. It's very user friendly, really comprehensive and everything is laid out in a clear, accessible way. The payroll tools are genuinely helpful and the payroll and benefits calculators are a big plus too.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have anything negative to point out. It has worked extremely well for me and continues to be my favorite payroll software to use.

Pros

Managing my team's hours and time-off is very easy and I can make adjustments whenever needed. The performance review tools are useful too and have been effective for our department.

Cons

A few features are harder to locate than they should be. For example, when an employee moves from full-time to part-time, that option isn't very obvious in the drop-down menus so I've had to check the help section or call support to figure it out.

“handy site for time and PTO”

Pros

Using the website has been a really good experience. It's very user friendly making time card adjustments quick and simple. Requesting PTO is easy too and it's helpful being able to check which days co-workers have requested off as well.

Cons

The mobile app is a mess though. There's not much you can actually do with it and it feels disorganized with no real structure. I'd only use it for a quick look at my take-home pay. I definitely wouldn't rely on it for clocking in and out because by the time it loads, your timing can already be off.
