“all employee tasks in one place”

Pros

Having time off, payroll and all employee records handled in one place is a big plus. I can take care of just about everything related to employees without bouncing between different systems.

Cons

The layout can be a bit confusing at times though. Things are not always where I expect them to be so it sometimes takes a little digging to find exactly what we need.

Pros

As a regular user rather than an admin, I really appreciate being able to pull up reports for pay, taxes, days worked, time off taken, remaining PTO, upcoming net pay and similar details whenever I need them.

Cons

The only part I don't enjoy as much is that the system tends to freeze right around 5 p.m., exactly when everyone is signing in to clock out.

Pros

There's a lot built into this app and the interface looks really nice. The fingerprint passcode is also a helpful feature and makes signing in more convenient.

Cons

Reliability is still a big issue. Information isn't always available when needed and keeping the same password for more than a week is frustratingly difficult.

Pros

Logging in is quick and I can immediately pull up a detailed view of my pay stubs. There's no paperwork to deal with at all--just sign in and I can see exactly how I was taxed and how much money should be hitting my bank account.

Cons

One thing that's missing is a clear way to tell which specific days of the month I'll be paid. The dates seem to change from month to month and having that information would really help with paying bills and planning finances.

Pros

The dashboard works well and submitting vacation or time-off requests is easy. The transition from an approved request to the list of requests waiting for approval feels smooth and well organized.

Cons

The employee scheduling feature is basically unusable. If you set a fixed schedule and someone clocks in early, it doesn't automatically adjust or correct it. There also really needs to be a connection between time-off requests and the Outlook calendar.

Pros

As an employee, this is the payroll system I've always used and it's been a very positive experience. I've never run into any issues with it. It gives a clear view of my paycheck details and I don't have to worry about misplacing paper pay stubs during tax season or when I need to look something up.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any complaints. I really enjoy using this system and I've never felt the need for a different one or run into any problems with it.

At payroll time and again at the end of the year, this site lets me check exactly how much I earned, see what was taken out for taxes and access my tax documents from the job all in one place.

Cons

The part I like least is the navigation since it can be a little confusing when I'm trying to use it for payroll details and tax forms. I also ended up changing my password more than 10 times because it kept refusing to let me sign in.

Pros

The software brings payroll and employee benefits together in one really solid solution. Most of my work with it was on the payroll side, where it handled payments and invoicing well and covered what we needed.

Cons

One area the software could work on is the timeout and login issues. It would also help if customer support were better at troubleshooting which would make the overall experience more smooth.

Getting around the site was very easy from the start and being able to use it on both my laptop and phone makes it really convenient.

I honestly haven't run into anything I dislike about this software. It's simple to use and makes finding information very accessible.

Keeping up with time cards, vacation balances and approvals is very easy in the software. The system feels accessible to navigate and managing time card approvals is especially simple.

Cons

The requirement to change your password every 90 days feels too frequent. Having to come up with a new one that often can be difficult to keep track of.

It covers pretty much everything we need as employees. The interface looks modern, includes a lot of useful information and even shows paycheck details with helpful charts. Having access to the full history of all paystubs is also a really nice feature and that is one part I especially appreciate.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot think of anything about this software that I dislike. The UI is very responsive, looks good and feels user friendly.

“Not what I needed”

Pros

At its core, the software handles payroll and time tracking and even though the interface feels dated, it still manages those functions it was built for.

Cons

Anyone wanting a true all-in-one HR platform will probably be disappointed with the software. Everything beyond payroll and time tracking feels like it was purchased from other companies and just patched together. There are definitely stronger choices available if you want a complete HR solution and the customer support was not very good either.

Pros

Having all my payroll details in one place is what I enjoy most. I can check my pay information anytime, print out my W-2 when I need it and look back at my paychecks without any hassle.

Cons

I have no complaints about this application. I'm happy with everything it offers and wouldn't want to change a thing especially since it lets you do just about anything right from the app.

Pros

Having used this platform in two different jobs, I've mainly interacted with it as an employee for things like requesting leave and checking payslips. From that perspective, it's fairly easy to navigate and I appreciate that it's a SaaS-based system.

Cons

From what I remember, submitting a half-day leave request felt a bit outdated. It also didn't seem as well localized as I expected it to be. On a more minor note, the design wasn't really to my taste.

The back end feels a bit confusing at the beginning but once you spend some time in it, it works well.

Having everything related to an employee in one place is really helpful. Making edits is very easy, reports are simple to build and the search function works very well. The Bridge has also been useful and processing payroll is simple too.

Cons

On the payroll side, the software really should offer clients access to a tax expert. Customer service is also very poor, with average hold times around an hour and a half and some representatives sometimes seem not knowledgeable at all.

Using it day to day has been easy and I can process time cards very quickly. It's also helpful being able to view all employees together in one simple, easy-to-navigate window.

Cons

Something I'd really like to see is a simpler way to upload employee goals from an Excel spreadsheet or through another kind of bulk upload screen.
